Anke (8/5): All in all the hotel and staff were very good and the location for me was excellent - All went well but I believe there should always be complimentary water in the room and breakfast could have had a bit more choices. room was a bit small, no water, reception was a bit slow as there was only one person on duty during check out and I only need my parking ticket validated to leave. I had a flight to catch so I had limited time

Stefanie (8/5): Hotel sehr gut - das Personal nicht. - Gute Bettwäsche, bequemer Stuhl und großer ( Schreib-)Tisch im Zimmer. Sehr gut auch der kleine, leere Kühlschrank, in dem man seine eigenen Getränke und z. B. Obst kühlen kann. Das Personal. Mit drei unterschiedlichen Mitarbeitern/ Mitarbeiterin Kontakt gehabt, jedesmal wurde entweder eine Zusage nicht eingehalten ( Keine Zimmerreinigung nach dem ersten Tag gewünscht, da ich Arbeitspapiere liegen lassen wollte - es wurde trotzdem in meiner Abwesenheit saubergemacht) oder es wurde eine wichtige Information, trotz zweimaliger Nachfrage, nicht gegeben ( 24 Stunden Parkticket mit der Möglichkeit währenddessen das Gelände mit dem Auto zu verlassen ) und zum Schluss wollte die Mitarbeiterin beim Aus-checken zwei Parktage berechnen, obwohl ich nur einen Tag den Parkplatz nutze. Dazu wurde noch behauptet, daß es in Mannheimer Parkhäusern üblich wäre, mehr als 35€ für 24 Stunden zu bezahlen, was sich nach 3 Sekunden googeln als Lüge herausstellte! Sehr enttäuschend!

Tarja (10/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und die Fenster sind sehr gut isoliert. Ich hatte ein Zimmer gegenüber des Fahrstuhls und direkt zur Hauptstraße gelegen und habe von beidem nichts mitbekommen. Das Bett war bequem und es gab eine Kaffee und Tee Auswahl, inkl. Kühlschrank, wo eigene Sachen gekühlt werden können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und direkt vor der Tür gab es eine Station der Straßenbahn. Für diejenigen, die wegen Konzerten oder einem Eishockeyspiel in die SAP Arena müssen ist das super, die Nr 6 fährt direkt vom Hotel zur Arena 👌 zum Frühstück kann ich leider nichts sagen, da ich es nicht genutzt habe. Wer nicht im Hotel essen möchte, findet in der Umgebung gute Alternativen. Zum Parken ist noch zu sagen, dass es in der nahen Umgebung wohl kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Ich habe auf dem Hotelparkplatz geparkt und fand die Größe des Platzes und der einzelnen Parkparzellen ausreichend groß (mein VW T6 hat entspannt Platz gefunden) und 22€ pro 24h sind definitiv angemessen. Anfang Mai waren auch noch genügend Parkplätze frei. Wüsste nichts was mir negativ aufgefallen ist 👍

nadine4873 (9/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch wenn es Probleme mit Zimmernachbarn gibt (von 11 Nächten hatte ich in einer Nacht einen suspekten und lauten Nachbarn). Der Herr am Frühstücksempfang hat immer ein Lächeln und nette Worte. Die Suite war sauber, geräumig und besonders das Bad gefiel mir sehr. Das Frühstück ist gut, manchmal fehlten mir Gurken, aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Leider liegen die Suiten zur Hauptstraße hin, so dass schlafen mit offenem Fenster schwierig ist.

Andrea (10/5): 100%ige Weiterempfehlung - Top Haus - Mit Schranken gesicherter Parkplatz - modernes, zweckmäßig und doch mit Charme eingerichtetes, sehr sauberes Zimmer - ein Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt, großer Frühstücksraum, auch hier sehr sauber - auffallend war das nicht nur freundliche, sondern überaus kompetente Fachpersonal. Ich persönlich bevorzuge weichere Matratzen, aber das ist wohl meinem Alter und meinen Beschwerden geschuldet und hat absolut nichts mit der Qualität der Betten zu tun.

Obarymski (8/5): - Bardzo czysto i smaczne śniadania. Personel ogólnie przyjazny oprócz jednej Pani ,która udawała że nie rozumie mnie jak mówię po angielsku. Gdy próbowałam tej Pani wyjaśnić ponownie czego potrzebuje zaczęła się unosić i straszyć wyrzuceniem z hotelu .Mam na to świadków że reakcja Pani była głęboko przesadzona i gdy poprosiłam o rozmowę z przełożonym nie dała mi takiej możliwości co świadczy o strachu tej Pani przed konsekwencjami swojego zachowania.

Manfred (9/5): - Schönes und modernes Hotel, Zimmer sauber. Gute Frühstücksauswahl. Matratze etwas hart, trotzdem gut geschlafen. Schnelles einchecken. Waren eine Nacht da, kommen gerne wieder. Der Fernseher ging leider nicht. Wahrscheinlich waren die Batterien leer. Parkgebühr mit 22 Euro schon recht teuer.

(9/5): NH Hotel Mannheim - ein modernes, bestens ausgestattetes Hotel mit tollem Service und Personal. - Wir wurden freundlich empfangen, erhielten ein top-sauberes und bestens ausgestattetes Zimmer und waren überrascht von der Ruhe in diesem Zimmer obwohl das Hotel ja an einer vielbefahrenen Kreuzung liegt. Nach einem Konzertbesuch und einer ruhigen Nacht im Hotel konnten wir ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbüfett mit freundlichem Service genießen. Also alles bestens. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschkränkt weiter empfehlen.
