La camera era pulita e la vista dalla terrazza stupenda. Il bagno confortevole con un'ottima doccia. La struttura fantastica. La colazione ricca di prodotti da forno e altro e si potevano chiedere pancake, waffle e uova strapazzate e in altro modo preparati al momento A nostro figlio era stata assegnata una camera senza finestra, nemmeno in bagno e questo credo che non sia ammissibile in un albergo. Ha dovuto pagare una differenza per averne una con finestra. La nostra camera era nel piano interrato e abbiamo avuto dei piccoli disservizi, ad esempio non c'era segnale nel cellulare e il wifi gratuito non prendeva bene. La posizione regala una panoramica che dire mozzafiato è riduttivo, le sensazioni che ho provato soggiornando lì sono state estremamente positive. Impeccabile la pulizia ma soprattutto l’accoglienza, una colazione completa e devo ripetere: una panoramica fantastica, svegliarsi e guardare il mare bagnato dal sole è stata una carezza all’anima. Ho scelto l’hotel per regalare un soggiorno sorprendente alla mia compagna è ha strafunzionato, ci ritorneremo molto volentieri !!!! È stato tutto perfetto

- Ben1972 (8/5): Un hotel/lieu de mariage magnifique qui mériterait un personnel de réception plus present/impliqué - L'emplacement et la vue, le restaurant/bar et son personnel, la chambre tres bien aménagée, l'isolation sonore malgré un mariage en cours L'odeur d'humidité très presente dans les couloirs, le personnel de réception absent, quand nous avons (par erreur) actionné le système de sécurité de la douche personne n'est venu, ce n'est que quand nous nous sommes aperçus que la clim ne fonctionnait pas (le systeme de sécurité bloque tout) et que mon epouse a cherché quelqu'un dans tout l'hotel pour la reparer que nous nous en sommes rendus compte. C'est finalement un employé du bar et restaurant, très pro et aimable au demeurant qui est venu nous aider....

Le restaurent. voir plus haut Le petit déjeuner: offrir de vrais jus d'orange me semble un minimum/boisson chimique proposée un grille-pain, des fruits bref un vrai buffet digne du reste.

Poi la ciliegina sulla torta e stata anche il solarium , senza parlare poi del direttore persona alla mano e a modo, come dovrebbe essere un buon direttore , consiglio al 1000 per mille questo bellissimo hotel e da sciocchi passare per Monte di Procida e non andarci .Ci rivedremo presto Che per esigenze lavorative ho potuto soggiornare solo una notte .
- Gianluca (9/5): Soggiorno meraviglioso, certamente consigliato! - Struttura moderna dotata di ogni confort; ampi spazi comuni; numerose terrazze con vista a 360° e rooftop pool con solarium da cui ammirare il Vesuvio, Procida, Ischia e nelle giornate limpide fino a Ventotene, oltre che il meraviglioso tramonto. Camera molto ampia dotata di smart TV, WiFi ultra veloce, clima regolabile, impianto domotico; bagno spazioso, con doccia walk in anch'essa di generose dimensioni. Ristorante di classe per una cena romantica accompagnati da musica dal vivo. Staff garbato ed attento a soddisfare ogni necessità. Tutto bene, nulla di spiacevole.

The property is quite beautiful. Perfect wedding venue as well saw several weddings during our visit. The rooftop was amazing. Breakfast was perfect for us. The location was a bit difficult but you can call the hotel for a taxi. I would highly recommend that instead of walking from the train station or bus station. The room was a little small but the bed was comfortable. There was no direct sea view from our balcony.

- Bernd (8/5): - Tolle Aussicht auf das Meer und nach Ischia. Ohne Mietwagen allerdings etwas schwer zu erreichen. Ein Bus fährt alle 20 Minuten ca. 500m entfernt. Sonst nettes Personal, sehr sauber. Frühstück typisch italienisch mit sehr gutem Kaffee.
- Ashley (8/5): - This property came up as during our search for Ischia island. THIS IS NOT ON ISCHIA. Just know that before you book. It took us two trains and a bus to get there from the city center of Naples. This property is in beautiful Bacoli and the hotel is stunning. It overlooks the water and the restaurant and service was amazing. We loved having wine during sunset there. Unfortunately, transportation is very limited there but thankfully the hotel staff were nice to schedule a taxi to take us to Madake beach club where we had a great time. If you don't mind traveling to this beautiful region and you have time to relax there I definitely recommend it.

