• JN (10/5): Highly recommended - Great location. Ample parking space though is not allocated. You can park anywhere within the property. The free laundry is a big bonus. Will be great if there are net for the windows. Unable to open any windows as there are insects.

• Carole (10/5): Incredibly generous and comfortable stay with these hosts! - Second to none hospitality in this comfortable and generously set-up accommodation in Timaru. The staff have gone out of their way to help us to be comfortable and cared for.

Great facilities so we could fully self cater. Reception was fabulous and helped us to sort a problem with our booking (our fault). Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone wanting a roomy apartment. No view from the room we were in, but that was a small price to pay for everything else it offered.

• Julian (8/5): - This was a 2 bedroom apartment, so facilities were far more than we needed for an overnight stop. However, it was quiet and comfortable after a long day's drive from Cromwell. We made our booking selection based on all the alternative accommodations (Motels in north Timaru) being on top of the Route1 highway or near railway lines. So our choice was good, in a quiet side street. No criticisms

Great room with everything needed, amazing value for money... Only thing was would have been nice to have milk available, a cuppa after a long trip is gold. No biggie

We would certainly be happy to stay there again. - From the outside Fitzgerald on King looked a bit dated but we were pleasantly surprised by what we found. Everything was immaculate, all the furniture looked new with modern bathrooms, nice kitchen, lovely and sunny. It was in a convenient location and we could easily walk into town. The only thing was we were in a unit next to the road and it is a reasonably busy road. I always use ear plugs anyway and things did quieten down at night.
