Old and collapsing building, dirty walls, gym is batch of wreck machines next to main area, the padding pool is a dirty puddle. We didn't want to stay there and escaped after a minute.

Nos alojamos en la habitación 203, no tenía un clóset o donde guardar las cosas y ropa, y la puerta de la ducha en malas condiciones, no cierra y por lo tanto el baño se moja en la parte de afuera, algo para mejorar, de resto todo bien.

Georgia (6/5): Nice staff and location but the hotel itself was not very comfortable. - The location is great and the staff are lovely and the internet was good even in the room. It was very noisy, which you would expect for the location except the hotel itself was also playing very loud music which made it impossible to rest during the day. The room had no hot water and the pool was more like a bird bath than a pool, definitely not something you want to swim in. The room was very small and the only window looked directly onto the stairwell so in order to have any privacy you have to have the window shut at all times and no natural light. They were doing some sort of construction during the day which meant the hallway and my room became very dusty to breath the air.

Carolina (9/5): Excelente!!!! - El desayuno es diferente cada dia y suficiente, la playa queda a escasos pasos, al igual que todos los lugares de interés zona ra de comercio, alimento y diversión. La piscina Es muy pequeña y sirve más de bebedero de aves! Es muy bonita y está en una terraza muy buena con bar, pero es poco funcional para el turista. La atención es muy buena! Volvería.

Carolina (10/5): Excepcional - Todo me gustó, es un lugar hermoso, de gente muy amable, con una atención maravillosa, el desayuno es exquisito y sobre todo la habitación,limpia, tranquila y muy cómoda, no se sienten ruidos y logré descansar profundamente. La ubicación es privilegiada, cerca a todo. Cuando vuelva a la ciudad, Definitivamente volveré a hospedarme. Nada, todo maravilloso.

vicky (7/5): Normal - El personal siempre dispuesto y amable y la ubicación Bueno si van a descansar pues la verdad no lo recomiendo, pues tuvimos la mala durte de estar cuando habian familias con niños y los niños desde muy temprano hasta tarde gritaban de un piso a otro o lloraban durisimo, adicional los ultimos dias estuvieron haciendo arreglos desde las 6:30 am entonces nos despertamos con taladros y etcc.

Natalia (2/5): expensive run down hotel - It is waaay too expensive for what it is. Everything is run down. Looks like they haven't maintained it for years. Also very dirty. We found a gigantic cockroach, a spider, and many ants in our room. The staff is OK. The bartender is great and speaks perfect English. Also, they try to scam you with tours. During breakfast a rude employee lied to us we couldn't get to Tayrona by car because of a road closure and the only way to get there was by boat with him.

Sonia (10/5): Definitely recommended! - Angela at reception was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly kind, always smiling, and made us feel so welcome. The hotel offers 24-hour complimentary coffee, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The location was perfect—everything we needed was within reach. Our stay was fantastic, and we will definitely be coming back! N/A
Stephen (6/5): Sorry this is not a boutique hotel any longer. Run down and seen better days. - Breakfast was good and the patio staff pleasant. Room had no windows. Bathroom was tiny and mouldy. Halls were dark, roof top patio was old and tired. Pool was a joke. More like a child’s wading pool. Pool wasn’t clean. Check in was extremely difficult.

Michele (7/5): Would chose something else next time. - The location is great and the terrace is nice to hang out on. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were needing a refresh. My headboard was very dirty and the dresser drawers (very cheap furniture) were not opening well.
Helen (6/5): Nice staff, tired hotel - The staff were lovely and very helpful and the hotel is well situated and in terms of Colombian hotels, it is relatively quiet if you want a good night’s sleep. It feels like it needs an upgrade. Everything looks tired and worn. The pool is a duck pond, not a swimming pool. It was fine for a night before/after a tour but you could probably get somewhere a lot better for a similar price.
