They also made coffee drinks of our choosing. The room faced the ocean and had a big balcony! Just what we were looking for in our room. The view was spectacular! They could have provides bedside water and robes. A Nespresso machine in the room would have a wonderful upgrade.

- Larry (10/5): We loved our stay at the Bianco Ricchio Suite hotel and highly recommend this outstanding hotel! - When we arrived, we were greeted by Alessandro(the manager) and reception staff with a glass of Prosecco (nice touch). We had booked a deluxe suite, and Alessandro upgraded us to a deluxe ocean view suite which was lovely! The staff of the hotel: from manager, to reception, restaurant crew, and cleaning personnel were all exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great- ( on the top floor with an outstanding 360-degree view)! We got many great tips for local restaurants - they also made several reservations for us - first class service! nothing - It would be great though to have a restaurant with dinner options on site :) - no big deal since there are quite a few options in walking distance

Good selection of fruit and fruit juices for breakfast as well as other food linked to continental breakfast. Tables were cleared quickly. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. As far as we are concerned the hotel was perfect. Difficult to find anything we didn't like, however, perhaps guests staying for a longer period of time, might appreciate a greater selection of cereals.

- CarolynNB15 (10/5): Wonderful stay in Puglia - Wow! We were seriously impressed by Bianco Riccio hotel. Possibly the happiest hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff were exceptional, every single one. The manager was always around & attended breakfast every morning to chat to clients. Reception staff were so friendly & helpful. They booked us restaurants, they booked us trains, taxis & got us a hire car. Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely breakfast was served in the top floor resteraunt. Again the serving staff got to know clients preferences & anticipated their needs. The domestic staff were equally friendly & professional & everywhere was very clean. The hotel has a nice pool with a lunchtime cafe & bar. It is near to many beach clubs . The village itself is small & mainly characterized by a succession of very classy fish restaurants, all of which we found very good. People come from outside the area to dine at these resteraunts. A short drive away we visited the large archeological site of ancient Egnazia which was very interesting. We also visited the beautiful hill town of Ostuni & the city of Lecce, known as the Florence of the South. Altogether we had a great introduction to the Puglia area of Italy.

- 788ellenm (10/5): A wonderful hotel with one issue (not their fault) - We’ve just returned from a lovely week in Savelletri. Puglia is absolutely gorgeous – simple, authentic, and beautifully Italian. This little fishing village was the perfect setting for our mother/daughter break in mid-September: perfect sunshine, good food, a clean and stylish hotel, and a delightful seafront stroll to several perfect (nicely simple) restaurants serving fresh pasta, shellfish, and seafood at very reasonable prices. There’s even a local beach club if you fancy a day sitting by the ocean with a bit of beach club vibe. The hotel itself is one of the best in the village. The accommodation was spotless and spacious, with large rooms, generous wardrobes (with plenty of hangers!), and balconies. Views of the sea and mountains at breakfast are breathtaking. Great pool area with sunbed. Strangely we’d booked a “mountain view” room by default (the option if you don’t pay for sea view), but in reality didn’t get one. It didn’t spoil our stay, but it was odd to be told to expect it and then not receive it. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection plus eggs cooked to order. Lunch options at the pool bar were limited but perfect for us – fresh salads and light snacks. For a bigger meal, restaurants along the seafront were just a short stroll away. The hotel doesn’t serve dinner, though reception can arrange delivery if you want to eat in. The staff were exceptional with special mention to Azzura who just couldn’t help us enough and was exceptionally friendly and genuinely interested in making sure we were having a great time. From breakfast service, pool bar staff to the wonderful reception team, every request was handled brilliantly – whether booking restaurants, arranging trips, informed recommendations on local masserias or suggesting other places to visit. They were efficient, helpful, and genuinely lovely. They really made our trip very special. Minor niggle: most plug sockets in our room didn’t work properly with either local plugs or UK adaptors. Overall, we were delighted with the hotel and would happily give it 5 stars. However… The real downside of Savelletri was transport. Without a hire car, getting around was unexpectedly difficult as there are very few taxis in the area. When booking we had carefully considered the proximity to local towns knowing that we would want to venture beyond the local port at least a few times during our stay and taxi journeys really weren’t looking that far. Unfortunately, taxi drivers charged a fortune. Journeys cost us at least double if not treble what we had paid in Rome: €110 for a return trip to Monopoli (just 20 minutes away), and €150 for a one way 40-minute airport transfer (more than London prices by far). Over six days we spent nearly €500 on taxis – each trip far more than we spent on dinner with wine! And we only went on two excursions and two trips to the airport. This definitely limited our options. On talking to other hotel guests we heard that any taxis in the area were expensive even those ordered privately. It left a bitter taste and, honestly, would stop us from returning to this otherwise lovely hotel and village. Be prepared either to hire a car meaning someone always has to drive or face very expensive taxi rides.

