• Raffaele (5/5): - Mai rifatta la stanza in 4 giorni. Ho richiesto il cambio set asciugamani pagando, mi è stato consegnato il primo giorno e dopo più nulla. Ascensore funzionante il giorno con 10 centesimo.

• Alessandra (5/5): - Posizione vicina alla stazione. Un po’ rumorosa per via del mercato nel retro del palazzo. Struttura carina anche se un po’ vecchiotta. Nicoletta gentile e disponibile. Il letto scomodo e soprattutto molto rumoroso ad ogni minimo movimento. Lo scaldino per l acqua non permette a 2 persone di farsi la doccia con acqua calda perchè la capienza è poca. La televisione funziona solo se hai un abbonamento netflix o a qualche altro sito altrimenti niente tv. Camere non insonorizzate.. i nostri vicini di stanza avevano un cane che abbaiava spesso e si sentiva anche il parlare.

• Mihail (1/5): Groaznic este puțin spus. - Nimic. Totul groaznic! Pozele nu reflectă realitatea. Aș da în judecată atât proprietarul, cat și booking. Acceptă o prezentare falsă și prin intermediul platformei, clienții sunt păcăliți. Camera este situată într-un fost apartament. Practic sunt 3 camere într-un apartament. Apartamentul este situat într-un bloc stradal, urci ceva trepte apoi iei liftul 2 etaje. În interior, mobila este de cea mai joasă calitate. Și o cameră de cămin studențesc arată mai bine. Baia, extrem de mică, suportul de la prosoape rupt. Ce să spun, a fost o experiență foarte tristă. Am stat o singură noapte, însă nu am dormit deloc . Nu recomand la nimeni această locație. Și nu cred ca este singura. Booking.com este părtaș la acest furt, pentru ca asta este.
• Caitlin (6/5): Good for a quick stopover stay - It was nice and close to the central station, had everything we needed It was a bit unclean, the bathroom had hairs and some shampoo wrappers in it. It took 15 minutes for someone to come to let me in, it would be good if they could do self service check in.

Location is great just short walk from station through underground shipping street & also walking distance to the centro storico. Slightly small bathroom without window, and some noise from water heater coming from the wall, but overall still perfect for a short stay in Napoli and good value for money.

• Issapour (2/5): Don’t expect a convenient stay in general. - Location was good. Owner was helpful.wifi connection was ok. The room was too small for a couple. The mattress was uncomfortable, the lights flickered in the room, and the fridge made a constant, loud noise. Additionally, the bathroom was very cramped and based on the facilities the place was overpriced.
• Diego (8/5): Very good - Very close to the city centre and train station. The owners are super sweet and will take good care of you. The room was clean and we had no issues at all. The area next to the train station is a bit dangerous at night. We were recommended not to go there or linger around the area, especially wearing backpacks. There's nothing wrong with the room itself, it's just that the area isn't the best for tourists. My only slight complaint is that the bed wasn't super comfy, the mattress was quite thin.

To noisy! ppl arguing and breaking bottles in the middle of the night finally at 3 am it quiet down a bit and I got some sleep , even though there were police and military walking around didn’t feel safe.

• Anonymous (1/5): It was awwwwful 👎👎👎👎 - Just the location We stayed there for 3 nights. It was the worst experience in my life. Firstly, when we arrived, we had to stay there for about 30 minutes for the owner to come. Secondly, the room was so tiny that we could hardly move, the sheets and towels were not clean, some of the towels were torn out, I will attach the picture of it. The toilet was not clean. The place was so noisy and we could barely sleep at nights. The last day, someone tried to enter our room at 9:30 for check out, although the check out was at 10:30. The bed was uncomfortable and broken in the middle. I do not recommend this place to anyone. There was also a bad smell in our room. There was no lights from the window.

• Larnell (3/5): Uncomfortable stay. - Location. High Ceiling. AC was busted and didn’t work throughout our stay. We booked the property because of the AC and Location.
• Maddison (9/5): Superb - Lovely owner, nice fluffy towels and toiletries, hairdryer, very clean, little croissant and tea/kettle provided, air con. Location was fantastic close to train station and Spanish quarter. Very safe and secure. Sorry to say but the bed has a big dip in the middle so we were rolling toward each other in the night, also quite thin - new mattress would be great as well as some extra pillow options.

