• ottovdl (10/5): - Centraal gelegen op loopafstand van het centrum en alle restaurants. Parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. DIrect aan de boulevard dus zo het water in om te duiken of snorkelen. Eigenljjk niets.
• Eloise (9/5): Not fancy, but great location, very friendly & reasonably priced. - We loved the location! It was right across from the Caribbean on a quiet street,. You could snorkel there with your own gear. The day before we left, a guest saw a big stingray or manta ray & a large turtle as she snorkeled. Ask Audrey where to get in. Audrey was very good at communicating both with Booking & WhatsApp. There's only 5 apartments & everyone was so friendly! We had more conversations in 2 days than we had in 5 weeks in Aruba & Curacao. We stayed 2 weeks & didn't rent a car. We took a North & South Island tour, I also went on a snorkeling trip & another to the National Park. I booked through Viator & was picked up right outside our gate as everyone knows where Kas Hamaka is. We had coffee on a dock every morning & walked up to the cruise ships most days. It was great that it had lots of outlets, both 110 & 220. It also had camp chairs, plus a balcony & patio with comfy chairs. Our apt had cement stairs to the second level, which only had a rail on the inside. The bathroom was on the main level, but the big bedroom was upstairs. It was very roomy, but could have used more storage space for unpacking. The ceiling fans were great, but the only air con was upstairs.
• Erin (10/5): - The property is beautifully designed and conveniently located on the water with a great dock for morning coffee, sundowners, and a swim/snorkel at any time. Audrey made us feel very at home and went very out of her way to help us with a rental car problem. I highly recommend this spot.

Everything was great, but maybe add some more things to the kitchen like containers for leftovers or for sandwiches, a couple of larger glasses? a smaller cooler? beach towels and a hair dryer?

• Jan (9/5): Enjoyed! - A spacious duplex apartment, very helpful hosts, pleasant social ambiance, location across the street from the ocean. It was quite hot and since we are not the youngest, we needed AC. We had AC in the bedroom but, as we discovered late, some of the windows had mosquito nets but no glass. Hence, the AC could barely cope while we were reluctant to run it constantly

From the moment I arrived, the experience exceeded all expectations. Audrey met me at check-in and spent nearly an hour walking me through the apartment and sharing her personal tips for making the most of the island—which were incredibly helpful. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could need: fridge, stove, cooler, beach chairs, and more. It’s located right on the water with a private dock—perfect for swimming or snorkeling just steps from your door. The location is also ideal—within walking distance to great restaurants and close to the boulevard, which is perfect for a morning jog or an evening walk along the sea. To top it all off, the property has a friendly resident cat who might come by to say hello, and you’ll likely spot plenty of lizards grazing in the sun. It all adds to the relaxed, island vibe that makes this place so special. NA

• Echo (10/5): A perfect place to relax - The atmosphere, decor and location were ideal for me especially as I was arriving by boat and the dinghy dock is very close to the property. It was so easy to get my luggage from my boat to the room which is often a logistical nightmare.

An amazing location close to evrything in Kralendijk, very very cosy garden around the property with grill, lots of sitting space to hang out. Great acommendations for when you dive, place for cleaning and save storage your gear. Overall a great place to spend your lazy days in Bonaire I did not like to pack and go home, could stay at Has Hamaka for the rest of my life.

From the moment I arrived, I immediately felt at home. The location is absolutely perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The property is impeccably clean, and the atmosphere is so welcoming that it feels like a home away from home. Every detail seemed thoughtfully arranged to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my time here and can confidently say I will be back! Kas Hamaka has set the standard for my future visits to Bonaire. Highly recommended!

• Felipe (10/5): Excellent duplex/bungalow in a terrific location of Kralendijk - Excellent duplex/bungalow in a terrific location of Kralendijk, ample terrace and refreshing breezy balcony. The Inn has an area for diving gear. In addition, there’s nice snorkeling right in front of the Inn.

• Eliel (10/5): Exceptional - It is very close to town. We walked to dinner and the scuba shop daily. It is still far enough that it’s not noisy. Very relaxing atmosphere. It was very comfortable and relaxing to stay at.
• Klr75 (10/5): A great stay - Walking distance to multiple beach entry points to swim, snorkel or dive, close to fishermen who might allow you to go fish with them for a fee. Close to a bakery with the best pistachio pastry, Mexican restaurant, Indian restaurant with delicious butter chicken and garlic butter naan. The apt has 2 outdoor sitting areas, 1 upstairs with a great obstructed view. Very nice ceiling fans and a/c in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom is downstairs. The apt has a safe and full size refrigerator with ice trays, ice packs for the cooler, water pitcher and multiple dishes if you want to cook My stay was cut short due to Crowdstrike. I love Bonaire and enjoyed my stay here.

• Dennis (7/5): No change of dates possible - Close to the sea, centrally located, free easy parking at all time The airco did not really cool the room enough. This is because it has to cool too big area. I.e, since the bedroom is upstairs but not really closed off/ separated from the rest of the appt, it will never be able to effectively cool the bedroom. Furthermore, I traveled for business. The assignment was planned for 5 days. We finished the job in three days. I stayed for for nights, had a reservation for 5 days. But due to the renting conditions the traveller cannot cancel or make changes to the dates. Hence I got no discount or refund

• Iwan (10/5): A fantastic place to relax and unwind. - We enjoyed 2 wonderful weeks at Kas Hamaka and recovered wonderfully and brought back many unforgettable experiences and impressions from our stay. Kas Hamaka is perfectly located: The sea, including fantastic sunsets, is right on the doorstep. The accommodation is well equipped and we loved enjoying breakfast on the terrace and having a delicious barbecue in the evening. The hosts are super friendly and very helpful and have lots of good tips. -

Close to marina and restaurants. We liked everything and couldn’t fault it. The only minor things were some cracked bowls and an odd kitchen item was missing, only 1 large cup so husband used a glass, no chopping board etc, but if we asked Audrey she would have sorted it no problem. We didn’t bother asking as managed without, it wasn’t an issue.
• Brendan (10/5): Absolutely perfect place to stay for a week. Wish we could have been there longer! - It was quiet and right on the water. A little oasis tucked into the Boulevard. This will be where we stay the next time we are back on the island. While the main host was away a friend (Joyce) was able to help us with check in and check out. She also gave us a ton of information about the island and what to make sure we did and what to avoid. Zero complaints at all. That we had to leave and go back home.

Drove to further sites out of town with plenty to see within 15 minute drive. After seeing the area where the inclusive resorts are I was very glad we were where we were and not by the resorts.

• Laurence (8/5): Peaceful and friendly place for my workcation. - A quiet location with a nice walk to the restaurants and cafes. Go swimming in the clear waters right across the street. More privacy on the sides of the balcony.
