• Hana (10/5): Review for executive suite for st Giles Wembley - Tbh I like the scenary of Komtar in front and the sea.facilities overall are good.just need to fix the sensor for the suite door since I had a bit trouble to enter without going to receptionist.It's worth it to bring my mother there as sign of appreciation.will be booking for longer nights in future.Rooms are clean even some cool beverage.the size of room are quite spacious better than other hotel I been to.the receptionist been helpful for helping to inform guest about buffet and some problems we faced.even the app to order food is beneficial.instead of passing through Ai customer service.there is always the real person chat back.quite efficient.the food from cafe are quite delicious especially the godfather pizza and spaghetti.even dessert black forest a la mode is perfectly balance.even buffet are worth it Well nothing much tbh.

• Stephanie (9/5): Schöner Aufenthalt - Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe, die Betten waren für uns sehr bequem, der Zimmerservice hat saubere Arbeit geleistet und das Frühstück war sehr lecker & üppig 👍🏻 (der Service beim Frühstück war super!). Die Isolierung im Zimmer war sehr gut, wir haben kaum jemanden gehört. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei. Super Lage um Penang zu erkunden. Die Fenster sind wenig schalldicht, der Verkehr kann sehr laut sein trotz des Zimmers im 20 OG.

Room needs better lighting. facilities too minimum. Toothbrush and towels should be more ie face and hand towels. Lighting dim. Better quality of towels. Too old still been used. Deco on the overall hotel Should be more elegant. The price of the hotel should be at least 20% lower in comparison to the quality. More of a 3 start hotel.

I only able to checked in my room at 3.30pm ,other customer behind my q they have their room ready not me . If I don't keep on asking they wouldn't let me at 3.30Pm.

• Helen (1/5): Deceiving, dated rooms, worst hotel stay ever - Renovated pool, entry, downstairs lobby reception restaurant. Breakfast included. Deceiving as photos promote & show mostly the Renovated new downstairs lobby reception restaurant and pool area only!! Rooms on the other hand are very very old (30yrs) dated and not upgraded at ALL! On floor levels, walking from just the lift to the rooms smell of stench, I assume it’s the carpet, I close my eyes & hold my hose, because I get the feeling it’s haunted. room & facilities are shocking, although large, its dark, has creepy vibes, aircon is noisy, doors creak at night, fridge smells and stopped cooling & instead turned to heat despite controls correct, toilets continued leaking water despite staff coming to fix & replace plumbing. It leaked a second time, we made another complaint especially with it being a slip hazard for my elderly mum and 7yo son it was not resolved and ignored. Location next to airport is inconvenient because you constantly need to travel 10-15mins by car to get to key areas like Pantai Cenang. This is by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in all my travels & I’ve travelled a lot!! Feel so deceived because I paid the most for this one in Malaysia. Do not book here!

• Sophie (9/5): Centraal hotel van alle gemakken voorzien! - Locatie is super, ligt aan de grote straat met veel restaurantjes en winkels om je heen. Onbijt is mega uitgebreid en goed geregeld. Het personeel zorgt ervoor dat je niks tekort komt en het is onwijs schoon. Het regent hier nog wel eens, daarom was het wel fijn dat het zwembad deels overdekt is. Daardoor kan je lekker aan de rand zitten tijdens een regenbui. Wij hadden af en toe dat het water in de douche niet goed warm kon blijven, maar dat kan kamer afhankelijk zijn.
• Hany Yassin (10/5): Lovely time at St Giles Penang - We booked the executive Premier rooms and they were wonderfully spacious. The hotel also accommodated our request for the 2 rooms to be near to each other. The access to the executive lounge did make our stay a lot more sweeter as we had access to soft drinks and tid bits all day long. The hotel is conveniently located to all the places (nasi kandar, kuey teow, the esplanade, you name it) that made it easy for us to walk around. Buffet breakfast had offerings for everyone and they were all delicious. We had fun trying out everything during our 4 days stay Can't think of anything
