- Kaylie (6/5): Overall good - Loved the fact that this overlooked the lake & you could see the castle. Bed was comfortable and so was the sofa. For a self catering facility, there needs to be more kitchen equipment, there was no kitchen utensils like tongs, spatulas etc… no strainer (colander) no frying pans and one saucepan… Both lighters had no gas. Lounge carpet had multiple stains Kitchen cupboards and drawers cracked En-suite toilet … I have no idea what the smell is but we couldn’t use it…. A mixture between a urine smell and something else… but literally made us gag! Hot tub is brilliant, but hot tub lid is fraying and broken. Could use a gazebo over the top to shelter from bad weather and leaves falling in from the tree above. Also some extra lighting around the hot tub - we couldn’t see getting in or out in the dark…. Overall a good stay just a little more attention to details
