• Cezar (9/5): - O locație foarte bună. Aproape de centru și de cetate, dar suficient de departe pentru a evita aglomerația. Parcare generoasă. Curat și personal grijuliu. Mâncare bună și mai mult decât suficientă la micul dejun, iar în regim restaurant, mâncare ieftină, variată și bună. Canalizarea căzii, urât mirositoare, lipsa unui încălțător, lipsa de plase de insecte la ferestre. Șina perdelei și a draperiilor nu permite deschiderea suficientă a ferestrelor

• Dace (10/5): Sigišoara ir ļoti skaista pilsēta, kurā iesaku nakšņot Hotel Restaurant Imperial, nenožēlosiet:) - Lieliska viesnīca klusā rajonā. Plašs numuriņš, ērtas gultas. Laiks bija auksts, bet istaba bija silta. No rīta mums bija tikai 10 minūtes brokastīm, liels bija pārsteigums, kad meitenes mums atnesa ēdienu maisiņā, ko paņemt līdzi. Tas bija ļoti mīļi.

• Peter (9/5): Lovely stay in Hotel Imperial with all needs provided. - The room was lovely with all needs provided. This included sockets by the bed, excellent lighting, good WiFi, and parking on-site. The on-site restaurant is very good with a comprehensive menu. Staff are kind, helpful, and can speak English. The hotel is in easy walking distance of the old town with many beautiful buildings, and souvenir outlets.

• Michael (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit Frühstück, nur Lage nicht optimal - Unsere Fahrräder durften wir netterweise in einem Hinterraum abstellen. Frühstück war gut. Der Frühstückskellner hat anderen Gästen sämtliche Wünsche erfüllt. Lage leider nicht wie angegeben nur 350 m von Innenstadt entfernt, sondern wesentlich weiter. Hätten wir das eher gewusst, hätten wir wahrscheinlich eine der vielen Unterkünfte in der Altstadt genommen. Die Rezeptionisten waren nicht besonders freundlich gewesen. Zum Frühstücksbuffet gab es außer Äpfeln kein anderes Obst, kein Müsli, kein Vollkornbrot.

• Bárbara (4/5): Very disappointing! Do not book a stay here if you want to rest - The reason we booked the room was the bath tub and it was working ok. Very disappointing stay. The room was extremely noisy throughout the night — I could clearly hear people talking and cars passing on the street. There was a party right in front of the hotel, and the music was so loud it felt like it was inside the room. People were gathering outside, and you could hear their conversations like there was no walls. The radiators made constant noise. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows definitely need replacing. Breakfast is à la carte, with only five menu options (mostly eggs, sausage, and basic vegetables like cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, and feta cheese). There are a few cereals available, but you have to ask for the milk. The cereal had old taste and I waited 15 minutes for the staff member to show up so I could even request it. Food quality was average.

• Sung Min (8/5): - A three-minute walk from the train station, the location was perfect. I left my luggage at the hotel and walked into the city center. It was even better that there was a large Lidl supermarket right across the street. As a three-star hotel, the facilities are somewhat lacking. There wasn't even a trash can in the room. I think you should take this into consideration.

• Sabine (8/5): Rundum gut, eine klare Empfehlung - Alle Angestellten waren sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (z.B. Bestellung des Taxis). Eine konnte sogar sehr gut deutsch. Das Frühstück war klein und fein, aber alle Sachen von guter Qualität. Das Rührei war der Hammer,allein dafür würde dich das wieder kommen lohnen.
• Marek (8/5): Noc zepsuta przez komary. - Do hotelu można podjechać od frontu samochodem - mimo zakazu wjazdu na deptak - ale tylko w celu rozładunku bagaży. W razie problemów recepcjonista wybroni cię przed policją. Potem trzeba przestawić samochód na niestrzeżony, lecz wydzielony parking w uliczce za hotelem. W recepcji dostajesz kwitek który trzeba położyć na podszybiu samochodu. Sam pokój w porządku, ale w nocy pogryzły mnie komary, polowałem na transylwańskie wampiry dość długo, noc zepsuta. Restauracja jest w hotelu, wybór potraw niezbyt duży, ale jakąś obiadokolację można zjeść. Rano śniadanie dobre. Komary w pokoju.

• Ana M. (7/5): - El hotel está un tanto anticuado pero todo correcto. Nuestra habitación daba a la parte de delante, donde daba el sol toda la tarde así que hacía bastante calor. Había un aparato de aacc pero al ponerlo en marcha empezaba a funcionar y a los pocos minutos daba un error y se bloqueaba. En un principio pensamos que estaba estropeado, pero no. A partir de una hora empezó a funcionar correctamente y sin problemas en toda la noche. Vimos una habitación triple que daba a la parte de atrás y la verdad es que era terrible.

• Sandra (8/5): Super Aufenthalt - Wir konnten ohne Ankündigung morgens um 9 Uhr das Zimmer beziehen und Frühstück erhalten. Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen, von Doppelzimmer auf Suite. Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut. Klimaanlage nur im kleinen Raum mit unbequemer Schlafcouch.

• Renken (9/5): - Das Hotel war wirklich klasse, an der Rezeption wurde sogar teilweise Deutsch gesprochen, in Englisch konnte man sich aber immer verständigen! Die Zimmer waren sehr gut eingerichtet und das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen. Der Parkplatz war direkt an der Strasse, was bei einer Motorradreise nicht ganz so schön ist.

• Emer (6/5): 1 to 2 mins from train and bus station, but no soul, no character and in need of modernisation. - Hotel is only 1 to 2 minutes walk from the train station. You can eat breakfast on the small narrow patio at the front. Shower had good pressure in the water. A disappointing bland hotel in need of modernisation. I had a rather depressing room at the front, with some noise from those out on the patio below late at night. I had asked for a quiet room with a big bed and ended up in a room with two particularly narrow single beds, just as you see in the photos. I should have sought a pension further away from the train station, for an extra 10 minutes walking, and for a bit of soul, friendliness and character. The place is generally more like a motel, and has no soul. Breakfast was adequate, but some of the food too processed. The door step to the bathroom was a trip hazard, fraying and un-repaired. There was no curtain or door on the shower and no soap in the shower soap dispenser...... On checking out the receptionist simply took my room card and said thank you. No query about whether I had enjoyed myself. I decided to put my feedback in writing here rather than say it to the disinterested receptionist.

• Hubert (9/5): - Duży i wygodny pokój i łazienka. Blisko do starówki a jednocześnie ciche i spokojne miejsce. Miła obsługa. Niedrogo, śniadania ok. Hotel lata świetności ma już dawno za sobą, ale w części trwa remont to pewnie się poprawi. Personel sprzątający mógłby się bardziej postarać.
