In a rather grim bit of east Belfast. 'Parking' actually meant 'space on the street if you are lucky'

Dá impressão que nunca limpam..não sei como não foi fechado pela vigilância sanitária. Café da manhã eles deixam algumas coisas, mas vc tem que preparar. O problema é ter coragem de cozinhar ali. Well done . It was slightly further outside the area we were mainly visiting, but we knew that when we booked. And the price allowed us to use taxis so it workedout better for us than using public transport as I have a heart problem and can’t walk long distances.

Hairdryer blew up in my hand when turned it on .No breakfast as promised when woke up next morning and the area is off the beaten track away from all the attractions and to call this property a hotel on this page is a joke.worst experience ever for the cost there charging.

Old kitchen (lack of some kitchenware) with old equipment, particularly electric stove, not very clean facilities. Poor noise isolation, particularly between rooms. No possibilities to switch heating off if needed. Some towels and bed sheets that been provided are with stains of unknown origin. Old walls, old doors (some handles even almost falling apart, doors with big and noticeable gaps between floor), old windows. • Orla (10/5): Triple Room one night stay - We stayed for one night in the triple room and it was perfect. The room was clean, bright and spacious, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and equipped with everything you would need. The communication and instructions from the host was very good. Would stay here if we were visiting Belfast again.

Well organised with plenty of toilet rolls soaps etc. Didn't like sleeping accommodation bedding had hairs on base sheet looked like linen hadn't been changed. The kitchen had everything with a huge choice of cereals, bread, croissants and condiments. I made use of the microwave oven which was also a bonus. I also liked the choice of coffee and teas available. I also liked the security access to the Guest House using a keypad code which the owner sends before arrival, also the key to your room that is accessed by a combination code for added security. I'm not a fan of skimmed or semi-skimmed milk but I could have brought my own and stored it in the guests fridge. Apart from that, everything was spot on. No real complaints.
• Barrie (6/5): - Communication and access on arrival was good with prompt responses to messages. Bedroom was just what we needed and bed was comfy enough. Property could do with a bit of an upgrade. Large bathroom that could accommodate a much bigger shower than the old tired shower cubicle that's there, bannisters upstairs were sticky and required cleaning, Mouldy bread in kitchen. Strong smell of Airfreshener in rooms which wasn't a pleasant smell.

• Shodipo (7/5): Bnb - I like the self checking in and the kitchen The description was not well spelt out on booking.com. I want a room with a private toilet but got a room with a shared toilet. Then the toilet is too small my partner could not use it

• Honey (9/5): It was nice , cosy room and I really wanna thank the manager who made sure that me and my child had a comfortable stay. - We got the top floor (2nd floor)room and it was very neat . Shared bathroom was on 1st floor. Bathroom was neat and clean and equipped with toiletries. It was a self check in property with clear instructions on the message. The manager of property made sure that the fan was there in the room as it was a very hot day . Best part was the kitchen. Unlike many other hostels/ bnbs, this kitchen was filled up with variety of cereals , fruits , milk , egg , variety of breads to be available throughout the day. We even cooked our one meal and all necessary pans were available for cooking. Very convenient when travelling with kids. Really nice and a comfortable stay Nothing

• Stephen (9/5): A good, but unusual experience. - An unusual place to stay. Never had an experience like it. Remote control entry. We never saw our host. Didn’t like the bed against a wall. Had to drag it away from the wall for access both side. Important when one is of advanced years.
