- Carol (9/5): Very comfortable - The garden.The inside space.The en suites. We were left two stair gates as advertised. One was already broken. The lady that let us in said the gates didn’t really fit on the stairs and to put it at the lounge door, however it does fit on the bottom of the stairs for future information. Two of the duvets were stained and four pillows.
- Louise (8/5): Great stay in The Coach House - Excellent location to explore the local area. House was perfect for our family holiday. Kettle broke whilst we were there and this was dealt with very promptly. Not sure how efficient the dishwasher is; we had to wash crockery, cutlery and glasses before use. Dispensing tray in washing machine was dirty and we had to wash before using.
- Dawnee65 (10/5): Beautiful home spent with beautiful people - We were contacted to confirm our arrival time, we had arrived a couple of hours early but we were asked to wait for a few minutes, the keys were then handed to us and we were given a tour of the property and instructions for heating etc. Very helpful. The home is beautiful, everything you could need is there, and the facilities are all are clean and in good condition. We actually spent more time in there than originally planned because it was so nice. Thank you and HIGHLY recommend We didn't like going home! No concerns or issues with the property or our stay there.
- Helen (6/5): Nice stay but didn't meet expectations - It is a spacious house with good sized rooms. All the bedrooms are ensuite which is very helpful for a group, and it was great to have a garden too. It has a massive kitchen (although mostly empty cupboards). There was plenty of parking but this could have been restrictive if the other property had guests at the same time. It is on a very busy residential road next to residential properties, it was further from the sea than I'd realised. There are numerous instructions and rules for the house and garden, including about noise levels, so it isnt the right property for everyone, we found it hard to relax. The property possibly hadn't had guests for a while as it was freezing when we arrived, and a few things werent cleaned properly (like fridge, toilets & toilet brushes). The windows at the front of the house couldn't be opened and the ensuite bathrooms didnt have extractor fans, so these bedrooms had condensation and became very hot and uncomfortable. Considering the significant damages deposit that has to be paid in advance, there were a few things in need of repair.
