• Krizza (10/5): Go-to hotel in Legazpi - we got stuck because of the typhoon and everywhere else outside Legazpi was flooded but we did not feel there was a disaster going on because the area is free of flood, there’s generator and there’s a grocery nearby that is open. So all essentials were there and we felt it was the safest place to be. Just super thankful we decided to stay in Legazpi. This will now be our go-to whenever we travel to Bicol.

• Kathrina (7/5): Good - The location cause it’s near to other tourist area, in the city, convenient and have good view of Mt. Mayon. Staffs were all accommodating. They provided toiletries and changed the towels daily. There was some spiders in the room. They provided very thin linen as blanket on the 1st night so it was not comfy especially for my mother who’s senior, but then I requested to changed it the next day and they made it much better. The other room that I booked, the aircon was not that cold even the temperature was already adjusted.

• Elda (8/5): Very good - Good location but not too busy. The place was so clean and very peaceful! Perfect for those who want to relax after a long day of travelling/touring around the city. There are a lot of restos nearby, plus accessible commute. I was informed they have daily cleaning, but I was surprised they had it cleaned even without my permission. For guest's peace of mind, it would help if they have tags/signs the guests can leave by the door if they want their room cleaned. I didn't secure all my stuff when I left because I did not request for cleaning and was not expecting anyone to go into the room while I was away. Nothing has been missing naman; Suggestion only for guests' peace of mind.

• Katrina (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the property is near the city center. They have a few slot for parking, so better to call them before you arrive so they can reserve a parking for you. The property itself is still new and the rooms are clean. They have a daily cleaning which is good because they change the bed sheets and towels everyday. They also serve breakfast for additional pay. All in all i love the stay from the property. And if i comes back again to legazpi i would definitely book here again. The shower valve in our room is not working. And we used the valve from the heater to open and close the shower.

• Lady (9/5): Superb - The room I stayed in was so spacious given that I was alone. It's bigger than the room I chose on the bookings page which I thought was enough for me since I'm the only one. It was particularly clean as well. Like from the moment you enter the receiving area, the hallways, and the room itself. The hygiene kits are provided daily (tissue and other necessary toiletries). There's also a daily supply of bottled water and coffee. There's also an electric kettle in the room and a water dispenser in the hallway. Also, I love that I can see the Mayon volcano from the top floors (5th and the rooftop). It's also relatively quiet even if it's beside a secondary road. The walls of the rooms are not directly attached to the outward wall since there's a hallway in between. You won't even know it's raining outside. It's near the tourist attractions and in the middle of the city proper which makes it convenient to tour around. Lastly, I'm thankful that they accommodated me earlier than the standard check-in since my flight was early morning and allowed me to offset the payment since I also left too early in the morning of my last day. They do not provide disposable slippers and I didn't bring any indoor footwear which is unusual and unexpected. The flooring is so cold especially when the aircon is on. I was also informed that I will be on the 5th floor so I can have a direct view of the Mayon outside my room. But, upon arrival, the room assigned to me was on the 2nd floor (probably because I checked in early), so I still had to go upstairs to see it (thankfully there's an elevator). They also have a rooftop, but I think it's not made for customers since it's occupied by the staff for laundry and dishwashing though you can ask permission to take a look at Mayon. I hope they can improve it because it's a nice location to view Mayon and has lots of potential. The door is only equipped with the door-knob lock. Though my whole stay there had been safe, I think customers will feel more secure if it has at least two locks. The internet was also intermittent. There was a blackout in the area one evening but good thing they have a generator (it's not their fault that there's a blackout).

Elevator - convenient, since the rooms are on 5th floor The tall glass window that you can see outside, and you can be seen from the inside if you didnt close the curtains. also the curtains for these window are thin (light can still pass through). I think its much better if the glass window in this room is frosted or has double curtains.

• Samuel (1/5): Bad - Nothing good - worst hotel I had in 3 weeks in Philippines. Room is supposed to have a view and a balcony. But there was no window, except for a sitting area and the elevator, which means the curtains had to be shut at all time. When I told the staff about it, they refused to answer, except "all rooms are like that". The rooftop is also just a 2 meters square space, near the open room where some staff sleeps... Actually, all the good reviews are made from the same people (several 10 from same person)... Strange, isn't it ?
• Zsolt (8/5): Very good - The location is close to everything and far from the main road. The room was big enough and clean. The bed was comfy. The hotel is facing towards the Mayon Volcano. The aircon sounded like we are at a construction site. Breakfast also wasn't available, which is fine, can go to the closest mcdonalds, just it eats our time, when the main purpose is to see the Mayon Volcano that is usually covered with clouds by 9am or so. This was the first time when we didn't have bedside table ☹️

We weren’t told that we needed to inform them upon check in if we want breakfast served, so we had to walk to a nearby hotel for breakfast.

• Ma. (8/5): It’s a comfortable place to stay while in Albay. - It’s in a quiet neighborhood and very close to J. P. Rizal Ave. which is a main thoroughfare in Legazpi City. The rooms are clean and spacious enough. Beds are comfortable too. There’s no ref. A ref will be good to have cold water at least after a long day in the outdoors.

No clock/radio, the shower head was messed up, the cr floor didn’t drain well, not much ventilation, needed some air freshener.
