Guest Reviews
- Barnaby (10/5): Beautiful, extremely secluded property. - Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour.
Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain.
- Chris (10/5): - Absolutely lovely property, well out of the way in a lovely spot, Pauline’s communication was spot on and the local area was stunning and only a short drive to Denbigh on country lanes.
- Beverley (10/5): - Very remote, which was both good and bad. Good as really felt away from it all, and therefore very relaxing, but access was by a steep dirt track and really only suitable for 4x4 vehicles.
The property is very large and spacious, well equipped kitchen (only thing missing was a corkscrew!) with nice comfy beds and a very large garden.
Clean enough to be comfy but no so much that you felt the kids couldn’t run in and out for fear of getting the floors grubby. A lovely mix of old rustic charm and modern comfort- great range cooker we used on both nights.