Comfortable room with strong WiFi. Quiet. Delicious and bountiful breakfast included. Was a bit out of the way but that is also a plus as there was not constant traffic in front of the hotel.

- Mohamed (10/5): Al Chair di Luna is an exceptional place to stay while visiting Napoli Area - The renovation works are excellent. The Hotel seems brand new. The location sigh-seeing is incredible. The road up to the Hotel was very narrow. But the Hotel put a lot of signs from the road from Napoli City up to the location.
- Marika (8/5): Beautiful Hotel up on the hill - Very nice Hotel on top of the hill. Really narrow road takes you to the hill where there is a beautiful view down and to the Sea. The Staff was very helpful. Everyone speaks good English. Our room was small but nicely decorated. We did not need more space. Our room needed some more cleaning when we arrived. It was taken care right away and we were complimented many times with drinks and food. The bathroom was soaceous. Water preasure great with hot water. We liked the room. Breakfast was a bit small. Toast and croissant with youghurt and fruits. You could order pancakes and eggs the way you liked. There was a restaurant also which served amazingly good food although a bit pricy. I would recommend the Hotel for couples. It seems to organize parties and weddings so they know how to take care of you. And the terrace is amazing for anyone to enjoy. Nice place to stay when driving around Naples.
- Vasilina (7/5): Don't expect too much from your stay. Fine for no more than 2 nights - The hotel was clean with stunning views from the terrace. The romantic evening lighting added a lovely ambiance. Unfortunately, our room lacked a proper window, which was disappointing. We were informed that this was due to the hotel being fully booked, but in reality, it felt like we were almost the only guests there. The room felt stuffy and lacked adequate ventilation, making it uncomfortable at times. While the dinner at the restaurant was OK, it wasn't exceptional. The tiramisu, in particular, was more like ice cream than the traditional cake, which was a letdown.

- Michael (10/5): Superb setting, rooms and service - Wonderful - upscale property with sweeping views of the sea. High tech rooms even include mood lighting in the showers! Great restaurant & bar with delicious drinks & dinner. Francesca did wonders helping me plan tour activities in the area during my stay. The area is chock full of historical sites. The only challenges is driving on the narrow streets to get to the place but it’s well worth it. Off season rate was entirely reasonable for what you get.

The architecture of the hotel is beautiful and the view to the sea and the island of Ischia is great. But don't think about walking to the village! The next village is not romantic or nice, it's just old and dirty.

- Thomas (9/5): Stunning hotel at the top of Monte di Procida - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very fancy restaurant and bar with amazing views over the bay. Breakfast was included and very tasty; a buffet with extra egg options. Lots of free parking spaces. Lovely beaches nearby, but not really within walking distance. The hotel is at the top of the Monte di Procida so a car is really needed to access. There are lots of narrow streets, big cars aren't recommended!

- Marc (6/5): Beautiful but Uncomfortable Experience - There were no eggs or anything hot for breakfast, unlike the hotels we stayed at in Rome & Florence but there were great pastries and good coffee. Service was excellent, rooms and views very good. Staff tried very hard to accommodate our needs. It is an event hotel. the first day 5 baptisms monopolized the entire common area followed by a very loud disco party in the evening lasting till 3am. A wedding the next two days, again using the entire common area. Made it difficult for us to relax and just enjoy the hotel. Also made us feel out of place when walking thru the common areas. Couldn't enjoy the beautiful views due to the events going on.

- Bjørn Inge (10/5): Wow! - What a place and what a wiew! this place is stunning, a little place of heaven. The food is exellent and the staff are so friendly and helpfull. Whatever you need, they help you as best they can. If you dont have a car, a good option instead of taxi is using the local train.

- Ēriks (10/5): Romantic, beautiful and comfortable hotel with tasty food and drinks, I recommend to couples 10/10. - Breakfast was restaurant inspired, loved it! The food and cocktails are first class. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful and the sunsets are breathtaking. The view at night of the surrounding islands and cities light up like lanterns which looks enchanting. 10/10 There is no pool there, but there are several beaches and islands nearby.
