- Buddug (7/5): Great location - Great location and very big apartment. Staff tried to fix the errors which was appreciated. Two bathrooms Cleanliness of the apartment on arrival and not ready at 4pm (was available shortly after but not very clean). Air conditioning unit was filthy (they cleaned it the following day thankfully). The apartment in general needs some TLC, scruffy walls, stained seats etc

- Yohan (1/5): - Nous sommes arrivés à 20h et l’appartement n’était pas prêt et j’étais accompagné des enfants et la seule réponse qu’ils m’ont dit si vous n’êtes pas content annuler votre réservation on vous remboursera, je trouve ça pas du tout professionnel vu que j’étais abri de trois petits enfants de quatre ans de huit ans et de 10 ans. C’est inadmissible en train de chercher un endroit où loger à 20h et 21 heures on nous a traité comme de la merde.
- amchap88 (8/5): Correspondances avant le séjour catastrophiques, séjour sur place très sympathique - L’appartement était spacieux, moderne et parfaitement conforme aux photos. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité des équipements, la décoration soignée ainsi que le confort général du logement, qui nous a permis de passer un excellent séjour. Les espaces étaient très agréables à vivre, aussi bien pour se détendre que pour partager des moments en groupe. L’emplacement est également un vrai point fort. Nous avons pu profiter facilement de la plage à pied tout en ayant un accès rapide au centre-ville et à ses nombreux commerces, restaurants et activités. La localisation permet vraiment de découvrir la région sans difficulté. Enfin, l’hôte a été réactif et disponible tout au long du séjour. Il a répondu rapidement à nos demandes et s’est montré attentif lorsque nous avions besoin d’informations ou d’assistance sur place, ce qui a été très apprécié. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans un logement confortable, bien entretenu et idéalement situé. Presque un mois avant notre séjour, nous avons demandé une modification du nombre de voyageurs afin d’ajuster le tarif à la baisse (3 personnes en moins). La demande a d’abord été faite directement aux hôtes via le chat Booking. L’établissement nous a alors demandé de contacter directement Booking, affirmant ne pas pouvoir effectuer la modification eux-mêmes. Nous avons donc multiplié les appels et messages pendant plus de deux semaines. Finalement, l’établissement nous a informés que la demande avait été faite trop tard et qu’aucun ajustement tarifaire n’était possible. Pendant tout ce temps, ils n’ont volontairement jamais répondu aux appels ni aux e-mails de Booking, ce qui a bloqué toute résolution du problème. Soyez donc vigilants lors de votre réservation et assurez-vous d’indiquer dès le départ le bon nombre de personnes.

Poor kitchen facilities and very expensive. - Excellent location; iloftmalaga staff were great to deal with within their ability to help; cleaning staff were excellent. Kitchen was not very functional and lacked many of the basic requirements for cooking considering the length of our stay. The cost was way above value.
- Mario (4/5): I do not recommend this property in its current conditions - I would like to share a very disappointing experience regarding this apartment in Malaga. From the moment we arrived, several major issues significantly impacted our stay. The TV was not working at all. The refrigerator broke down, and although it was replaced the next day, we lost around €100 worth of groceries, with no compensation offered. The wifi is extremely unreliable, working only intermittently, which is unacceptable nowadays. As for cleanliness, the situation is even worse. The sofa is very dirty, the carpet is full of debris, the bedsheets have visible stains, and the cushions are in a questionable condition. It is clear that the cleaning is not done properly, which is unacceptable for this type of rental. The equipment is also lacking: very few kitchen utensils, an impractical sink, and curtains that barely stay in place, giving an overall impression of poor maintenance and neglect. The only positive aspects are the location and the size of the apartment, which are decent. Unfortunately, this does not make up for all the issues encountered. I do not recommend this property in its current conditions.
- Harry (9/5): Wonderful! We couldn’t have picked a better apartment. - It was a very clean, smart and stylish apartment! Very spacious too, and really felt homely at the same time. There were plenty of facilities and it all really just made our stay so enjoyable. Nothing really. Perhaps a proper ironing board would have been appreciated, but that wasn’t too much of a problem.

Trochę problemów z prysznicem i słuchawką przy wannie. Mieszkało się bardzo dobrze. Parking jest po drugiej stronie ulicy, to bardzo wygodne.

