• Goldacre (10/5): Excellent location and staff for a comfortable stay. Value for money - The room was a great size and comfortable bed. Nicely decorated bathroom and amenities. Separate aircon for the room which was great (rather than central). Good shared kitchen that is well supplied. Very handy if you’re here for more than a day or two.The best thing about the hotel is the staff and location. Excellent service especially from Christie when we had an issue with a taxi. Really well located to walk to all the main areas.

The fire alarm went off one night and it took at least half an hour for someone to stop it from ringing. Also it would be good to have a breakfast included for the price.

• anthony (8/5): A birthday treat in a lovely part of Rome. - the location was good, plenty of places to eat and drink locally. we had a bit of an issue with the shower but the man on reception at the time was excellent and cared about getting it sorted out which they did the same evening. because it is in the city the views from the room were restricted on either side of the hotel but i did my research beforehand and asked if we could have a room with the best view possible and they did, i think because its a city all of the hotels will have the same issue as the buildings are pretty close together. but we were out most of the time so wasn't a massive issue and was nice to come back to a view where we could people watch and see the activity.

Escogí una habitación con jacuzzi para la celebración de una ocasión especial en pareja. Lamentablemente de 4 noches solo pudimos disfrutar 2 del jacuzzi ya que no funcionaba el agua caliente ( se enfriaba y no tenía potencia) La primera solución que me dieron me pareció una broma...abrir el agua caliente del bidé a la misma vez para que se mantuviese caliente... Lo mismo pasaba en el plato de ducha. De repente dejaba de salir agua caliente y tenias que esperar varios minutos ( 3-5) para que volviera el agua caliente. Finalmente tras 2 días así nos cambiaron de habitación y reembolsaron una parte por no poder usar el jacuzzi. Esperaba una solución más óptima y desde el primer momento ya que estropearon los planes que tenía preparados para esta ocasión especial en pareja.

• Ivana (10/5): Wonderful - if we come back to Rome, we are rebooking - The staff, Christi and Francesco, were beyond great, very helpful, attentive and approachable. They helped us with every question and request, went above and beyond. Thank you again! Room and bathroom were clean, they tidied every day of our stay and gave us fresh towels (large, medium and small towel for each person). We got free toiletries when we arrived (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, q-tips, etc). The water pressure was good and we had hot water at all times (this worried us as we noticed that some places in Rome had issues with this, thankfully not here). Every day we got 2 free waters (sparkling and stil) per person, and they were placed in the fridge. We could also make ourselves coffee in the room (free also).The wifi was free and the signal was good. The location was wonderful, we walked everywhere from the hotel as it is in the city centre. We were a few minutes walk from the Pantheon, and just a little bit further fountain Trevi etc. The room was exactly as the photos (we stayed in the standard room with a queen bed), we even expected it to be smaller as it sometimes looks bigger in the photo, but it was quite spacious! It looked good and modern, there was enough space for our things and in the closet also. The bathroom was also spacious, modern and comfortable. The bathroom sink was tiny so it was a bit difficult to use it. We couldn’t get Netflix on our TV (though the staff tried their very best, offered and tried a lot of solutions so we were very grateful for that). We could have gotten HBO, Disney and other apps tho. Everything else was great.

Pareil pour le metro nous étions à 10min à pied ! Chambre propre et calme ! Nous avons adoré , nous comptons revenir pour un prochain séjour à Rome ! Et merci à la dame de l’accueil qui nous a bien accueilli, et qui était à l’écoute pendant notre séjour ! Super sympa et très gentille !!

Al llegar nos ofrecieron café y aunque el cheking era a partir de las 1500 a las 1300 tenían la habitación lista. Cristina, nos atendió y aparte de una excelente profesional, es un amor de persona. Sin duda volveremos!!!

• Despina (10/5): - honestly expected the room to be smaller based on many times i’ve booked places and they look so much smaller than it showed in pictures. big room! i had the room where it was bedroom / then room for bathtub / then actual bathroom. they gave us new free water bottles every day (which i feel like a lot of places don’t do). The shower had big bottles of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. They cleaned the room every day and gave us new clean towels. we had a window in our room as well for some fresh air. the location was actually great you walk down and your right near Giolliti for the gelato everyone loves, all antico vinaio was right near by for sandwich, pantheon as well. i think it’s a perfect location for base. and then of course to go to colosseum / vatican some other spots it’s longer but very very walkable!!!! nothing!!!! if i were to come again i’d book here :)

• MARIA-ISABEL (9/5): Agréable … et détente… - - Le confort de la literie 🤗 - tout était propre - à disposition cafetière, bouilloire. café, thé, etc … et frigo avec eau plate et pétillante offert pendant tout le séjour… L’entrée de l’hôtel donne une impression un peu spéciale et pas très rassurante au départ, car on se retrouve près des poubelles dissimulées… Mais une fois arrivée à l’étage où se situe l’hôtel, un accueil chaleureux vous attend 🥰

• No_name (10/5): Nice stay in the heart of Rome - Nice room with all facilities, on a building (it's not a hotel) located right besides the Italian Parlament, in the heart of the city, very close to Trevi fountain and everything else. The room (we had a deluxe king with spa bath) was large and had all amenities, including slippers, coffee machine, bottle water etc etc. We got it at a nice price, so it felt like good value. Early in the morning, we could hear movement from other rooms in the building, so if you are a light sleeper, you might use the ear props provided free of charge by the host. It's not the property's fault. Everything in Rome is thin, small and noisy, so...

C est un vrai hotel avec un accueil et du personnel sur place ce qui est très pratique: réservation restaurant et taxi effectuée par l établissement. Chambre bien équipée: sèche cheveux et sèche serviette dans la salle de bain, pantoufles fournis, bouilloire, cafetière, thé, café biscotte disponibles dans la chambre. Ravis d'avoir choisi PAX HOTEL. Ras. Tout était bien.
