You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Piscina n. 1 is closed from Sat 01 Jun 2024 until Sun 15 Sept 2024 In order to secure your reservation, you will be contacted by the property to arrange payment of a 30% deposit via bank transfer. This will not be refundable and should be paid within 5 days of the booking. Please note that heating is not included and will be charged extra according to usage. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as the property is not serviced by public transport. Please note that, from May to September, the swimming pool can only be used by guests staying in the rooms.
