- Nick (9/5): Superb - Well equipped, very clean, good location for where we wanted to go. Well maintained and decorated. Would definitely stay there again if we stayed in the area again. Double bed seemed slightly narrow but was ok. Shelf above bathroom sink sloped. Needs hook to hang dressing gown etc. These are all very trivial issues.

I avoid white towels with my kids, I don’t want to ruin them It was excellent but the white towels made me abit nervous with two small children using them

- John (8/5): Great location, no animals (dogs etc…) around the area, we loved staying there, will stay again. - Very Spacious property with excellent outside space, lovely pictures and decor and comfortable beds. Fridge was too small, we couldn’t fit all the wine and beer in there😁 The Kitchen extractor needs a thorough clean as does the shower head in the bathroom. The back door windows were clean but all the other windows and frames were dirty. We didn’t use the bbq area but it wouldn’t have been possible anyway as the grill had been left to rust outside.

The accommodation was comfortably warm without any adjustment to heating or using additional heating appliances.
- Valerie (8/5): Smiley Filey - Everything worked, clean and tidy on arrival and tried to leave it the same TV and chanel choices were invaluable with the poor weather Loved the games available and decent amount of crockery in the cupboards Perfect base to get out and about from Little welcome pack was good too and quality border biscuits Fleecy blankets were a nice touch too Would have liked somewhere to dry clothes with all the wet weather.. Possibly a washer drier rather than a washer? Not really enough car parking close by.. Again particularly when wet Swimming pool lovely but access quite tricky queued ages to go to be told they shut for lunch and we had half an hour only. This wasn't in the literature which would have helped
