• KATE (7/5): - Very good location for our needs (close to family) This is obviously a 70s/80s house that still has all the original fittings and fixtures (except the new oven) which was pretty cool. However the mattresses were all very hard and the water pressure was average. It could do with some rugs on the floors and a full-length mirror somewhere!

• Ann (6/5): Never again. - Suitable for our family, house was close to shopping centre (not walking distance) One parking space for shared property (2 separate units) other than the street. CCTV & owners watching regularly, never experienced this before. Dryer doesn’t dry clothes, again never experienced this. Nowhere to hang washing & no laundry basket, for a family that was a bit difficult. Outdoor area has only a motion light so sitting outside is only suitable for daytime. Bathroom mirror is placed high up, I’m 5’3 & couldn’t see myself! No other mirror in the house. Signs around house threatening reduction of bond if the linen is stained with blood etc. Cannot secure most doors ie bedrooms so they open & close randomly.
• Carol (8/5): - Extremely spacious, comfy lounge and Rosa is exceptionally lovely. Perfect location. There wasn't anything we didn't like but there are some minor repairs that need seeing to...corner cupboard door off its hinges and towel rack in bathroom on a wobble.
• Cheri (9/5): Was a great place and highly recommend - It was like a whole house upstairs, really good layout. Apparently one of the Neighbour's is a complainer so had to keep the noise down, bit hard with kids screaming but we didn't get any complaints. Downstairs had their tv during the night a little loud you could hear coming up the stairwell. Plenty of room for family or a group. Seemed like a good area. Lady I communicated with and checked in with was friendly and welcoming. Nothing major. Could only get one car in driveway so one guest has to park on cramp little street. I'm not good with stairs but I managed, so not good for disabled or elderly if you can't climb stairs, but there is a downstairs but have no idea what that is like. Did have to pay a $300 deposit I wasn't aware of, I must have missed in the description. Unlike hotels or caravan parks that ask for a deposit taking over a week, it was refunded within a couple of days.

• Brian (10/5): Extremely good value for money, we were treated as an extension of the family, highly recommended - Location suited us perfectly, we self catered with every need close by. Owners were very kind and helpful. Absolutely nothing comes to mind.

• Ellen (10/5): Lovely home, great value for money. - Such a cosy house, really felt like a home away from home. Communication with hosts was excellent. Nice neighbourhood. Plenty of space for the kids to play inside and nice views of the sunset from the balcony area. Will definitely be back next school break. WiFi and phone reception was a little sucky and some of the doors don't latch shut so was hard keeping the little ones out of the rooms especially the one with the bunk bed.
• Meshlin (5/5): Comfortable - quiet and spacious home There wasn't any condiments in the kitchen, and the location is a distance from shops. It would have been nice to have salt, pepper, oil at least provided. Also some cold water in the fridge would have been nice during the hot weather. We didn't have any washing detergent, so had to purchase a whole bottle for a 3 day stay

Joseph was very helpful in making sure check in went smoothly & we had everything needed etc. Will return in near future! Our only complaint was not being able to stay longer this visit 😣

• Carol (9/5): Nice house and great location. - Excellent location for my purposes. Very handy to bus stops. Maybe a bit expensive. Some attention to maintenance was required - dripping shower; curtain pulls not working; kitchen cupboards needed sorting.

The beds were very uncomfortable it's a shared house and isn't stated online because it looks like you're actually renting the whole house because that is what is pictured but you are only renting down stairs or up stairs. Took ages to ahold of anyone and wasn't notified where the key was.
• Marni (4/5): - Owner was lovely but beds were horrendous. Family of 5 had no sleep for 5 nights. Nothing exciting, overgrown back yard, outdated crockery, pans, cutlery, no dryer. Offering accommodation with springs for beds. Unaware of subletting downstairs so others turned up in driveway of house as well. Did I say the beds were terrible.
• Phu (7/5): Good - The house was spacious with plenty of room. The heating was a bit hard to work out. The hot water system was hard to adjust. No heating in the bathroom. Toilet and bathroom can do with privacy locks

• Mr.RAuty (8/5): - The property wasn't ready for our 2pm check-in. The cleanliness was way below expectations although it was large, nice decor and great emenities. No internet access was dissapointing but the location was excellent. We were not expecting the property to be divided into 2 properties although one house.
