• Maurice (9/5): Great, clean, friendly hotel - Nice rooms, super clean and comfortable. Great staff. The only thing I thought they could improve on was in room entertainment. Don't get me wrong, new TV with Direct TV and movie channels. But most places these days usually hve a setup to allow you to log into your own services like Netflix, prime, etc. That's would have been nice to have. But I dont think I would call it a complaint. More of an observation.

Only issue there was we were on motorcycles and had to carry our 4 bags and all our gear down some stairs to get to a cart to the elevator but not a huge deal. Room was very cozy and the terrace looking out over Concord was very nice.

The hotel is very nice nd clean room, people were very friendly, worth every penny, located in downtown Concord, close walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Free parking Better than the big chain hotels, worth the money.

• Midgemadge123 (10/5): Lovely, modern, spacious - perfect stay! - Really enjoyed our stay for a quick overnight visiting schools in the area. Centrally located on main st which was a huge plus as we wanted to walk around in the morning and shop. Beautiful spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Coffee in the room. Free water. A huge modern bathroom and wonderful shower. Incredibly friendly front desk. They were really helpful when we had questions about dinner, parking etc (o steaks is delish). From the fourth floor, a view of the top of the parking garage that then looked out over the landscape was actually kind of lovely. Highly recommend. p.s. Super cool record store across the street!

• 319stewartt (10/5): Nice, centrally-located hotel with friendly staff - Very nice centrally-located hotel, spacious rooms with a fridge that has a small freezer section, designed for an ice tray - I used it to keep my ice pack frozen. Complimentary water in the rooms and a great coffee vending machine in the lobby. Keurig maker in the rooms. Hotel parking is in the parking garage next door. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

• Steerfield (4/5): Hotel Concord, New Hampshire - I booked a Luxury King room in the Hotel Concord expecting luxury. Unfortunately, it was not luxurious. It was not at all like the picture on the web-site. The room consisted of a spacious bathroom and a small square bedroom with a king bed and a view of the slums of Concord. It felt like the room was crowded, not luxurious. The room is meant for two people but there is only one chair. There is no fridge. No desk for a computer. No microwave. An average size TV which is unresponsive to the remote much of the time. The thermostat is hard to regulate. It was set at 62 but the room temperature was 72 which made for uncomfortable sleeping. To use the elevators, it is necessary to swipe your room key card before selecting your floor. Perhaps that’s tolerable but my room key card stopped working half way through my stay. An unapologetic and apathetic concierge fixed my key card. For the price of the rooms the hotel staff should be bending over backwards to do whatever they can do for the hotel guests. The hotel staff was aloof. Some of the staff were snobby. The hotel has no swimming pool or hot tub. It’s necessary to go down the street to the YMCA if you want to swim. The hotel has no parking. Parking is in the adjacent municipal parking garage. This makes coming and going awkward. For the price of the rooms, the hotel should have valet parking for the hotel guests. Breakfast was complementary but meager. Very meager. The Hotel Concord provides poor quality and charges ridiculously high, costly rates. I booked a Luxury King room expecting luxury. I was terribly disappointed. I booked the Luxury King room for two nights which cost $461.12. Then I decided I needed an extra night. The extra night cost $340.80. That is ridiculous. On the positive side…..The coffee machine made regular, decaf, cappuccino and espresso coffee, all of which were very good. The walk-in shower was really good and relaxing with an adjustable shower stream. And, there was a Bible in the bedstand drawer. Very nice touch.

It is located right on Main Street in downtown Concord by great restaurants. Easy free parking. And, it has an excellent gym facility.

Breakfast was decent, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only strange thing we encountered was while having our morning coffee. We reached to pick up the newspaper available in the lobby and found the newspaper available was The Epoch Times, which is a far right wing, religious-based publication. There were no mainstream publications. It was a turn off and the reason I am not giving 5 stars.

• irinasJ8146XX (10/5): A Unique, Rejuvenating Stay at The Hotel Concord - We recently stayed at The Hotel Concord again, and it reminded me just how unique and special this place is. Of course, it's clean and the staff is friendly, but it's much more than that. It's not like a typical hotel where you simply spend a night. This hotel is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail in every aspect, from the room interiors to the overall ambiance. It's a space where you don't just sleep in a clean room, but where you truly feel rested, as if you'd just returned from a rejuvenating retreat.

• Kym (10/5): We had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed the facilities close by while we visited family in Hopkinton. - The property is a perfect location. The staff is nice. Our corner room was quiet but the view of parking garage was not. I loved the shower and beds were very comfortable. Love the high ceilings! The continental breakfast was not really great. Was expecting at least hot oatmeal. My family was looking forward to a waffle machine as most places have. For an upscale restaurant it was lacking. The coffee machine , however was excellent. Also, hooks in rooms is highly needed! We had a little sitting bench which would be ideal for hooks on wall for all winter gear especially with family and jackets. Not enough with just bathroom hooks. Also very helpful for maids to not have jackets all over the beds and floor before cleaning room. Hooks are a must!

