MARCELO (7/5): Ask for a room that does not face the parking lot. - The room was good, the bathroom had quality products, parking was easy and free, and there were several elevators. The room was new and clean. There is a red light inside a metal vent on one of the room’s walls — I believe it’s related to the air conditioning — and when the room is completely dark, it is very disturbing. I had to hang a bath towel over it to block the light. When I mentioned this to the front desk the next morning, they didn’t pay much attention. Our room faced the parking lot, and the lights from outside are very bright. The curtains do not block the light well, so I had to move a lamp against them to reduce the brightness. Only after all of this were my family and I able to rest.

WILLIAM (8/5): Very comfortable room with added benefit of food and adult beverages on-site - Spacious, clean rooms and very comfortable king bed. Modern and chic furnishings. Love the bar area...availability of various foods and beverages. Free coffee with flavoured creamer in the early morning (~ 6 am when I departed to continue my drive) Sink area was not cleaned thoroughly nor was there hot water from the sink faucet.

I was very dissatisfied with the fact that the hotel set the air conditioning thermostat at 68°F inside the rooms. We woke up sweating at 3:38 a.m. and were extremely uncomfortable. I had to go down to the lobby, and a staff member came to our room to restart the A/C but I couldn't fall asleep again! 😮‍💨

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While the property was clean, our room was not cleaned after our first night. The rooms are spacious and the shower has 2 types of shower heads, which we appreciated. Only one elevator was working.
