- Quested (10/5): Warm comfortable stay with owner at hand if needed - Suited us perfectly for the wheelchair and dog Nothing

- Christine (10/5): We really enjoyed our stay , it was comfortable, clean and a good location for walks - The location as it is quite close to my parents. We could have done with an umbrella for a bit of shade from the sun . Maybe visions for the outdoor furniture.
- Fariba (9/5): Superb -
- Diana (7/5): Nice property but nowhere to walk the dog - Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a large terrace with a fence around it. It worked well for us, as we could let the dog walk around without worrying about it disappearing.
As we stayed there during the Easter break, it was lovely to find some Easter eggs. We were quite confused about the public footpaths around the property. It was difficult to find places to walk the dog, as most areas we tried to access were marked as private property. One of the farmers, whose land we had unintentionally entered, advised us to buy a map showing public footpaths and bridleways. We did get the map and tried to follow it, but all of the routes we tried were still restricted by farmers.
- Sammi1972 (10/5): Perfect! - Very lovely short stay at The Tack Room at The Stables.
Everything you need for a comfortable, home-from-home, break. Wish we could have stayed longer. To be around nature. Perfect pick me up. My partner also proposed! Thank you to everyone.
- Sheila (6/5): Delightful grounds with a fab local pub that is dog friendly. Do not be deceived by the photographs. - The surrounding area was lovely and the local pub was very welcoming and friendly with good food. We were able to bring our dog which is always a bonus. The grounds of the property were lovely with charming holiday homes nearby. We were a little deceived by the photos of the property before arriving and the reviews we had read. There was nothing for the dog- no bowl or blanket provided. The sofa was facing the wrong way for the TV. It was not the place you could relax and unwind in. Other guests spoke of a welcoming gift of milk and bread. There was nothing at all in The Tack Room. We had no hairdryer, which is normally standard in any accommodation. It was not a welcoming place at all. £20 for a dog that you wouldn’t even know had been there.

- Craig (10/5): Exceptional - Plenty of room, clean & comfortable. Very poor phone service, I had to drive back up the road to get instructions to access the cottage.