- Viktoria (8/5): В загальному ми максимально всім задоволені - Дуже круте розташування, простора вітальня, є базові кухонні приладдя, є телевізор зі смарт тв, пляж десь в 20-ти хвилинах ходьби, також, метро та автобуси недалеко Погана шумоізоляція саме всередині будинку, дуже було чутно все що було в коридорі, але вікна щільно закриваються, і не чути абсолютно нічого з вулиця, це плюс. Вода з душу трішки витікала, через особливості душової кабіни, але це дрібниці.

- Ilinca (7/5): Perfect location for visiting Malaga - Easy check-in, easy check-out, friendly staff and excelent location. Close to everything, easy to get by in public transport or walk. Nice bars, restaurants and breakfast places near by. Everything is close. The apartment is a bit dated, air conditioning smells in two of the rooms, the fridge did not work properly and two of the three bedrooms do not have windows outside for proper ventilation. With air conditioning smelling, and no way to proper ventilate the rooms this was a big issue.

As we had our two small children we had to eat at home a lot and could have benefitted from a few more utensils and pots and pans, plus staples like salt, pepper, oil.

- Patty (8/5): Perfect verblijf voor 5 nachten om stad te verkennen. - Locatie was heel centraal gelegen. Vanaf vliegveld was met 10 min in centrum. En vanuit daar liep je zo centrum in of naar de haven. Appartement was zeer ruim en had alles wat je nodig had. Via de booking werd je goed op de hoogte gebracht kon je bagage voor de tijd bij receptie in centrum neerzetten. Heel vriendelijk geholpen. Het was plavuizenvloer en als je met stoel schoof maakte dat enorme herrie. Je kon ook de boven/onder buren horen. Je zit wel aan drukke weg, regelmatig politie/ambulance door straat. Dus voor mensen die licht slapen zou je wel oorddopjes mee moeten nemen. Zelf geen last van gehad.

- Marithza (10/5): Excelente!!! - Excelente su ubicación sobre la avenida Alameda Principal, muy cerquita de todo. El apartamento es espectacular, con una distribución de sus instalaciones excelente y sumamente amplio, con dos dormitorios. El dormitorio que da a la calle es de dos camas individuales pero muy lindo. El otro dormitorio con cama matrimonial es con baño en suite, bañera muy moderna y entrada a un patio interior. Lo bueno es que también tenia otro baño completo. El living divino y la cocina integrada no le faltaba nada. Muy bueno que la entrada al edificio y al apartamento es por código electrónico y no hay que estar pendiente de una tarjeta de ingreso. Eramos tres y estábamos super cómodas por la amplitud del apartamento. No había nada que criticar en cuanto a las instalaciones. Si fue molesto que la última noche de nuestra estadía nos notificaran que estábamos haciendo una fiesta, por una denuncia de un vecino, (ya que las fiestas no están permitidas) y como eso no era cierto porque ni siquiera estábamos en el apartamento en ese momento, tuvimos que mandar fotos con indicación de la hora de las mismas y de los lugares donde estábamos y donde estábamos cenando en ese mismo instante!!! Eso fue muy molesto porque no era cierto y estábamos lejos del apartamento en ese horario.

- susan (10/5): Had a great 4 night stay in Malaga beautiful city. - Very bright and spacious well equipped apartment easy code system for entry to building and apartment. Central so near bars and restaurants, harbour, beach castle we walked everywhere. Only 12 mins from the airport. Can’t think of anything negative looks just like the photos.

- Daniel (6/5): Unnecessarily unpleasant stay for such a spacious and well located apartment - It was spacious, clean, and very well located, in the heart of Malaga's city center. Things were generally in a good state and felt fairly new. Despite being in the city centre, it was not noisy at all. About the apartment itself, It was poorly stocked and lacked fairly basic things for an multi-bedroom apartment to stay with a family--in the kitchen for example, there was no salt, which we ended up having to buy and keep there. There were maybe 3 or 4 coffee pods, and the coffee machine didn't work properly. An apartment of this size and nature (for a faimly, with full kitchen and laundry facilities, etc) should be stocked with the basics for that purpose; this is the first time I stay in such a barren apartment lacking these basics. The arrival was complicated too. Before driving to the apartment, we asked the hosts for the address of the car park they recommended for the stay (they offered a discount there), but they refused to give us the address until we checked into the apartment. So we headed straight to the apartment by car, but the instructions did not indicate that the apartment wasn't reachable by car, so we ended up stuck in a loop. We called the hosts again to ask for the car park, and they kept refusing giving us the address, and blamed us for allegedly not reading up the arrival instructions--instead of helping while we literally drove through Malaga's very crowded city centre figuring out what to do. Eventually they conceded and gave us the address (about 1 block away from the apartment), parked there, and walked to the apartment and got in. Then I walked to their office (a few blocks away, in a different building in the city centre) where they gave us the car park vouchers. It was as simple as that, but they gave us grief and unnecessary stress when asking for the info we needed, and instead blamed us for allegedly not having read the instructions even though he had read them. The overall experience was unnecessarily unpleasant.