You get treated with the highest care and they go above and beyond to help, using a WhatsApp chat to support you with anything you need. Very handy. The rooftop terrace/breakfast bar/ bar has the best views of Savelletri coast line. I looked all over and nothing beat it, to the point I chose it to be the place of my proposal (which the staff helped me with) and everything was perfect. Made one of the most special nights of our lives absolutely perfect. Can’t thank them all enough.

Every August, Bianco Riccio is our first port of call, located perfectly in the town of Savelletri, near to all the restaurants and the beach clubs of Capitolo yet with a beautiful swimming pool and wonderful facilities. Alessandro and the team offer 5 star service, providing support to you to book any restaurants or beach clubs. Rooms are spacious and modern and breakfast is on the terrace with a view overlooking the harbour and endless views out to the ocean. We have changed where we stay every time we visit Puglia, Bianco Riccio is the only hotel we return to and will again. As a family of four, with a 9 year old and 2 year old, the hotel provides us with adult luxury yet enough entertainment for children. I’d highly recommend Bianco Riccio as a base for access to the wonderful beach clubs of Capitolo, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Ostuni.

We felt like family and all staff was helpful and welcoming, they took their time with recommendations for restaurants and beaches, places to go travel and see, setting up our transportation and attending to all of our needs no matter what time of day. We truly felt like we were at home. The room was clean spacious and very comfortable. It is in a great location and the town is beautiful. Easy access to the airport and other great cities to see on your travels. Bianco Riccio is the place to stay for an extended trip in the region. 100 percent. Will definately come back.

- Vacation24882995768 (10/5): Surprise Savelletri gem - We came across this surprise gem and were delighted ! Alessandro and his team went above and beyond from before our arrival and throughout . Great location surrounded by excellent local restaurants . Many beach clubs both walking and short drive. Would recommend a car to explore beaches and towns such as Polignano a Mare, Monopoli and Lecce . The hotel itself is immaculately maintained. We had a King Deluxe which was spacious with huge terrace, extremely comfortable bed with good showers and linens . Fantastic choice at breakfast on the roof overlooking the sea again made all the difference to be greeted by friendly smiling staff. Puglia has much to offer and Bianco Riccio will give you access to this small fishing village and beyond and offer you great local food and great prices with a very warm welcome. Would highly recommend !

Staff were attentive. The gym was not air conditioned and in the basement, so not cool enough to exercise which was a shame. The only complaint from a lovely stay.

The private terrace was far bigger than we had imagined and became one of our favorite spots to relax as a family. We witnessed some truly breathtaking sunsets from there — a highlight of our trip. The breakfast each morning was one of the best we’ve experienced — fresh, high-quality ingredients, made-to-order eggs and bacon, all served in the restaurant on the 4th floor with a stunning near-360-degree view. It was the perfect start to each day. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the warm and welcoming staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our time there. A special thank you to the manager, Alessandro, who was always available with a smile, helpful tips, and fantastic local recommendations. - RODRIGO (10/5): Espetacular - Nossa estadia no Hotel Bianco Riccio foi simplesmente perfeita. Desde o check-in até o último dia, tudo superou nossas expectativas. O quarto era grande, confortável e muito bem decorado, ideal para quem busca descanso com sofisticação. O serviço foi impecável em todos os aspectos. Gostaríamos de destacar especialmente o atendimento do concierge Alessandro, que foi atencioso, prestativo e absolutamente profissional. Sua fluência em português, francês, inglês e italiano fez toda a diferença para nos sentirmos acolhidos e bem orientados durante a estadia. A localização é espetacular, com fácil acesso à praia e aos pontos mais charmosos da região. A vista para o mar é deslumbrante e se torna ainda mais especial ao ser apreciada do rooftop, que é um verdadeiro refúgio com ambiente agradável e ótimo serviço. O custo-benefício é excelente, especialmente considerando o padrão do hotel e a qualidade de tudo o que é oferecido. Sem dúvida, recomendamos fortemente o Bianco Riccio – uma experiência memorável em todos os sentidos.
- 222jaynen (10/5): Lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly staff - What a lovely hotel! We had a sea view king suite - it was beautifully appointed, had stylish decor, and was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was plentiful and excellent, and there was also a lovely pool area with plenty of sun beds and cabanas. All of the staff were very friendly. The manager, Alessandro, was highly visible and always on hand to answer any questions we might have. He seemed genuinely keen to know that we were having a good stay and was interested to hear our views on any improvements they could make. Our only suggestion would be a Nespresso machine in the room as it’s nice to be able to enjoy a coffee table n your balcony before going to breakfast - other than that, our stay was great and we will definitely return!

