• Karen (10/5): Lovely weekend by the sea - Rosen is in a fab location just steps away from fistral beach. Very clean comfortable and bright apartment.
• steve (10/5): - You can see the sea and if you're lucky, the sunset from the balcony. Good amount of space. Storage downstairs for surf boards/bodyboards. Nice feel to the flat. Comfy sofa and bed. Not too far from Fistral beach, or the Pentire headland for some great views. The door leading into the kitchen was a slight annoyance if we left it open, but otherwise can't fault the place.

Great design and style and well thought out furnishings and equipment. Lovely and warm, great showers and plenty of space. Fantastic location a short walk from the beach and easily accessible Newquay town centre. Beautiful views over Fistral and great little balconies

• Chris (9/5): Lovely well appointed and clean apartment - Clean fresh and beautiful. Loved staying there and was very special. Flowers were a nice touch, beds very very comfortable and plenty of towels. Showers were amazing and really reliable and we had everything we could need. Only downside was the wifi which was shocking. As we had hoped to combine work and pleasure that part was disappointing. Key security lock was very stiff and difficult, needs updating.
• Joanne (10/5): amazing and very well looked after - if was very modern, fresh and crisp clean feel. luxurious and gave you the whole holiday feel. There was no local shop to get milk and bread from, it was quite far especially if you hadn’t brought a car.
