I felt that I was treated with impatience and lack of courtesy, and at times it seemed this behavior was related to the fact that I am Brazilian, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I also lost my room card, and instead of receiving proper assistance, I ended up locked out of the hotel for the entire night. I tried calling both phone numbers provided by the hotel several times, but no one answered, which left me without any support. Overall, it was a stressful and embarrassing experience. I expected much better communication, professionalism, and guest support from a hotel. For these reasons, I would not recommend staying here. Viola (8/5): - It was very clean and fresh. The temperature was perfectly set with the air conditioning. For a hotel at such a cetral location it was affordable and comfortable. We booked a small appartment and it had all the facilities one can ask for. We were even able to lock our bikes by it while we went out on the town. I requested a double bed and got a twin bed instead. This was one of the main reasons we choose this hotel. We decided to stay here, paying more money to get a double bed. We were disappointed to not have such a simple request taken into consideration.

Vittoriop.2103 (7/5): Hotel con alcune qualità e tanti difetti. - Prezzo. Posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro. Parcheggio pubblico gratuito abbondante sotto l'hotel (era un giorno festivo). Appartamento grande. All'arrivo le tessere per aprire la porta non funzionavano, chiamando il numero è arrivato un signore e le ha cambiate (non c'era nessuno alla reception). C'era un solo piumone sul letto matrimoniale e copriva metà letto. Pulizia non eccelsa sia dei locali che delle stoviglie. Odore in bagno.

Jürgen (2/5): - Hello, we arrived at the hotel and there was nobody. After finding the phone number I called but the person did not speak English. Somebody sent a text message confirming that the boss forgot to prepare the check-in and the key in a box. Then later, somebody asked to wait another hour. We canceled the reservation. I hope Expedia has other better hotels. There are many good hotels in Maribor. Don't book the S hotel!

Andrea (5/5): Super Lage. Für eine Nacht, Preisleistung voll OK. - Das Hotel hat einen Parkplatz. Das Zimmer war ruhig und hatte eine Kliamaanlage. Die spontane Buchung war unkompliziert und der Herr, bei der Rezeption freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ausstattung ist sehr nüchtern.

A konyhai felszerelés hiányos volt. Nem volt nagyobb lábos, kenyérvágó kés, tésztaszűrő, mosogatószivacs, vágódeszka, fakanál. Nagyon zavaró volt számomra a füstérzékelő gyakori villogása a szoba közepén éjjel is.

Tjaša (10/5): Cozy, spacious place with friendly people! Perfect location near centre - everything! Simple, cozy, big rooms, simply decorated but everything what you need. And just 5 min away from center - perfect location!! I changed the arrival hours and they waited for me till midnight ☺️ In the morning at check out there was really friendly and sympathic guy called Simon. I will definitely return to this cozy and really warm place ☺️ thank you guys for everything 🙏 -

Karin (9/5): - Die Lage ist wirklich sehr toll. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, bei der reception befindet sich ein snack/getränke Automat. Die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken sind leicht mit einem lift zu erreichen. Sie Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir hatten leider das Pech, das sich unsere zimmertür nicht verschließen ließ, aber auch das war sehr unkompliziert lösbar, wir haben einfach ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Über Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen, haben wir nicht dort konsumiert. Alles okay.

On the booking site is an information that the breakfast is included- also this was not true, the room does”restorant” room was locked in the morning. But on the other side the hotel is clean and good looking. Hotel is very good located, very close to the old town. Also there is no problem to park a car. Hotel is not expensive, so regarding to the quality vs. price this hotel is good choice.

Péter (8/5): Az volt amire számítottam ezért a pénzért. - Rendben volt. Külön parkoló nincs. Az utcai parkolás fizetős. Ellátás nincs, de a közelben minden megtalálható, étterem, bolt stb. A város központja nagyon közel van. Folyamatos portaszolgálat nincs. A recepció külön telefonra jön.
