• Angela (10/5): Had a great stay, would love to go back. - Good location, just off the main road. Close to Conwy and Llandudno. On a quiet housing estate. The property had everything that we needed. There was nothing not to like.
• Pratik (8/5): Very good - The location is great, and nearby shops just 5 minutes drive away. Very clean property has all appliances and good for family. The host is very nice and kind enough to accomodate one of our requests. Everything is good, and this is just general feedback: - keeping some more cleaning materials and toiletries would be helpful.

• Christopher (6/5): Good for a couple of nights, but would really need better hot water pressure - Location was great, and it was a very spacious accommodation Water pressure for hot water was abysmal and the bathroom had noticeable Mould. The mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable. The residence also had a spooky quality to it. The locked shed in the back with drawn shades that said private felt menacing.

• Donna (1/5): Absolutely terrible stay will not be using booking.com again you need to update your site with holiday cottages like thi - The location of the holiday cottage was very good The facilities in the holiday cottage was very bad not enough towels for 4 nights only one hand towel and one bath towel each no tea towels and no dishcloths provided we had to go out and buy some as well as dishwasher tablets salt and Rinse aid as there was none of them provided could not open patio doors as they was broken no blind in the bathroom window so next door neighbours could see you have a shower even though the glass is patterned the bathroom room window would not close no electric fans was provided to keep you cool as it was red hot in the property so couldn’t sleep very well even with the windows open there was not enough utensils provided as had no spatulas to get food out of pans and there was only one tray in the oven the holiday cottage needs updating and it needs a lot of repairs doing to it how they are getting away with the rules and regulations on this property is beyond us not even a welcome pack was provided we will not be stopping in this property again and for £605 it’s well over exspensive for what you got

Coming from North America, we were not used to the door lock system, and took a while to figure out how to lock up. Some instructions added to the guest book information might be helpful for non Europeans.

It’s in a nice quiet area but not far from Llandudno, Deganwy and Conway. The location was ideal to access all of North Wales. We really enjoyed our weekend at Ogilvie Lodge and will definitely return. Having to go home!
• Sian (9/5): Our second stay, perfect for my mum as everywhere is accessible indoors and out and the location per - Location was excellent, home from home, tastefully decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean. An electric socket to have a lamp in bedroom 2.
• Rahul (5/5): Passable - House was in good condition and clean. Extremely disrespectful host and unhelpful, wouldn't recommend anyone if you are expecting good hospitality. I requested him if we could drop our bags sooner than the check-in time, which he denied. I requested him if we could leave our bags for a few hours after check-out, and he was also not accommodating of that. Instead, he accused me of disrespecting him because I messaged him a few times. He blamed me for being unreasonable to request any of this, or to message him a week in advance to ask a question regarding local transport.
• Karen (10/5): Ideal for family of 4 - The house was exactly as advertised. It is in a good location in a quiet residential area. The beach, promenade, Castle are all within easy reach and there is good shopping and dining options in both Conwy and Llandudno. The house is comfortable and was clean and exactly as pictured. We really enjoyed our stay. There is an enclosed garden space which is neat and has seating options. The kitchen had everything needed for our stay and everything was in working order with good instructions available in the guest manual. Would happily recommend Ogilvie Lodge.

• Irfan (8/5): Perfect short break in a quite area, comfy and homely atmosphere. - Property was perfect for our short stay. I was emailed with the lock box code and any instructions were in the booklet found at the property, no issues there. Lovely area and a clean and tidy house upon arrival. We sat in the garden for a while and enjoyed the peace and tranquility along with the sun :) Nice homely feel to the place and I would stay again if we decide to come back to this part of Wales. The only slight criticism I would have, is that the TV is a little old. This may be an issue for some guests, but we were out both days, so it didn't really concern us.

We would be happy to return here. Not much, but a few small things would have been helpful to make it perfect: bin in bathroom, tea/coffee/milk, sponge to wash dishes, TV remote needs new batteries.
