• Myla (1/5): No accomodation because theres no family room, the one I book family room. The front desks said old - I never got to stay there because the one O book a family room . There's no family room and I asked for refund the manager that they let me talked said I can get fully refund. What happened now ? Where's the refund money. No intigrity and no values in this company at all. Honesty and values needed this company to assist the customer and intigrity. Stop all the promising and lies . I've been waiting for long time now.
• Jourdain (1/5): Horrible - Rien L'hôtel ne correspond pas avec les photos de booking,le personnel très désagréable,pas d'ascenseur,les chambres insalubres , cheveux et draps sale ,la salle de bain très sale ,je n'ai même pas osé m'asseoir sur les wc ,le lavabo noir de crasse,des bêtes dans la salle de bain,des trous dans les murs,un vieux lit traîné dans la chambre, odeur de moisissure dans la chambre, par curiosité j'ai regardé sous le lit des boîtes de chaussures,des saletés jamais nettoyer.Nous avons cherché un autre hôtel,fuez cet endroit,je pensais pas que booking puisse mettre un hôtel pareil à la location, c'est une honte.

The taxi driver would not drop us off there and agreed it was unsafe for tourists. Dark. Dirty. And a very bad area. Especially for someone that is new in the area. All eyes were upon us. It was not as it was presented in the photos

• Mattias (2/5): - When hopping into the taxi at NAIA, when the taxi driver realised the adress of the hotel, he refused to take us there. According to hon the area is inhabited by "squatters, drug dealers and other criminals". He claimed it is to dangerous even to drive there at night time. And absolutely not walk. He made us book another hotel instead and drive us there with no extra charge. So to us it seemed legit.

• Jean-Baptiste (1/5): C’est la première fois via Booking, que je tombe sur un hôtel aussi médiocre - L’emplacement Les draps étaient propres Absolument tout, c’était vraiment très sale, la climatisation, ventile, et ne refroidit pas, le réfrigérateur ne fonctionne pas, mais en plus une odeur nauséabonde en sort, la salle de bain est horrible, la pomme de douche ne tient pas au tuyau, car c’est cassé, je n’ai même pas osé m’asseoir sur les toilettes, beaucoup beaucoup, beaucoup de bruit dans le couloir, des raz bas de l’escalier

• Patrick (2/5): HORRIBILIS - Rien sinon l'emplacement . Les petites rues autour sont très sympas mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. C'est la seule chose positive dans cet hôtel. Tout est horrible et surtout l'odeur. La salle de bain est détériorée La climatisation est très faible.Le prix est deux fois trop élevé. Mais bon pour une nuit ça passe mais ne vous attendez a rien d'agréable

• Lescano (8/5): Good value for money. - The stay was cheap. Airconditioning was fine and the bed was comfy enough. The stairs was quite narrow if you have huge luggages but the staff were kind enough to assist with the lifting. The office provided printing services for a fee but it's manageable especially there are no printing offices nearby. Bathroom utilities could use some deep cleaning.
• Liesel (5/5): I like to stay in RedDoorz because the property allowed early check in . allowed early check in - It’s very near to the airport and the staffs were nice and friendly . The bathroom was very dirty and its door was broken . Include Also the mattress (kutson )very messy .

This property is not safe or up to par with health standards - Close to airport The mouldy smell was the first thing to notice but we checked in thinking it was just a leak near reception. When we got to the room, The roof was falling apart and completely covered in black mould. Staff was very unhelpful and was more concerned about watching the show on TV than helping us move bags when we said we would not stay due to the space being toxic and damaging. We had to leave immediately and the staff told us there were no refunds.

• Mark (10/5): Lapu lapu cottages top eating experience - The ambience and the setting are amazing. The owner and the staff really made my stay an absolutely amazing experience and I would thoroughly recommend coming here. 5 stars from me. Nothing, all was exceptionally good.

I don’t feel comfortable with my bed it seems messy. Under the bed is too gross and disgusting. No blanket but just a piece of cloth like a shit!

• Kj (7/5): Definitely an overnighter. Would never stay there for anymore. - Very close to terminal 1. 200 peso’s taxi ride. Rip off merchants outside the airport wanted 1500. I’d paid upfront for the accommodation early January, but the property still hadn’t been paid, so had to pay again. (Only $40 by 2, Aus, so no huge drama) Comfortable bed was good at 5am when we arrived. But kids playing in reception at 8 was a pain. You get what you pay for.

NO TOILETEIES, INCLUDING BODY SOAP THATS WHY MY SISTER NEED TO RUSH TO CONVINIENT STORE TO GET FOR HER, THE LOCK OF THE DOOR DONT DPUBLE LOCK AAND ITS DAMAGE. SO YOU ASKED MY SISTER TO JUST PUT SOMETHING BEHIND THE DOOR IF SHE IS NOT COMFORTABE. YOU DIDNT EVEN LET HER TRANSFER TO OTHER ROOM THAT SHE FEELS COMFORTABLE THAT THE DOUBLE LOCKED THAT WORKS. AND STAFF JUST LEFT IT THAT WAY. ITS NOT REALLY WORTH RECOOMENDING WHILE STAFF IS NOT EVEN ACCOMODATING ABOUT COMPLAINS WHILE YOU PAYING NOT THAT CHEAP FOR STAY. WITH DIRTY TOILET .
• Analyn (4/5): Uncomfortable - It close to the airport .nothing else First I choose a standard double bed but they gave us a small bed so I have to change another room which is the one I payed on my reservation. No elevator,no water at night which is according to the stuff the water is not working because of our room location in 4th floor .we have to call the stuff to bring us water at the middle of the night.it was uncomfortable stayed in the hotel .the management should do some action to solve the problem regarding the water system

• Marivel (3/5): Poor - the house keeper was very kind, thank you to her❤️ when i arrive there the receptionist was not kind, the bedsheet is very old not clean, the cover is vry thin and very old, towel is very old, you dont have even disposable slippers! the room smells not good smells like humidity, they dont even help me to bring my baggage 🧳 to the room even in my check out, when i book the hotel i saw in the picture was very nice room and clean, but in reality 👎 you need to change everything inside the room even the bathroom is not clean .

Had to fight to get towels that were advertised and in the end we received only one torn rough piece of garbage. Quiet place at night until morning staff make a lot of noise from 6am. Tiny room that was supposedly non smoking but stank of cigarettes. Area is clean but a fair walk to anything.
