• Jan-Hendrik (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. - Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Anbieter. Im Kühlschrank war sich bereits Milch und Wurstaufschnitt bereitgestellt. Für die Kinder gab es ein großes Osterei zur Begrüßung. Alles sehr liebevoll arrangiert. Vielen Dank.

De accommodatie was geweldig: heerlijk zwembad, mooie omgeving en prachtig huisje. Ook de zorg van Barbara was geweldig. Ze checkte vaak in of we nog iets nodig hadden & kwam zelfs vers fruit brengen. Echte aanrader. Wij komen nog terug!

La posizione è ottima per visitare Arezzo e le altre bellissime città raggiungibili a meno di un'ora di auto. La struttura offre parcheggio custodito con cancello automatico, aree verdi in cui poter trascorrere dei momenti all'aperto, piccolo parco giochi per bambini e degli adorabili gattini. La proprietaria, Barbara, è stata gentile, accogliente e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Consigliato!

The host was awesome, always reached to us to see how we are and if we need something, and offered information. • Tamara (10/5): - Wir haben uns in dieser Unterkunft rundum wohlgefühlt! Die Gastgeber Barbara und Simone sind unglaublich herzlich und gastfreundlich. Sie haben sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und standen uns jederzeit mit tollen Tipps für Ausflüge oder Restaurantempfehlungen zur Seite. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit. Auch der Poolbereich war sehr gepflegt – es gab immer ausreichend Platz und Liegen, sodass man sich wunderbar entspannen konnte. Die ruhige Umgebung trägt zusätzlich dazu bei, dass man sich einfach bestens erholen kann. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Un grande grazie a Barbara e Simone per la loro meravigliosa ospitalità. Ci siamo sentiti davvero a casa e auguriamo a voi e alla vostra famiglia tutto il meglio per il futuro!
• Laurent (10/5): Magnifique séjour dans un très beau coin de Toscane - Très bel Agriturismo très bien situé pour visiter l'Est de la Toscane. Situé à 20 minutes en voiture d'Arezzo. L'appartement est bien isolé, moderne et bien équipé. La piscine est grande et très jolie. L'hôte Barbare est aux petits soins pour ses invités, et elle nous a donné de très bon conseils pour visite les villages de la région. -

• Daniel (10/5): I have been to Tuscany several times and have always been satisfied with the service. This was my home for 1 week. Thank - The accommodation is a few minutes from the historic town of Arezzo, which offers many opportunities to eat well, drink wine and shoping. The town can be reached by car or by train, which stops not far from the accommodation. We had everything we needed in our accommodation and if we missed something, Barbara provided it right away. Their motto is to make the guests feel at home and so it was.
• Pol (9/5): Superb - My stay in Baciano Agrituristico Azienda Venatoria was amazing. After a weekend with my friends where i didn't get much sleep it was needed to retreat for a little bit and this place was what i needed. My appartement/tiny house was quite spacious and the kitchen had all the inventory that i needed. The pool was amazing aswell. The instructions an contact with the host top notch. The bed was a sleepingcouch. But to be honest i slept really well. You're able to get there with public transport but it's way more convenient to do it by car.

• Jasmina (10/5): perfect stay in the tuscan countryside - The apartments are situated in a beautiful complex of old stone houses, surrounded by meadows. The apartment had two bedrooms, with the master bedroom being particularly spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The shared pool is large, with plenty of sunbeds available. While the surrounding area may be slightly less interesting compared to the heart of Tuscany, the nearby town of Arezzo and the picturesque wine roads are both beautiful and should not be missed. A big thank you to our host, Barbara, who took excellent care of us. The nearby towns of Subbiano and Capolona may not be particularly special, but we did manage to find some decent places to eat there.

The venue is a quick walk across from the train stop, just 8 mins, but there is nothing else around and the train is very infrequent so I recommend arriving with supplies to keep you going until you can get to the next town, where you can find more supermarkets etc (about 5min drive or 30min walk although there isn't a great pathway so you need to walk along the road).
• Coffee (10/5): Nice rustic stone house - Check in and out was quick and easy (via whatsapp we get every infirmation). The lady owner is very kind and helpful, she speaks English. Fully equipped kitchen (even the basic foods in the fridge). Everything was what we need. The swimming pool was working even on the first of October, which was very good in the warm weather. There is also a table tennis (and rackets). Several people wrote that the bed was not comfortable. It's really a convertible sofa, but it has a thick, comfortable extra mattress on it. Everything was perfect, just good to know that the nearest bakery/restaurant is 2-3 km away.

An air-conditioned was missing but not needed, the apparemment was so cool and fresh while it was too hot outside. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. The pool was cleaned and perfect. We loved staying there and would return without any second thought. Thank you

• Smirnov (10/5): Enjoyable, beautiful with very friendly host. - Very friendly host Barbara, and a beautiful place, well maintained with great care for every detail. A big swimming pool was a significant relief for the immense heat. All in all, we were super happy. Nothing! It would be great to have an outdoor table in front of the apartment, but on the other hand, it is no problem to walk 20 steps to the garden with outside tables and chairs, and the front of the apartment stays stylish.
• Ferenc (10/5): Pleasant days in a place that feels like home. - This is an amazing place, the rooms are beautiful, our apartment was very comfortable, cool, and quiet. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and the garden makes staying here a wonderful time, especially in the summer. The green area is spectacular. This is an ideal place to spend a week or even more. There are many cities in the area to visit. Arezzo is just 15 min drive, Firenze and Siena are within 70 kms. There is also a fast train to Firenze and also to Rome. Toscany is one of the best places in Italy to discover.

• Annette (10/5): Beautiful Location in Capolano Italy - Barbara and her family and Errol were so helpful. We arrived and the pantry and fridge were full. Great facilities and grounds. 2kms from Capolano/Subiano where you can shop, do laundry and catch a train, plus restaurants. We found out we were the first Australians and we would thoroughly recommend it. 👌
