• James (9/5): A beautiful, quiet, and comfortable place to stay while visiting the sights in Sao Miguel. - Quiet, nice kitchen, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, welcome food, and access to the vegetable garden. Initially, I thought its location was a bit out of the way, but it turned out to be only a short drive away from every place we went. Easy access to highway. It was not, however, within walking distance of restaurants, stores, or activities—the location requires a car in my mind.

• Aukje (10/5): Heerlijke uitvalsbasis op de Azoren in prachtige accomodatie. - We zijn als gasten in de watten gelegd. Mooie accomodatie op goede uitvalsbasis. Paulo had een mooie lijst gemaakt met aanbevelingen om te bezoeken. Iedere dag werd het appartement schoongemaakt en ondanks dat het zwembad niet verwarmd werd, heb ik bijna iedere dag gezwommen. Ik kan niets verzinnen.

Paulo was so kind and helpful from the beginning, he even printed out a lot of useful information and recommendations for us, such as hikes, tours, restaurants and tips. The place was perfectly located and perfectly clean, we had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay, they even have a garden with fruits and vegetables that you can use. They have the cutest dog and it was so fun to be around him. We will for sure be booking this place again on our next visit to São Miguel!

Služby byly na vysoké úrovni (včetně úklidu a celkového servisu), velmi jsme ocenili také užitečné rady a tipy na výlety, aktivity, restaurace apod. Komunikace probíhala bez problémů a check in i check out byl naprosto ideální! A co nám ještě dělalo radost, tak pejsek majitelů, který nás každý den před nebo po výletě vítal.
• Marta (9/5): Excelente opção para famílias em Ponta Delgada - Espaço privado só para hóspedes, apesar de ser uma propriedade partilhada com os donos. A presença constante do cão da família (um São Bernardo) foi um bónus agradável. A casa com 2 quartos é confortável e com bastante espaço para 4 pessoas ou até mais. É excelente para quem cozinhar durante a estadia pois tem todos os utensílios necessários (eles ainda oferecem bebidas para o pequeno almoço e cápsulas de café). Experiência a repetir Não tenho nada de negativo a apontar, mas apenas como sugestão... Seria óptimo se a casa do 2 quartos tivesse outro wc.

• Carlos (10/5): Great stay in a real home away. - The property is great for a family holiday, in a quiet and central location, a few minutes from Ponta Delgada. The check-in was very soft and convenient provided by Mr. Paulo Roberto who makes you feel at home in a few minutes. Mr. Paulo also provided us a list of attractions and restaurants around the island to make your plans go easier, giving us his contact number in case we need any help during our stay. The apartment was very comfortable and clean, with a bit of sea view from the living room. You can cook as the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Complimentary coffee and tea provided every day. The property has an orchard and a vegetable garden where you can pick what they have in the moment. I will definitely return to Quinta de Santa Clara in a possible return to São Miguel.

• Jitari (10/5): Highly recommended! - We had a wonderful stay at Quinta de Santa Clara and felt truly welcome from the very beginning. We really appreciated being able to check in earlier, which made our experience even more pleasant. Everything was spotlessly clean, very quiet, and perfect for relaxing. A big highlight was the garden, where guests can enjoy fresh herbs and fruits directly from the garden - such a lovely and authentic touch. We had a very pleasant stay at Quinta de Santa Clara, but what made it especially memorable was Vine's dog, who lives there and is incredibly friendly with everyone. He brought so much joy and warmth to our stay. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was perfect!

• Ann-Kristin (10/5): Super moderne und geräumige Unterkunft am Rand von Ponta Delgada - Die Apartments sind hell und modern, alles sehr gepflegt. Wir haben für unseren Sohn extra ein Babybett und Hochstuhl bekommen. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen einschließlich Waschmittel zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgerüstet, aber für die Zubereitung einer kleinen Mahlzeit reichts. Es gibt eine Kapselkaffeemaschine und jeden Tag neue Kapseln, Teebeutel und gefiltertes Wasser. Im Garten konnten wir Bananen und Orangen pflücken. Der Pool war sehr schön und sauber, aber im November uns zu kalt. Man muss wissen, dass ein Mietwagen sinnvoll ist und man eigentlich nirgends zu Fuß hingehen kann.