- Taysir (6/5): Unterkunft war gut gelegen, aber zu laut im Haus. - Die unteren Nachbarn hatten einen Pool auf der Terrasse und es war entsprechend laut bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

- Adél (10/5): - Minden rendben volt. tágas szállás. hatan kényelmesen elfértünk. a nappaliban levő kanapén lehet aludni. mindenhez közel volt. a strand húsz perc kényelmes séta a fás sétányon. a hajszárító nem működött, de jeleztük és két nap múlva kaptunk egy teljesen újat. van mosógép, piritóssütő, vízforraló, mikró minden ami kell :) a két fürdőszobából csak egyet használtunk fürdésre, mert kicsit elúszik az egyik. a másikban pedig az egyik csap elvan dugulva teljesen, de kettő van így nem volt annyira zavaró. a konyhai csappal is kellene foglalkozni.

- Jacquie (9/5): Very good overall - The apartment was quite spacious and very clean. Location was good. We had issues with signing in but staff did try to assist. We experienced some noise from neighbours but it was manageable. It would have been nice to have some basic products. We got a few small rolls of tp, 1 small garbage bag, no paper towel, 1 small tea towel, no dishwasher detergent and a small amount of dish soap.

- Manon (8/5): Excellent stay in Malaga - We have been using those apartments few time, very well equipped and amazing central location ! The new door code system is a great improvement - so efficient ! The fournitures now really show age, a new refresh would be great for future clients.

- Mijomir (7/5): From 9 to 7 this year - Second time here i loved again location and comfy hard beds,they are awesome, kind worker/girl on reception Sorry but i have to be honest ,I was much more enthusiastic the first time, there was a problem with the door lock, so I had to wait for about half an hour in front of apartment ,the air humidity in the two rooms is high for the reason when you open the window you get nothing because the roof is glazed,the price has increased by 20% compared to last year,and they did not invest a single cent in the apartment,beside all of those still one of best options in Malaga🤷🏻♂️

- Alberto (8/5): - Muy buena ubicación, en el soho, a 200 metros apenas de la calle larios y todo el centro de Málaga. a 15 minutos andando de la estación de alta velocidad. Apartamento enorme. Se perdieron en los detalles, me explico: en los baños solo hay un enchufe y no hay ni donde poner el jabón mientras te duchas, las cortinas de las habitaciones estaban medio sueltas y tuvimos que recolocarlas nada más llegar, aparte de que estaban medio arrancadas de la pared, la vajilla estaba sucia y los cuchillos no cortaban ni el aire, y por último, el colchón de la habitación que da al patio está abombado, pidiendo cambio.

- Mikko (7/5): - Nice location between Soho and old town. Comfy apartment with basic equipments for short weekend stay. There was mainly just the equipments that you would expect - nothing extra. Even for short two-three nights stay you basically need to buy kitchen and toilet papers, dishwashing and laudry detergent, olive oils or spices if you plan to cook at all. Costs are really optimised by the hosting company.
- Madelene (5/5): - Närheten till centrum, gamla stan, stranden och till tågstationen (tåget till flygplatsen). Bokning och personalen sa premium lägenhet. Det var ingen premium med lägenheten. Soffan i vardagsrummet var trasig vilket inte gick att laga enligt personalen som kom till lgh för att fixa felet. Personalen/receptionen hörde aldrig av sig igen. Påminde men igen återkoppling. Fåtöljerna var riktigt smutsiga, äckligt. Dåligt utrustadt kök, endast 3 st kaffeskedar, dålig och knappt fungerande brödrost. Duschen i stort badrummet läckte vatten ut på golvet efter varje dusch.

- PAUL (9/5): Super central spartment - Great location, huge rooms with comfortable beds. Impeccably clean. Well equipped. Carrefour express next door. This was a return visit from the previous year and probably where we will stay in 2026. Just a bit of traffic noise but that's to be expected on a main thoroughfare and being so central.
