- Moran (4/5): I would not recommend and I won’t come back - Nice room and the breakfast food was nice. Also the pool is really warm in the winter The atmosphere, the maintenance, the service. The pool area looks bad, no green, missing nice grown trees and flowers so it will look nice. There was no atmosphere music outside so all we could hear was other ppl yelling to each other in the hot tub. When we kindly asked for some music outside, no one was willing to help until we had to walk to the hotel manager room and asked him directly. The offices of the hotel are on the way to hotel rooms on the first floor. I really don’t have to see the “behind the scenes” of a hotel when I am on vacation. The towels and robes were off white (it seems like a very old robe that used to be white but it isn’t anymore). The food in the breakfast is nice but the breakfast area was not welcoming. Again, no music, the design and decor feels like a dining room in a cheap hotel. No one on the staff was nice. We came for a 24 of romantic getaway and this was not a good fit.

- Revital (7/5): מלון נחמד סה"כ. לא בוטיק יוקרתי - חדר גדול ומרווח. חדר רחצה גדול ומרווח. נקי, צוות מאוד נחמד. ארוחת בוקר מגוונת. רצפת החדר מרוצפת באריחים יפים. בחדר חיכתה לנו פלטת פירות יפה המלון ממותג כמלון ספא יוקרתי והיו ביקורות מעולות על המלון. בגלל שציפיתי לרמה מסויימת התאכזבתי. המלון סה"כ נחמד. ואם אתם מזמינים אז שיהיה תיאום ציפיות שלא מדובר במלון יוקרה, אלא במלון חביב עם צוות מאוד חביב, המלון ממוקם בכניסה לראש פינה, ליד הקניון. אין רעש בכלל אבל המיקום לא פסטורלי. מסדרון הקומה: השטיחים עם כתמים, לא נעים. הקירות במסדרון דורשים תיקון וצביעה. חדר: החדר שלנו היה סה"כ בסדר. היו פרטים שהפריעו לי אסטטית. למשל: בכיור האמבטיה הדביקו את הוונטיל עם דבק כחול שבלט מאוד, ולי, באופן אישי, מאוד הפריע. מסגרת המקלחון חלודה ועם אבנית, זכוכית המקלחון עם כתמי מים. קירות האמבטיה צבועים בשליכט שצבר אבק. כתמים על וילון החדר כללי: במלון יש ריח חזק שמורגש כבר בחניה. ריח שאמור להיות נעים אם שמים במידה. מתרגלים לעוצמה עם הזמן, אבל אפשר בהחלט להפחית. המלון מתומחר גבוה ולדעתי לא מצדיק המחיר. אלא אם כן, נפלתם על דיל

- David (3/5): NOISY, OVERPRICED AND UNDER MAINTAINED - OVERPRICED BY A MILE. Very little. The location is the best feature It’s overpriced, basic and sub standard. Rooms are noisy, windows broken and door locks falling apart. The hotel needs upgrading. I’ve only seen one member of staff so far. The cost is at least double what is fair or acceptable. I thought we’d be staying on a private estate but the view from the room was the local shopping mall it’s built on and the McDonalds. It’s noisy, uncomfortable , under maintained and overpriced.

- Jenny (9/5): Really nice stay - Really nice hotel, with big, well designed rooms. The pool was heated which was so nice in the chilly days we stayed. No kids in the hotel, so very quiet. Bed was big and comfortable. Breakfast had nice variety. The omelettes line for breakfast is very slow. They only make 2 omelettes at a time. The balconies are nice but all facing the pool so not much privacy.

Appreciated getting coffee brought to your seat at breakfast. The staff was very nice and the spa was great. Penina gave a great massage. The cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9am to see if they could clean. Would have preferred they came later.

The dining room was very good - offering both dinner and breakfast buffets of good quality and varied food that would appeal to all tastes. The bar service was poor. The spa was extremely good

- Verified traveler (4/5): Highly overpriced - The hotel as positioned itself- in terms of price it has demanded- as one of the finest hotels in the Galilee region-which made us expect exactly that. It turned out to be much inferior to them. It is located in the entrance to Rosh pina, not high enough or close enough to the touristic center. Rooms are medium sized, old fashioned, with relatively small windows. Bathroom was old fashion and small. Breakast and dinner was not bad- but certainly not special and not comparable to that served in hotels of similar price levels. The (extremely small) swimming pool was suppossed to open at 7:30 AM each morning. And yet, my plan to start my day with an early half our swim, the pool remained close. The reason given was that... the life guard failed to show up. Naturally I could not spoil our group plans for the day by waiting for him to arrive... One day later, our group wanted to joined the Pilates lesson promised for the morning. Again something happened... We got some explanation, but does it make any difference? It was not horrible, but the fact that it was overpriced- about 40 percent over what it was really worth- made my wife and me frustrated throughout our stay.
