• Gill (10/5): Stunning 3 night break here. Doesn’t come much better than this place. - This house is amazing! If we were in the area again I wouldn’t even consider anywhere else. Wake up to the sunrise from your bed… Stunning sea views from your bed, the balconies and the garden. House is kitted out with everything you need. Very comfy bed. Host is friendly and really quick to answer any questions. Excellent communication. Absolutely loved it. Nothing.

• Auslindy (8/5): Bicheno is a very tired town. Wouldn't stay there again. - Location was good, but not in walking distance to eateries. Suitable for friends traveling being upstairs/downstairs. Bins were overflowing. Emailed and told someone was going to put them out for collection. Next door holiday house someone put their bins out, but left ours. So we put bins out ourselves as they were disgusting.

• Kerry (10/5): We had a really lovely stay at the Nook - can thoroughly recommend it & looking forward to staying there again very - The water views from inside the property, as well as being able to walk through the backyard onto the rocks & coastal path where there are fabulous views including Diamond Island. Everything was spotlessly clean, great workable, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, underfloor heating in bathroom & reverse cycle aircon in living room. Picnic/walking basket with thermos, mat, cups etc. Nothing we didn’t like.

• Heather (10/5): Delightful comfortable home away from home. - It was cosy, private, almost on the beach. Everything that you needed was there. Beds very comfortable and the upstairs bedroom was almost an apartment it was huge. Nothing to not like about the property but we had a small maintenance issue which could happen anywhere to anyone. Overnight whilst asleep one of the sheer roller blinds collapsed to the floor as it had come away from its roller. We reported it right away and they offered to send maintenance immediately but it wasn’t a big issue as the main block out blind was adequate.

The lounge heating doesn’t reach the bedroom and it gets really cold. Place could have done with a proper vacuuming too..

The kitchen had everything you needed to make a home cooked meal and the use of a washing machine was a welcomed addition. One of the best stays we’ve had and so close to the foreshore walking track and town for cafes, restaurants and groceries. Seeing a couple of penguins and a wombat outside one night was the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend. Nothing not to like. 10/10

We were so comfortable, I could have stayed much longer Really enjoyed the access to restaurants and the coastal walk We couldn't get the tv to work with the streaming services the second night. • Kenneth (9/5): Nice place by the ocean - The location was great. The ocean view was nice, especially from the second floor. There was plenty of room for us to unpack and get comfortable. It was a short walk on a path to several places to eat and a grocery store. The nearby walking/bike path by the road is in good shape and is long enough for meaningful exercise. If we received an email with the lock box code enabling entry to the property before our arrival, then we lost it. We had to contact the host to get it and she responded pretty quickly. There was an unpleasant odor upstairs that we couldn’t get rid of so we stayed downstairs.

• Anna (10/5): - 10 out of 10. The House at Cod Rock was simply amazing. Beautiful house, great interior, comfy bed and pillows and fantastic views. The owners provided everything, even a red torch to see the little penguins and a nice block of cheese and crackers. The location is superb, walking distance to a beautiful sand beach and an easy drive to Wineglass Bay and Freycinet National park. I'm looking forward to our next stay at Cod Rock.

• Shae (5/5): The property itself is stunning, however Younique Stays (the booking agent) ruined our experience. - The property itself is stunning. The property itself is stunning however, we did not receive a code to access the property before (or even on) the day of our arrival. Regardless of having paid for our stay in full and then emailing, calling and leaving messages on the day of our arrival, we did not hear from Younique Stays until 7pm, after we had found (and paid for) alternate accomodation. Younique stays were apologetic to begin wth and promised that they would fix the issue, however we then had to seek them out and continue to message them in order to have the issue resolved. This experience tainted out stay in Tassie and, although this property is beautiful, we will never book through this company again. If you decide to book this property, please make sure Younique Stays have provided you with the access information before your arrival - don't rely on them answering their phones or getting back to you in a timely manner if something goes wrong.

Suite: Wonderful! spacious, clean and comfortbale for any length of stay. Fully equiped kitchen was great. Staff: Access information was made available the day prior and they were very clear and concise. I would certainly love to stay at this property again.

• Jane (10/5): A perfect place to unwind - The Nook was the most incredible place to stay for a few nights. Modern, and comfortable, it was an amazing place to unwind. The view out to sea, the little backyard that meanders out to the rocks and the birdbath. For a couples getaway where you want to do your own cooking, I highly recommend staying here. The kitchen is very modern and there is even an electric barbecue. Wifi was also very strong.

Exclusive path down to the waterfront and waterfront path. Quiet and comfy. Lots of little amenities, from the great cheese snacks, to the games, books, beach towels and picnic kit. Around 15 minutes walk into town along the coastal pathway or along the road. Good WiFI. Booking.com conditions were for payment on arrival with 24hr cancellation, with credit card only for guarantee. But guarantee card was billed a week before stay without prior contact so I couldn't change payment method.
