The bed was really confortable, good location and the best was the garden/terrace, an amazing place to chill, having your lunch or meeting others travelers. I will definitely come back thank you for everything 🙏🏼😁
• PSDuffy (10/5): A safe, clean and quiet room close to the old city of Chiang Mai. - A nice room with very friendly staff (as well as other guests) close to the old city of Chiang Mai. The outdoor terrace is a convenient place to hang out while relaxing or awaiting rides for excursions. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops, plus a basic breakfast. My stay was quiet, clean, safe and a great value.

• Archambault (10/5): Au top je recommande ! - Hôtel très bien situé et avec un espace pour se détendre , rien à dire c'était top et on a même le café et des toasts le matin on y est resté 6 nuits au lieu des 2 de prévues.

Obiekt sprawiał wrażenie bardzo starego i nie odnawianego. Bardzo ciemno.Z prysznica woda leciała bardzo słabym strumieniem.W rogach pajęczyny i widok z okna okropny.Jeden z gorszych noclegów ,w którym byliśmy.Raczej nie polecam.

So it was peaceful yet still amongst it. Room is basic, which is all I need and super spacious. Value for money is awesome too. Recommend.

Bathroom very very basic. I stayed in another room in the same hotel last year and whilst it wasn’t great, this was on a completely different level, so I was glad I was only there for a few hours.

La terrasse est magnifique et les occupants ainsi que les gens de passage de cet endroit sont absolument charmants. Belle expérience garantie 🥰🙏🏻 Honnêtement. Rien. Pour le rapport qualité prix il n’y a rien à dire. Allez si, peut être un gobelet dans la salle de douche.

• Sigrid (7/5): - Wie haben hier knapp eine Woche verbracht. Die Zimmer sind groß und es gibt viel Stauraum. Es gibt einen großen Gemeinschaftsbereich sowohl drinnen als auch draußen. Der Außenbereich lädt auch zum Verweilen ein. Es gibt eine kleine Teeküche mit heißem Wasser, Microwelle, Toastbrot, Marmelade, Kaffee. Pro Tag bekommt man je Zimmer zwei kleine Wasserflaschen gestellt. Wie schon so oft in Thailand wird nur sehr sporadisch geputzt. Staubig, Böden sollen gewischt werden. Klo war innen nicht sauber. Relativ hellhörig.

Muy cómodo, cerca del centro, muy bonito, con gusto, la familia y mujeres que lo llevan son muy simpáticas, ponen tostadas, mermelada, fruta, café gratis por ls mañanas! Las habitaciones si son antiguas pero todo funciona bien, son espaciosas y todo está correcto para quedarse unos días allí y a buen precio! En la segunda vez que estuvimos nos tocó una habitación sin nevera! Eso es un puntazo siempre

• Daniel (9/5): Super Budget-Hotel mit nicht ganz optimaler Lage - Günstiges Hotel mit großen Zimmern und großem Bett. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zu einem super Preis. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich man kann sich morgens Toast machen und Heißgetränke machen. Die Fahrt nach Pai wird organisiert (inkl. Abholung am Hotel), ebenso andere Aktivitäten. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Gartenbereich vor dem Hotel. Wie ein Cafè mit vielen Sitz- und Liegeflächen wie mitten im Grünen. Wenn man eher zu Fuß unterwegs sein will, ist die Lage etwas ungünstig. Man denkt das Hotel sei direkt neben der Stadtmauer. Aber um hinzukommen muss man egal von wo kommend immer einen "Umweg" laufen, um über eine Brücke dorthin zu kommen. Das fand ich dann auf Dauer nervig. Ich hätte gerne den Garten öfter benutzt, aber dafür waren mir dann doch die Wege zu weit. Mit Roller sicher kein Problem.

Very big room No elevator, bathroom was drenched with water and shower mat also drenched with bad wet floor smell in bathroom. We didn’t want to even shower in there!l, luckily only staying one night. Also real old room with a lot of damage and wear on roof etc.

• Malgorzata (5/5): Okropna wilgoć w pokoju - Personel bardzo miły i bardzo ładne patio przed hotelem. Lokalizacja też spoko. Ale nie zostałabym tam więcej. Straszna wilgoć w pokoju co wiązało się z bardzo nieprzyjemnym zapachem, pewnie grzyba. Unikałam przebywania w pokoju, wszystkie ubrania przesiąkły mi tym zapachem, mimo, że było czysto to wszystko stare i zużyte.

Only a small party to main part. Really good value for money, would stay here again and recommend! all trips available to book from here and we booked our mini bus to pai through panda house for only 200 thb Nothing

• Linnea (9/5): Superb - Me and my partner stayed here for two nights at the very end of our Chiang mai trip. We loved it. The lady at the desk was so kind and sweet, the room was clean and spacious, the bed was the comfiest we've had so far in Thailand. It's convieniently located, right by the road that takes you to the bus station, but just a five minute walk from old town. You'll have to walk a few minutes to get to some restaurants, but we had our best coffee at a place nearby that we would never have found otherwise. For the price, I personally think the room is a steal. The outside area is super cosy, with a lot of plants and shade. Of course there will be mosquitos, but mosquito repellent will deal with that. We had no problems with noise. (But also, I always bring earplugs when I stay at hotels, because I'm really sensitive to noise.) I slept like a baby. And the staff were kind enough to let us leave our bags there for a whole day, while we were waiting for our night bus. They always greeted us with smiles and were always super friendly and helpful. The bathroom was built funny, with the drain on the otherside of the room, behind the toilet. This made the bathroom floor very wet when showering. Also on a few occations, there was no hot water. This was however really not a big issue.

• Farid (10/5): Overall my stay at panda house chiang mai was comfortable and smooth. - If a small electric kettle would be provided to tenants it will help them alot not to move up and down through stairs to make coffee. As such there is nothing which I can say that I didn't like.
• Ketan (3/5): Great staff. Rooms need maintenance to remove mould humidity issues. If you have breathing health issue better to find - Location was good and family staff amazing. No lift is a problem. Rooms have humidity and mould issue. I have asthma and was struggling.
• Stephan (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy little guesthouse in a good and quiet location. Common area in a little garden setting, perfect to chill out and relax during the day. Absolutely good value for what you pay for. Will stay there again on the next visit to Chiang Mai.

I had a really nice stay here and would recommend. The walls are quite thin so it might get quite noisy at times and the room itself was a bit run down.