Because we were on an upper floor, we were able to enjoy a beautiful view. The breakfast was fine. This hotel in contained in a business office building. Parking was a bit unusual and we finally figured it out. Located near restaurants and shopping. I would recommend this place.

Rooms are comfortable and clean, we had a King Suite, State side view.. Parking is easy and you’re given a free pass..Beverages and snacks apron arrival and a commentary breakfast~

• ISAIAH (10/5): - Nestled in the heart of New Hampshire's cozy capital city, Hotel Concord is a gem to be discovered. They have direct indoor access to the municipal parking garage, an independent theater, and the cities best steakhouse. And it's just a short stroll to the state capital building, with boutique shopping and a variety of cuisine on the way. My favorite feature of staying at the Hotel Concord was the private balconies on the sixth floor suites. There is a fine view of the city, and you can watch the sun set on the Merrimack river, gleaming off the State Capitol dome. I had a memorable stay.

Very nice use of building business offices along with the hotel inside the main building with a shared parking garage is easy to navigate. Nice workout room in the basement the rooms are quiet and comfortable with a large bathroom for getting ready in the morning. You also get daily cleaning in your room. Excellent on-site restaurant for dinner. Adequate breakfast in the morning. It was a little bit odd with several emails urging me to check in early and when I tried to do it it wanted me to put in quite a bit of information I'd already given them such as name address last four credit card and then wanted my date of birth there's no way I was giving that to them. And then on the last day of the stay starting at 6:00 in the morning you get bombarded with emails asking you to check out.
• Cathy (10/5): Huge room with a view - The room was huge. Our room had windows that looked out onto the city. There were remotes to open and close the drapes. The bed was king sized and very comfortable. The bathroom had a walk in shower and nice amenities. Coffee maker in the room too with bottles of water We liked everything

• uuperiwinkle (10/5): Sweet stay - My spouse and I stayed one night to see a show at the Capital Center. The location was ideal, with restaurants and cute shops close by. Our room was huge, spotless, and with great views. The attached parking was convenient, but don’t bother looking for space on the level three entrance to the hotel- it is all reserved for area businesses. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

She had me call back the next day and remembered me which doesn’t seem like a big deal but goes a long way in customer service for me. Classy place. Great room with automatic darkening shades. Sliding barn type bathroom door. The room has slippers and robes for you. The parking garage behind the building is a little confusing but I’m kind of a ditz. Definitely more signage would help though. The restaurant next door steak and seafood is delicious with a great staff as well

• MenderB (6/5): Not worth the $ - Difficult parking, extra firm bed, lousy breakfast - I'd really hoped to give Hotel Concord a 5-star review. But, alas, the issues kept piling up. First, the positives: Great location in downtown, clean rooms, spacious shower, friendly reservation (lady) the day I checked in, well-stocked, chocolates on the pillows, a fridge for leftovers and an airtight room. Even with a room facing downtown, it was still plenty quiet. Great full length mirror. Now for the negatives: Difficult parking situation (not very handicap or injury accessible). I have a torn meniscus. I had to find/pay for a place to park in front of the hotel to checkin/unload. Then drive around to the garage and hope to find an empty/unreserved spot on 3A. Got lucky because it was a Tuesday but there were few spots on that level (which connects to the hotel) that weren't reserved for other businesses. And getting things back to my car was even more difficult. The bed is so firm, it's like sleeping on the floor. Took forever to fall asleep and then woke with back, hip and shoulder pain. One small pillow was too firm. All the large pillows were too soft. Had to stack pillows and sleep width-wise to get comfortable. The desk chair is very narrow. If you're a curvy person, it squeezes your hips. I had to move to the lounge chair and stack pillows to create a workspace. Height of counters are too high for petite people. I'm 5'2" and the bathroom counter was just below my chest. The height of the shower cubby is also high. Fortunately, the shower head is adjustable. I went down for the breakfast, included in the pricey room rate, expecting a great buffet. Not only was in no better than your typical Holiday Inn breakfast, the fire wasn't lit under the bacon and eggs, so everything was cold. Didn't realize it until I put it on my plate and there was no microwave to heat it up. Said something to the morning reception desk guy. He didn't offer to take it to the kitchen to eat it up. Had to toss the whole plate of cold bacon and eggs. By the time someone came and found matches to light the heaters under, I'd already made myself some toast. Very disappointed and don't feel this place was worth the money.
• Xujie (6/5): - Toilet wasn’t flushing. After getting the maintenance on site to fix it, it still wasn’t fixed. We had to use our hand to get into the reservoir to manually flush all night.
• Samantha (10/5): - I will be returning for a romantic getaway. Loved this hotel!
• Nnyaruko (10/5): - The service is fantastic. Nice breakfast and complimentary. But the toilet in the room is pretty old, making a lot of noise.
• Marian (10/5): - Very clean and convenient for walking to the CCOA. The service was topnotch and very helpful.