• Reinalde (9/5): Fijne accomodatie - Heel mooi appartement! Iedere dag schoonmaak en schone handdoeken, zowel voor badkamer als voor zwembad/ strand. Zwembad is mooi, ietwat fris in okt. Tuin en accomatie heel mooi aangelegd en onderhouden. Heel veilig, want alleen toegang met elektronische sleutel voor de gate. Vreemden kunnen terrein niet op. Zeer goede hosts en de Berner Sennen hond was een cadeautje voor de kinderen die onze hond erg misten. Vinnie kwam iedere dag even gedag zeggen. Wij kozen het voor de locatie, maar je wordt 9 van de 10 x toch via ribeira grande geleid, dus dat is beter uitvalspunt. Houd rekening met volgende: Ponta del Gada is niet heel leuk en in de buurt rondom het app. is echt niks. (Wel op 5 min. rijden een supermarkt) Je moet dus een auto hebben! Badkamer kan upgrade gebruiken, maar we hoorden dat dat binnenkort gedaan wordt.

• Roman (10/5): - הכל . הכל מעבר לציפיות, החל מקבלת פנים חמה כולל עזרה בהבאת הציוד מהרכב לדירה. קיבלנו דירה יפיפיה כולל 2 שירותים ו 2 מקלחות, מאוד מרווחת. עם נקיון יומיומי כולל שטיפת כלים (הופתענו מזה מאוד, עד עכשיו זה לא נעשה באף מקום ששהיינו בו). המקום עצמו פסטורלי עם גינת פירות לשימוש האורחים, בריכה, מנגל, מכונת כביסה ומייבש כולל אבקת כביסה ומרכך. גם היה כלב בשם ויני של בעלי המקום שהסתובב בשטח המלון , מאוד ידידותי, הוא היה אטרקציה בפני עצמה לילדים. ממליצה מאוד על מקום, אם תבחרו בו לא תצטערו לרגע. מיטות רכות, זה החיסרון היחיד שמצאנו

The location is great in the middle of the island in a quiet neighbourhood and close to the main city Ponta Delgada for great restaurants in the evening. They clean the apartment every day. Spacious, beautifully designed, comfortable unit with fully equipped kitchen. Clean, well-lit. Has a nice shower, good internet and powerful AC. Felt like a private villa with a big saltwater pool. . Paolo, the manager, was very helpful providing information about the amenities in the unit and the surroundings. All in all could not be better.

I highly recommend it to everyone. The location is excellent: just 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the city center. The owner even helped us rent a car more easily and at a better price, gave us a tour, and shared a guide to the island. The apartment was spotless, fresh, modern, and equipped with every detail you might need. If I return to São Miguel, I will definitely stay here again. Nothing, everything was brilliant!

• Nienke (9/5): Relaxing place, gorgeous nature and beautiful house with the friendliest dog :) - Beautiful place, so peaceful and the cutest dog! 5/10 minute drive to the city, the location is ideal for exploring the island, but also a very nice and chill pool area which made relaxing by the house lovely as well . Always enough parking spaces. The house itself is very nice and modern. Nothing walkable in the area like sights or restaurants, so you need a car! But we didn’t mind at all :)

• Tate (10/5): Exquisite - We have stayed in the Azores many times. This was by far our favorite location and place. The overall vibe was pristine! 7 different villas all next to each other offering privacy yet connectedness as we stayed here with our large family in separate villas. Private garden with all kinds of veggies (that Paulo allowed us to pick) and thus the kids absolutely loved. Private pool that is plenty big enough for many people. The owners are incredibly kind and helpful. You are given a private key and gate opener which makes it feel as though you live here. Adorable dog Andy roams the grounds and may be the most friendly pup we’ve ever met. Paulo the manager despite only having to be at the property certain hours of the day attends to any need and question you have. This place is 5 minutes to the nearest beach and 8 minutes to Ponta Delgada. Highly recommended!! The rooms themselves have fantastic rain fall showers, comfortable beds, and stocked with an espresso everyday. In a word it was perfect.
• Lehrman (10/5): - Our unit was beautiful! There is a garden on the grounds with fresh vegetables/fruits that you can pick (in season) and a wonderful swimming pool. Location is gated and secure, but safety was never an issue during our stay in the Azores. This is a great location that is very close to downtown Ponta Delgada, with none of the potential parking issues. We would definitely return to this property the next time we visit. No complaints at all!

