- HLAL (2/5): - Dog noise all the night. Not clean. We had to change the rooms 4 times in 5 days. Blankets not clean. Beds are not level. AC very old and hard to make the room in good condition. The staff was very good but the property is very old. Curtins was not installee in many rooms so you have to wake up very early with the sun light. Many other bad things hard to count and I am very fair with my rating.

- Oktay (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Wir hatten das Honeymoon-Zimmer mit Whirlpool, sehr schöne Zimmer, bis auf den lauten Aufzug, das bei jeder Fahrt stört. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir zwar jedes andere Zimmer nehmen, daher ganz ok vom Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, kleine Auswahl jedoch gute Qualität auch an warmen Sachen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück jedoch ab 8:15 Uhr, also nichts für Frühaufsteher.

Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve gayet yeterli. Daha önce bu tür bir otelde konaklamamıza ve tedirgin olmamıza rağmen çok beğendik, bir sonraki gelişimizde kesinlikle uğrayacağız.

Diğer odamızda oturup TV izlerken önümüzden kocaman bir fare geçip mutfağa saklandı. Otelde gece konaklama yapmadan eşyalarımızı toparlayıp çıkış yaptık.

Kahvaltı ise covid bahane edilip paketlenerek verilmiş fakat okul kantininde bile bu kadar zayıf bir kahvaltı yoktur. Peynir olarak üçgen peynir veriliyor diyeyim siz anlayın.

Fakat konaklayacak olanlar gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirler. Otel, oda ve detaylar harika. Biz 5 kişilik aile suitinde kaldık ve her detayın muhteşem bir lüksle donatıldığı temiz ve hijyenik bir oda ile karşılaştık. 4 ve daha kalabalık aileler için özellikle belirtmeliyim ki, otel odası konforunda fakat daire olarak tasarlanmış, yani iki oda bir mutfak ve her odanın ayrı banyosu tuvaleti var. Hijyen, güvenlik ya da benzeri herhangi bir olumsuzluk gözümüze çarpmadı.

The breakfast is modest though with a pre-prepared package delivered to the room. The staff are quite helpful but the WiFi did not work in our apartment. The location is not that great but you can find good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Very close to the airport

Sadece bir ozurle gecistirdiler. Kahvalti yapmadan ciktik gittik. Odanin bir banyosu iptaldi tuvaletin sifonu cekmiyordu douchakabin altindan su akiyordu. Oteki banyonun cesmesi calismiyordu.

Odalar rutubet kokulu. Fatura istediğimde fatura yaptığım ödeme tutarında kesilmedi.

- ramin (10/5): excellent - I traveled to Turkey for 15 years in March. The beauty of the room and staffing is the best hotel I've ever seen in Trabzon. The hotel is completely new and located in a quiet spot. In terms of price is also appropriate.
