Guest Reviews
- Jonathan (9/5): -
- John (10/5): a taste of Yorkshire pennines - everything! lovely home from home sort of place. scenic views from the back.
Typical Yorkshire pennine cottage.
our hosts thougjtfully provided some basics: tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits even though opposite there is an "open all hours" shop called Fred's run by a wonderful friendly family. the stairs would benefit from a hand rail, top to bottom.
- LeftyHicks (10/5): Nice cottage in Keighley. - Nice two-bedroom house close to Keighley centre. Good kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms.
- Sealey (8/5): Good value. -
- Clarice (9/5): Superb - Having no curtain or blind on the bathroom window.
- James (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (9/5): Superb -
- Gary (7/5): Good and comfortable for a short visit - Parking, comfortable beds, lovely location Few facilities, limited poor quality kitchen equipment, no hair dryer, TV to small and no extras on TV.
- Nigel (7/5): Comfortable short break in Keighley. - Good location for local attractions, comfortable and well equipped accommodation with a great view! Good communication and check in arrangements from the hosts, and the welcome extras were much appreciated. Bathroom could do with an update, no blind or opaque glass in the window.
- Chris (8/5): Very good -

- John (9/5): Enjoying a simple life - View over fields at back is superb
- Roger (10/5): perfect as base for touring Bowland and the Dales , great little house - watched the muntjacs grazing in the meadow behind the house . Splendid place .
- Anthony (6/5): Cottage was cold during the evening, could not control the heating, turned on by owner, remotely -
- Kebc (6/5): Pleasant -
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- Amanda (9/5): Clean comfortable cottage - Very comfortable cottage, with everything you needed. Good base to visit all the local attractions. Very quiet at the back overlooking hills. Beds lovely & comfortable.

- John (9/5): The cottage was just right for our 3 night stay - clean, comfortable, well equipped. - Clean and well equipped with very good shower and comfortable bed. Quiet location with lovely views to rear. Good to have off street parking. Fitted the bill very well for what we needed and at a reasonable price. Sofa was rather soft - you sink into it and struggle to get up! Bit of a walk from the town centre but we knew that when we booked.
- Helen (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the country cottage feel and the bed was great. I always prefer a bath, it ticked all the boxes I can honestly say that there was nothing that I didn't like. Perfect for a leisurely stay
- Andrew (7/5): Good - View over the valley. Small patio at the back. Big kitchen. Quiet street. Useful shop over the road. There is a pub just up the road that would do meals if they had a chef. Oxford Fish and Chips close and good.
The owner lives nearby and can attend quickly if needed. Friendly and helpful. Off road parking is tight, short cars only. But there is usually street parking. Dim lighting in the front room. Shower water tends to escape and come through kitchen ceiling - make sure the glass door is properly aligned. The door from the kitchen to the back patio has a broken bolt fitting on the frame that is sharp and just where you might hold on to go down the deep step.
The upper third of the staircase has no handrail.
- Simon (10/5): Lovely property, staff helpful. - pleasantly presented Just needs a blind on bathroom window.