- NYC_Rock (10/5): Wonderful Hotel, Amazing Staff - Bianco Riccio offers a fantastic stay in a nice location, just a short walk from the water where you'll find great restaurants and beautiful seaside views. Our room was generously sized and featured a balcony facing the front of the hotel, providing a clear view of both the beach and the nearby dining spots. You can get quick access to the private beach nearby using a voucher obtained at the hotel's reception desk. Or, the hotel’s own pool and sun deck are a great option: clean, spacious, and well-managed, with attentive service throughout. What really stood out was the staff -- genuinely warm and welcoming, they made us feel like long-time friends. Truly wonderful people! We’d gladly return the next time we visit Puglia.

- Culture58169203302 (10/5): Excellent hotel - Very clean and spacious suites, fantastic views of the sea, and most importantly the beds are very comfortable, not matter the level of hotels you stay at in Italy, they’re more on the harder side, I believe, not here, the beds are very very comfortable! My husband is extremely picky and was happy with it. The breakfast was included and was terrific, great variety of fresh fruits cheeses pastries cold cuts juices coffee and of course a nice an array of cornettos. The hotel is situated in Savelletri a town central enough for a home base, almost all areas to visit within an hour or less away. This was one of 4 hotels we stayed in our trip to Puglia and we really loved it!. The staff were terrific, the ladies at the front desk, very friendly and warm always ready to help with suggestions and Alessandro the manager, was an excellent host! Welcomed us with a nice glass of prosecco and was always checking, making sure we were happy or-if we needed anything. He made us feel really welcome. Over all a fantastic experience at Bianco Riccio Hotel.

Great views, the staff was very friendly, Alessandro de manager was very welcoming & always ready to chat with us,making sure we were happy, made us feel at home, the front desk girls were just as great if not more, very helpful with suggestions of where to go and or what to do. The breakfast on the top floor was really good with a phenomenal view of the sea & town. Delicious capuchino and a great variety of choices. Very happy happy with our stay. Everything was just great! Looking forward to be back! Thanks Alessandro and staff! That I had to leave.

Can not fault it one bit - beautiful breakfast - everything thought of , stunning pool area and wonderful room . But what really makes this hotel is the staff - Alessandro and his team are faultless - there was not one member that didn’t bend over backwards ……the pool bar girls , reception , breakfast area - all were amazing - super friendly . Melania always had our “ molto caldo “ coffee waiting . Thank you all x

Location is a bit quiet. But it is an excellent, central location for a base if you want to do multiple day trips around Puglia.

- kelliem69 (10/5): Perfect spot in Puglia. - Wow. What an amazing place. Feels like a home away from home. This was our second visit and were just as imprsssd as our first stay. The general manager, Alessandro, has an attention for detail and delighting his guests. We were so pleased to see that many of the staff have stayed at the hotel since our last visit. They’re an awesome, helpful and wonderful team. Highly recommend the sea terrace rooms. Great views. Spacious. This is the perfect town to experience off the beaten path, local Italy without the crowds of some of the more famous cities in the area. It’s a quick drive to every city, beach and masseria you want to visit. There are some great restaurants and gelato super close to the hotel. Breakfast is a fabulous start to the day. And the pool is gorgeous. We loved our morning walks along the coast to the castle/ ruins. We can’t wait to return again.

We stayed here three years ago and recently spent four nights here with two other couples and had an amazing time. The hotel is super clean, breakfast was amazing and the location is great for day trips and dinner. Restaurants within walking distance was very convenient. Great recommendations from the concierge. Thank you again Allessandro and staff for going out of your way to make this an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back. You deserve 5 stars!
