- Hannah (9/5): Loved every minute of our stay here - Lovely property on the coast! Great location! Rooms all spacious with en-suites! Everything you need for a getaway! The only downside which isn’t even that big of a deal was there was no downstairs toilet. So have to go to the bedroom on the 1st floor. And the room with the bath, the door didn’t shut properly so had to put shoes in front of it to stop it opening

- C Ward (9/5): - Lovely spacious rooms in a very convenient location with good views of the coast
- gail (10/5): Wonderful time , one of our Grandchildren didn’t want leave!! - Everything. Ideal for families, the children loved the space and all the stairs😄. The property was so clean and warm and had everything we needed for our stay. Location wise it was great, not far to the sea or Scarborough town itself. Nothing to dislike. Not a criticism but a general comment, it would be useful to have coat hooks. With 9 of us and some children’s coats very wet, it would be helpful.
- Kahla (9/5): Such a great holiday! - Access to beach and view from house Sometimes a bit too hot, but easily fixed
- Jessica (9/5): Great place - The place was perfect for us. Very clean and well kept. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable
- Kate (10/5): Fabulous stay in a modern apartment - The room sizes are great and love that all bedrooms have en-suites. The location is amazing with beautiful sea view. Very spacious and plenty of parking! The stairs are rather creaky but nothing major, this place is amazing especially for a couples trip.
- Tracey (7/5): - Excellent location
Beautiful house
Immaculate
Loved the out door space
All ensuite bedrooms was a bonus No hot water for 2 days
Rang multiple times
- Debbie (8/5): Although we had a few minor annoyances, we thought the accommodation spacious and comfortable - Great location, sea views and of the castle, perfect for accessing both North and South bays. Very spacious living room, huge dining room table, bedrooms were comfortable and spacious with lots of storage. The kitchen equipment wasn’t sufficient for cooking for 8 people, with a lack of basic utensils, tongs, serving spoons and baking/roasting trays, these where old and one was to larger for the oven. Only one sponge to clean with, not one complimentary dish washer tablet or spare bin bags. The hot water wasn’t sufficient for us all to take a hot shower after swimming. Some of the blinds in the bedrooms we were unable to alter and a couple of shower rooms had hair in the trays and one toilet wasn’t flushed, also only one loo roll per room.

- Addison (9/5): Superb - Beautiful house , brilliant location with sea view ,very spacious .and comfy .parking spaces ,brilliant for our large family .
- Lesley (9/5): Great stay, plenty of room with 8 of us plus 3 dogs. Would stay again - Comfortable property
Spacious
great view and
location Kitchen lacked a few utensils such as cleaning products for the hob. Pans a bit old and could do with a few more, only 1 toilet roll left per room
- Andrew (10/5): Lovely, spacious property with beautiful sea views. - The spacious ,ensuite rooms and sea views!
- Patricia (8/5): Very good - Location, parking, large light and airy rooms. Nicely decorated and furnished. Top floor bathroom extractor fan did not work. Some small drinks tables would be useful in living room. Coat hooks would be useful on ground floor.
- Maurice (10/5): Great location with sea views - Fantastic sea views,5 stylish double bedrooms with en suits,Lange stylish lounge with lot's of comfortable seating,,large well equiped kitchen & diningroom.plus. free on site parking!!!! All good!
