В ванной комнате следы плесени, сломана дверь душевой кабины и неплотно закрывается, поэтому вода льется на пол. Плохо уходит вода в раковине. Нет холодильника, чайника в номерах и нет питьевой воды. Воду нужно пить из крана
- Igor (9/5): Veľmi dobrý hotel za slušnú cenu - Tento hotel som bral ako bežný 3* hotel na Táľoch. Teraz po preveraní by som mu udelil 3+*, teda lepšie než tri hviezdičky. K tomuto uzáveru ma vedie niekoľko dôležitých faktov. V hoteli vládne poriadok a čistota, personál na všetkých úrovniach je veľmi ústretový a priateľský. To sú tie najdôležitejšie veci. Wellnessko je značne lepšie, než som s ohľadom na veľkosť hotela čakal. Bazén je celkom slušný s teplotou vody správne v súlade s veľkosťou kompromisne medzi relaxom a plávaním 30 stupňov. Dve parné sauny s ochladzovacím bazénom a veľkou vírivkou sú pohodlne prístupné. Jediným problémom je značná vzdialenosť medzi fínskou saunou a ochladzovacím bazénom. S večerou a raňajkami sme boli úplne spokojní. Hotel disponuje aj dvomi tenisovými kurtami vo veľmi dobrej kondícii, podstatne lepšej než vo vedľajšom hoteli vyššej úrovne Vzdialenosť fínskej sauny a ochladzovacieho bazéna

- Jan (7/5): Sklamanie - Wellnes,prostredie Neochotný personál v reštaurácii,otváracia doba do 22.00 ale čašníčky o 21.15 už robili uzávierku a nepredali ani vodu,aby mohli utekať domov...podotýkam ,že bol plný hotel. Raňajky bohaté len pre prvých hostí,tí ostatní žobrali o jogurt,croisant a pod. Večeru v kolibe sme si zajednali dopredu na 19.00((nakoľko nám malé deti nevydržia hodinu pri stole čakať na jedlo),samozrejme nebolo nič pripravené,chaos a 40 ninút sme čakali na vopred objednané jedlo.O sevírovaní jedál pre 8 ľudí, o časových intervaloch a neúplnych objednávkach sa radšej nevyjadrujem.Otras. Mali by ísť na preškolenie vedľa do Tálskej bašty,ako to skmá fungovať. Na recepcii príjemný a úslužný personál. Stupku navštevujeme nepravidelne cca 20 rokov ale teraz velké sklamanie.

Świetna relacja ceny do jakości. Przyjemny kameralny basen, jacuzzi, sauna i siłownia i sala zabaw i gier. W pokoju mieliśmy lodówkę, która nie chłodziła. Byłoby super, gdyby obsługa recepcji rozmawiała po angielsku.

- Judita (8/5): Hotel spĺňa pomer cena/kvalita - Hotel sa nachádza v dobrej lokalite, blízko viacerých lyžiarskych stredísk, hotel je starší, ale dobre udržiavaný. Izbu sme mali štandard, bola čistá, ale bez chladničky. Príjemne nás prekvapil wellnes s teplým bazénom so slanou vodou a saunami. Raňajky mali široký výber, ale žial sa nedokladali.

- Vladimír (5/5): - pozitívne hodnotím lokalitu, raňajky boli super, na výber všetko tak ako doma (praženica, volské oko, palacinky, muesli, parky, zelenina, slaninka, sunka, salama, pečivo) welnes v poriadku, nie je to nič extra, ale parná sauna super (aj keď som cítila pleseň) vírivka fajn a aj bazen na plavanie stačil. budem kritická, ale za tie peniaze som naozaj čakala viac, na vankuši aj v sprchovom som mala čierne vlasy, pútko na župane odtrhnute, chýbala mi pri posteli zásuvka, na izbe nie je mini bar, ak niečo chcete zoberiete si to na recpecií a odtial na izbu, bola tam karafa na vodu a prázdna, čiže ani vodu ste nemali, a vrchol čo sa mi nepáčilo bolo, že kamarátku ubytovali v ,,prístavbe,, čo bol vlastne iný hotel (Golf) a cesta k nemu viedla cez les, polovica neosvetlená!!!! išla som ju tam len raz odprevadiť, a teda nikdy viac. jedlo veľmi dobré, až na džús na raňajky, ktorý bol studená voda s príchuťou, toto určite nie na raňajky.

- Kristína (9/5): War sehr angenehm - Frühstück hat unsere Erwartung vom 3* Hotel übertroffen. Wellnessbereich ist groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zufrieden und kommen sicher wieder zurück. Als Ehepaar haben wir eine Zimmer mit 2 Betten bekommen- sehr seltsam. Polster war sehr alt und überhaupt nicht bequem. Wir haben nur eine Nacht gebucht, es war für die eine Nacht in Ordnung.

Neochota personálu - najmä obsluha pri bare, služby - v rámci hotelových informácii z prospektu na izbe uvedený mobilný kontakt za účelom objednania masáže - po celú dobu pobytu nefunkčný. - Zsolt (9/5): Great place to stay - It was great. It was our second or third time to stay here. We got, what we expected. The quality of the service remained the same as before and we were satisfied with it. Probably we will stay here in the next time. Sometimes there is no enough parking space. About the services, unfortunately we couldn't make a reservation with half board, only with breakfast.

- Gábor (8/5): Ideal for ski trips - Good location for skiing, well equipped hotel and lots of services including wellness. Breakfast was great as well. Room was very small and looked at parking on the ground floor.
- Zoltán (10/5): Amezing winter rest. - Hotel crew very kind and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and equipped with all necessary stuffs (robes, towels, slippers, toiletries, safe, TV). Big parking lot for free. Breakfast is amezing and have a huge selection. For dinner have menu or à la carte. They cook very tasty. For hotel guests the sauna, jakuzzi and swimingpool are free. All clean and very enjoyable. Definitely 10 points!
- Andrea (9/5): Superb - Room was big enough for all of us, condition of the bathroom, the wellness options are great. A great place to stay, it was really silent in the night. One of the workers in the wellness area was rude, we've got a room for 5 but the fifth bed was a spare one. We received 4 sets of stuff in the room. Do not believe the half-board! They tried to charge us for the dinner.

- Gyula (7/5): Nice ski holiday in a retro hotel and not so warm welcome from the staff. - The wellness is fairly equipped. The breakfast is was great. The hotel is strongly retro I can say very outdated. The room temperature is was too hot and thermostat isn’t working. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The shower didn’t work properly. The staff was fairly friendly except one blonde lady over her best years she were wearing always a one colour (blue or green) dress. She was very unfriendly nir rude. Generally nobody speaks English except a few.
