We stayed for two nights and enjoyed the hot tub on all three days. Lots of lovely details from Alison like disposable slippers for outdoor hot tub use, wine as welcome gift and lots of different drinks glasses / ice buckets which were great. • Janette (10/5): Beautiful home and area which surpassed all our expectations. - Our family of ten ranging from seven to ninety one absolutely loved their holiday at Auburn Cottage which is a beautiful large, spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean home with a large garden and lovely surrounding areas with lots of interesting walks on the doorstep. We had lots of fun in the well equipped games room with indoor and outdoor games and was a great success with all the family. Alison was very communicative when needed. Situated on the outskirts of Arbroath this lovely home and area is certainly a must as it surpassed all our expectations. Can’t fault a thing.

• Linda (10/5): Perfect location, perfect accommodation with amenities to meet our needs would definitely stay aga - We were a large group of 12 so the property was the perfect size and layout to provide enough space for us to socialise together or have space when we needed it. The facilities were fantastic - we loved the hot tub and the spacious conservatory and lounge rooms. It took 12 people to work out the cooker. Clearer instructions would be helpful (or perhaps less alcohol when using!)

There was plenty of room for our group of 12 to spread out, with a table for 12 indoors and 2 public rooms. The town was nearby with all facilities we needed. • Mary (10/5): We had a relaxing comfortable stay and would not hesitate to encourage a vacation at this house - Beautiful location, excellent facilities, comfortable beds, exceptionally clean, lots of room, hot tub, beautiful grounds with lots of areas for relaxing, well equipped kitchen, peaceful location, skipping rope, lots of games to use in the garden, red squirrels scurrying about, lots of little areas in the garden to sit, huge outdoor paved patio with family size table and chairs, privacy, peace and tranquillity Packing my case to leave.
