Greeted me by name Jacinthe was very proud of the type of gite she has built in the past 20 years The place was clean. Breakfast was in the eat-in kitchen, not a separate room with individual tables. It felt like home.

Mais une chose est sur, nous n'y retournerons pas. - Rentrer se coucher après notre journée pour réaliser que l'hôtesse est passé dans la chambre pendant notre absence. On y restait pour 2 nuits, ce n'était pas pour faire le ménage. Je préfère maintenant les options avec portes qui se barrent. Aussi très déçue du petit-déjeuner.
• Katharine (10/5): - We had the best stay at Gites Agricole du Lilas on our drive from NYC to Quebec City. Our family of 5 rented two triple rooms and were comfortable and cozy all night. Jacinthe made a spectacular breakfast with everything homemade and from local farms. Her bread!! To die for!!! She and her husband Claude were funny and warm and delightful, and so welcoming and sweet to our children. Highly recommended, would love to stay again.

• lin (8/5): As a stopover during the journey, it was excellent. The breakfast was perfect, and it was a delightful way to start the - "The location is excellent, close to the highway. The hostess is very kind. The rooms are clean and beautifully decorated—one in Chinese style and the other in French style. The bathroom is shared. The breakfast prepared by the hostess is absolutely delicious. She graduated from a baking school, so the bread and pastries she makes are very professional. I'm very grateful for her warm hospitality." The room is a bit old, and the floor and bed creak, so you need to be careful not to disturb guests in the neighboring room.

• Zoltan (10/5): A great night sleep and an excellent breakfast! - I loved the heritage house, the antique furniture and the ambiance. I was pleasantly surprised with the hospitality of the hostess, she made excellent food and was very friendly. I had a very good sleep there and attribute it to it being on a farm away from noise. There was plenty of parking and can accommodate a moving truck. Ask for drinking water and do not drink out of the tap.

• Barbara (7/5): Very delightful farm stay. Make sure you take a close look at the room you choose to rent. - Lovely host couple in Farm setting. Very welcoming and enjoyable experience. We enjoyed getting to know the other guests, as well as the host couple. Very good breakfast! Our room was decorated in a very dark color, and motif that was unsuitable for a farm setting. The light provided wasn’t strong enough to read by. The other rooms were, what I would call, pleasant and appropriate for a farm setting.

Homemade breakfast and conversation with our host was tastey and excellent. Our one night stay was all that we expected, and more. Happy dog Jessie welcomed us enthusiastically. Stairs may be a problem with mobility issues.

Breakfast was made to order, smoothies, mushroom swiss omelette with homemade bread, jams and caramel sauce (that I wanted to slide into my purse). This is a older farmhouse with a lot of character, the amenities are shared, but there was no sound transfer, it felt like we were alone in the house. If you enjoy a great B&B experience, I highly recommend you visit.