- Nicky (10/5): What's not to like at 69 Queenscliife - The layout of the house, the facilities, cleanliness, location was perfect for our group of 10 There was nothing to dislike. Everything was perfect
Only 1 small criticism but not an issue, nowhere to hang your coats, we just used the dining room and put these on the chairs
- Yvonne (8/5): As a group of family and friends the house was perfect for us - Very Good The waste bins hadn't been emptied from previous occupants. The seagulls were getting into the rubbish which was all over the place
The scaffolding ruined the view
A good view is very important to us whenever we go away as we have little time for holidays
- Michelle (4/5): Disappointing - Property was in a good position and had been tastefully decorated. There was plenty of seating in the lounge area, which was comfortable. Good storage in the bedrooms and the rooms are all large with plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. There were only 8 chairs in the dining room, not the 10 that is in the advertising pictures. Which meant that 2 people had to perch on the bar stools that we brought through from the kitchen. There was a banging noise that could be heard from all 3 bedrooms on one side of the property through the night. I have reported this so hopefully this will be fixed, for future guests. Unfortunately we had to contact the property management company everyday of our 4 day stay. We had no heating when we arrived Friday evening. They were quick to respond and the issue was resolved but it did mean a plumber coming in to the property to bleed the radiators. There was no heating again on Saturday morning. Again they were quick to respond and the issue was quickly resolved. Then Sunday evening we had no hot water. This meant I didn’t get chance to make use of the lovely bath in the main bedroom. Only a temporary fix could be done which meant that there was only enough water for 1 hot shower, the remainder of our party went without. The issue was not resolved when we checked out Monday morning, so not hot water that day either. Whilst I do appreciate that the company did attempt to resolve the issues we had, it did mean we had a very disappointing experience at the property, but hopefully one that future guests will not have, as the faulty part in the boiler was going to be replaced that day.
- Leadley (8/5): Lovely holiday with friends - It was great to have 5 rooms that were all doubles and all en-suite. That made everything so easy and comfortable.
The location is fab.
The decor bright airy and modern. The couple in the top room facing the sea said there was a slight smell of sewage - perhaps the pipes need looking at.
The radiators need bleeding - the heating was on but the radiators were barely getting warm.
There weren't any big frying pans, casserole dishes etc for a large capacity house.
The cleaners were great at making the bits you can see look clean but they don't move the furniture to clean under. We had to move the couch to find something that had slipped under and it was filthy.
Not enough chairs in the dining room.
Would have been great to have a downstairs loo.
All this meant to be polite feedback and none of it ruined our stay. We had a fabulous weekend and I would recommend staying here to anyone.
- Lucy (8/5): Very enjoyable - Space, light, views, location Noisy stairs, only 8 chairs for a house that sleeps 10
- Buck (8/5): Very good -
- Angela (10/5): Beautiful house very spacious for families -
- Laurajo (10/5): Stunning place to stay and excellent value for money! - The hosts were so communicative and check-in was so simple. The house is beautiful, it has plenty of space and is decorated to a really high standard throughout. The living spaces were comfortable (amazing sofas!) with plenty of room to eat together or play games, even with 9 adults. Easy access to all of Scarborough so a great location too. Having an en-suite per room was handy as it meant we didn’t need to take turns for showers and could all get ready at once. We could have used a recycling bin - but I think this is probably down to Scarborough’s waste collection system rather than a choice by the host!
- Nichola (9/5): Perfect for a short break. Lots to do in the area. Will definitely be returning for another visit in the future. - Excellent location, facilities and accommodation with every bedroom having its own bathroom. Great when traveling with elderly members. Also ample parking area. Only downfall was the creaky stairs when members of your party decide to get up early..
- Rebecca (9/5): Quality family time spent in this beautiful property. Highly recommended. - Beautifully decorated and very well equipped. It was a comfortable place to spend time. Views over the sea front were amazing! The host was brilliant in responding quickly to any questions we had. No toilet on the ground floor.
- Myers (8/5): Fabulous location and a great property for a family/group get-together - Wonderful location and well-presented property, with sea views. It was great to have on-site parking for 3 cars, especially in this area, where parking spaces are sought-after, especially in peak periods. Easy access to both north and south bays, and the town centre. Excellent furnishings, and great that it was dog friendly too. An additional shared ground floor or 1st floor toilet would be really useful, because, whilst there are en-suite bathrooms to all of the bedrooms, 4 of these are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so everyone in our group ended up using the en-suite on the 1st floor during the daytime and evening, which wasn't ideal for the occupants of that bedroom. Perhaps one of the storage rooms could be converted in future?
- Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing location. Beautiful house. En-suite to every bedroom. Space for 4 cars to park.