• Zheleznova (5/5): Passable - The place was neat and clean, and the location is comfortable to explore the city Room is really small, so you need to open the window to have air. But the street is really loud, even at night, so sleeping there is not comfortable. Also, this bed&breakfast does not include breakfast... or at least you should fight for it somehow

The location is excellent - a 5 min walk to the train station and there are tons of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms are pleasant and the bathrooms are new and clean. It was very quiet and peaceful at night.

• Livana (8/5): Very good - Good apartment for one night. - Due to its small size the accommodation was not able to hold our luggage for a couple of hours (3hrs max) after our after check out. They have an agreement with a cafe close by where they could store our luggage against payment. Before booking the place I had messaged the landlord asking whether holding the luggage was a possibility, I didn’t get a reply. - pricey for what it is.
• Rosita (8/5): Very good - A nice and small room for our long weekend in Naples - a comfortable place to rest after a whole day of sightseeing. The location is also great, the metro can be reached in minutes, and a walk to the city center takes around half an hour. For us, the pillows were much too high.

• Jasmine (7/5): Good - the property was in the perfect location for a quick night stop through Naples as it is a few minute walk to the train station. the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable, the room is very loud and on the plane path which kept us up all night as there were planes landing every few minutes
• Halit (4/5): Disappointing - The owner was friendly, he offered to carry our luggage upstairs and gave us recommendations for places to eat. Location near the train station is practical. The mattress and pillows have dips and are not comfortable. The room is by a busy street and it is impossible to sleep with all the noise (they gave us ear buds, which was nice of them, but they did not help). The room was also full of mosquitos, something should be done for that. Other than that, the room was not very spacious but ok for a short trip for two people. No breakfast was provided, which is not common for a bed and breakfast. The streets nearby are not clean, nor pleasant to walk by.
• Katrina (10/5): Great short stay! - The location is perfect when you are looking a nice place near the central train station. It is just 5 minute walking distance. The room was freshly renovated, nicely furnished and clean. For me important thing - the pillows were comfortable :) Hosts are really nice and helpful! The windows could be more soundproof as Naples is a loud city. But the host provided earplugs which helped!

• Theresa (10/5): Exceptional - We had a really great stay! The room was comfortable, very clean and had everything we needed (e.g. air conditioning, water heater...). The location is really close to the station and we could easily reach the harbor by foot within 15-20 minutes as well. The housekeepers Gennaro and his wife were also really friendly and helpful, so it was easy to communicate with them.

• Justina (10/5): Loved it! - A very clean and good apartment next to the central train station. Around 10-15min walk to the historic city centre. The hosts are incredibly friendly and ready to help at any time. The street is quite loud and is not suitable for light sleepers, however the hosts provided ear buds which were very useful.

Located near the train station, very convenient and the host is very kind and helpful There isn’t a lot of natural light in the room - not a problem if you’re staying one night, but for a longer stay it would be hard. Also - Naples is generally loud, so I’d advice people to bring ear plugs
• Dominika (7/5): Clean, close to the station - The location of the apartments is very good, just couple of minutes walk from the main station. There is local shop nearby where you can get some snacks and water. Around 10 min walk to the most popular pizzeria in town! The neighborhood is very lively, we were awake few times because of the street noise or people chatting/ drinking or even shouting in the middle of the night, but I guess that's Naples!

• Stefan (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect for anyone wanting too see Napoli, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and even the whole Amalfi coast. It is a 5 min. walk to the train station and from there you can go where ever you please (we even took a one day trip to Rome). Of course keep in mind that the square around the train station is not the safest around dark so keep your belongings close. The location is close enough to a metro station too. As for the room, it is clean, has everything one would need if he plans to go exploring during the day and rest during the evening. It is in a old building so the stairs may smell like it but everything inside is well-kept and fresh (and cool if you want to escape the summer heat). The owners and very friendly and would help you if you need. I would visit again for sure. Honestly, everything I expected, I got and would not ask for more.
