Stephanie (8/5): - It’s great that you can check in early and visit the waterpark when it opens, but every time we have done that (3 times) the wristband they initially gave us does NOT work to open the room door. They always say “you’ll get a text when your room is ready; just use your wristband to open the door..” each time, we get to the door and the wristband doesn’t work. Then you have to track down a cleaning person to let you in and then go back to the lobby and fight your way through the crowd to get new wristbands. Other than that, we have had a great stay. We always stay just one night because they allow you to use the waterpark the whole day you check in and the whole day you check out. They have showers in the waterpark so we just keep our shower stuff with us after we check out.

omer (6/5): Overpriced old hotel. Bad service from hotels.com - We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights. I would expect a better service for a hotel charges average $400 a night. No room cleaning unless you request. Only trash pick up and new towels. They dont make beds unless you request it. Overpriced old hotel. Hotels.com also did a poor job when i wanted to check out earlier. They hold me 12 hours on hold in their chat room (as platinum member) and they absolutely fixed nothing. I recommend everyone to book their room directly with hotels. Dont use these agencies. Hotels they dont help you because you are not their customer. You are hotels.com (Expedia) customer. And Expedia dont do anything for you unless they get it from the hotel. So why deal with middle man. I do use hotels.com for 20 years and i booked 30+ bookings with every year. This is my advice. Look at the price here and book directly with hotel..

Jarrod (8/5): Good Family Getaway - The convenience of the water park and other entertainment to the lodging was nice, however, the quick serve restaurants were overpriced and some of the entertainment and food offered an experience most akin to a carnival than a family resort. The employees that we encountered in the waterpark were all attentive and engaged.

Mavis (8/5): Tired rooms, food not great but lifeguard s and fa - The food (in pool area) quality has fallen since last visit. Having to kiosk order is a real pain and the drink cup with its ‘scan and gulp’ was horrible. I get that people double dip on soda but hire a couple more high schoolers for drink police. Close to 30 dollars per day for breakfast buffet for an adult is nuts. All I wanted was a cup of coffee and fruit. Rooms are getting pretty tired-our 10 year old remarked about the wear! On the plus side-we had fun together. Child still liked the wand adventure in the halls, glow party at night and pools. (Outdoor pool still under repair as it was last visit a couple years ago..?) The lifeguards really are worth their pay. We saw 3 times where they hopped into the water and take care of a situation before it got dangerous! Much thanks to their training!!!

And to my surprise even once we checkout out we were still able to enjoy rhe water park until closing. Its well worth rhe cost per night! We will definitely go back!

Would recommend for children under 14. My teenager (14) didn’t Have as much fun as our 9 yr old did. I think it’s tons of fun for you get kids. But still had an amazing time!

There’s one pizza shop that stays open till 10. The towels smelled like mold and mildew. Staff did not want to refill the ice cream shop even though they had a line down the hallway and still an hour left. Staff was not friendly at all!

The lines were long and the kiosk lines had issues so a lot of people ended up moving to an in person lime which meams they had to wait in line twice. Other than that we had a blast and will be back!

Most people were noticeably freezing. Our sofa bed linens were disgustingly filthy. The water at our sink was ice cold and took about 10 minutes to warm up with every use. The food is not only overpriced but not good overall. Our bed was comfortable. It's great that we can access the water park before check in and after check out. The staff were very nice. Being able to order food from the app was very convenient. Accessing customer service by text is also convenient as long as your request gets entered the first time you make it. The buffet needs better food options. Check in takes a very long time at the front desk.

Staff tried to make me pay for the room that I had already paid in full for, made me wait for the room for almost 3 hours past 4pm checkin, tried to compensate me for the long wait in a for of activity passes for the activities that were already closing, did not set up sofa bed in the room and told me I had to get the bedding from them and set it up myself. I paid over $500 for one night for the room and waited for almost 3 hours to get it and set up myself. Awful experience then told to complete

Gregory (10/5): Something for everyone! - Amazing stay with our two grandsons, 4 & 7. Second time with them and chose to stay 2 nights this time. So happy we did! We also went ahead and purchased Wolf passes for both of them, best value! We were hesitant to spend additional $130 but well worth it! Also gives various discounts throughout the resort. Looking forward to next trip to Great Wolf! Gonna bring Mom/Dad, Aunt/Uncle, baby cousin! MagiQuest $$ first time, but after first time as long as you bring you wand and mod back just need to buy game 9.99 each trip. 7 year old loved it!! 4 year loved it too, but not so in to quests!
