• Karen (7/5): Nice people. - The lady watching the property, Mina, was delightful and very helpful. She is wonderful. The condo could use some fixing up. The shower was caked with caulk and the appliances need replacement but overall it was nice.

• Livier (10/5): An amazing, clean, and spacious property for a great price - Very spacious, clean, it has everything You Need For Your Stay. The host was all over making sure we were OK, and our stay was pleasant. Very attentive host. I also love the fact that there is a gated driver to park your car. 2 stairs. To make it clear, the property is amazing. My elderly Mother accompanying, she struggle a little bit with the stairs. To make it clear, the property is an incredible place, you can see the ocean From the terrace. If you don’t have issues with your limbs, like my elderly mother does, its a great place to stay.

• Carson (10/5): To sum everything I would recommend the stay to anyone that would like a comfortable spot and a great security for your - The property was amazing with a great quality and great security, Everything was bearable whether the neighbors dogs were barking or any other noise. Nothing to crazy I can say.

• Fernando (10/5): Condo in Rosarito - Everything was very nice. Clean kitchen...clean living room and clean bedrooms & bathrooms. I didn't take advantage of the terrace...too cold to be out there. I normally pay for the room...get my confirmation and drive right over. I never checked the message saying I need to message the owner (David) 30min before to give him time to meet me at the place. So I had to wait about 15min (not a big deal) I'm sure I'm not the only one that doesn't read the messages in the confirmation email. PLEASE READ IT haha It will save you some time.

Apartment had everything I needed for my stay. WiFi and tv in room didn’t work. Didn’t report as I wasn’t at the property most of the time. Hot water didn’t work very well. I also didn’t report that.

The problem wasn’t fixed until the next day when I checked out. I was told I will get reimbursed but there hasn’t been a response, even though I PRIVATELY msg him. I honestly do not recommend the stay. It was a nightmare….

• Anonymous (2/5): For the amount I paid I would have expected a lot better - Cars were safe, and we needed a key to open the gate so we knew no other people besides the ones who rented the other rooms would go in. •No useful utensils besides 2 spoons, forks, 1 pot and 1 pan •Coffee maker and coffee filters but no coffee grounds & grinder •Uncomfortable bed •Huge closet and 3 hangers •1980s iron that didn’t work well •Small Property •You got either hot or cold water, there was no in between •No bathroom or kitchen fan. Only 1 A/C unit in bedroom •No specific address made it tough for taxi drivers to pick us up •No hand soap •Paper towel roll had a quarter left, luckily we stopped at a store to get some •Old broken washer/dryer •Bathroom door would get stuck •WiFi was super slow •The only modern thing was the look outside