Goede dagelijkse schoonmaak en zuivere handdoeken (ook om mee te nemen naar zwemgelegenheden buiten de locatie). Beheerder heel vriendelijk. Je mag gebruik maken van de rijpe oogst uit eigen tuin ( bananen, tomaten en sla bij ons verblijf). Badkamer kan refreshment gebruiken; erg kleine douche, douchedeur sloot slecht, wc op badkamer (wc bril los) Weinig kastruimte op slaapkamer bovenverdieping en geen spiegel hier. Huis is geschikt voor gezin met kinderen. Niet geschikt voor bijvoorbeeld 2 stellen.

También los servicios adicionales, como la maravillosa piscina y un cómodo cuarto para lavar y secar la ropa Dada su enorme amplitud, me pareció algo tacaño el tamaño del armario. También tenía un pequeño fallo en el cuarto de baño, porque no había luz en el espejo.

Cocina muy equipada, lavandería, piscina, jardín y un perro gigante monísimo que se paseaba por los jardines de las habitaciones. Baño con humedades. Como punto de mejora, nosotros amamos los animales y jugamos mucho con el perro pero era un perro muy grande que quizás no todo el mundo se sienta cómodo. Deberían anunciar en la descripción que hay un perro por allí para avisar a los huéspedes

(Zb Öl, Salz, Alufolie etc) Wenn man nur für wenige Tage hier ist, ist es etwas ungünstig. - Wenn man keine Hunde mag, ist dieser Ort der falsche.

• Pavel (5/5): To be avoided for the group of 4 people of families - The wimming pool and the pool area were great. The garden with free access was also very nice, but due to the season, not much to pick up except for the salats. It is very had for me to write negative feedback as somebody certainly had a good intention to build this resort. It is important to mention that we expcted to stay in the desin villas with fully glazed facade, but those are only for 2 people and we were group of 4 - my mistake, should have checked it. So this review is for side house only, cannot comment onthe design villas. The 4 bed accommodation certainly does not match the price tag and it is the biggest disapointment for our trip in Azores, but luckily we only stayed 2 nights here (we also stayed in 3 other accommodations and we rated all with 9). 1) Very noisy at night, it almost felt the house has no isolation so you can hear both the nearby highway and also the nearby street and house was shaking when bigger car passed by, 2) old bathroom fit out including mirror blind spots, 3) no chance to sleep in the upper room as you need to choose to have window openned with full light from the garden ligts or close it with no air, the lower room was ok, 4) very light cleaning - dead bugs under the mattraces, 5) despite check-in was reported until midnight at booking, we were asked to come by 6PM and then they waited for us until 7PM and we had to rush through the island that day. 6) We were given wet towels and they could only be replaced the second, however, the staff die not report it and they were again not changed and remained wet. 7) I was missing love and treat which would be normally expected in such resort which is quite far from the Ponta Delgada city center. Truly disapointing in any case, total no go for the price expected. This is by far the worst review during my 20 years as the expectations were high and the result was simply big disapointment. But since somebody meant it well at the beginning and I guess the villas for 2 people should be much better, I write honest feedback to help the owner avoid renting the space we were in or provide it as very cheap accommodation.

Wir hatten ein mit 2 Schlafzimmer und hatten sehr viel Platz und Aussicht auf den Ozean Großer Garten zum Chillen mit Pool und genügend Liegen/Sonnenschirmen Gemüsegarten für alle Gäste Alle kleinste Dinge wurden durchgedacht Die Lage ist ziemlich abgeschnitten. Ohne Auto wird schwierig. Kein Laden, Café oder ähnliches fussläufig. Morgens hört man den Verkehr von draußen

For people renting a car, inside parking was really good. Garden with vegetables free to use and fruits as well. Just a lovely place. Totally recommended

• Patricie (10/5): Amazing and quiet place to stay - The accommodation was very nice, peaceful and quiet. We loved the friendly dog and the fresh salads, herbs and strawberries we could eat for free. There was nothing we could complain. We would definitelly come again and we recomend this place.

The manager was very attentive if we had any questions. The information document on what to do and where to eat made choosing our activities much easier . Thank you . Recommend 100%

Tolle Anlage. - - Gepflegt und mit dem Nötigen ausgestattet. - Gute Lage, ruhige Anlage. - Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. - Es fehlen Kleiderhaken o.ä. um Jacken usw. aufzuhängen. Platz dafür wäre reichlich vorhanden. - Lichtkonzept. Viele dunkle Stellen indoor und outdoor, z.B. beim Spiegel im Bad oder zum Lesen im Schlafzimmer und auf der Terrasse. Leselampen oder Stehlampen für beide Bereiche wären super. - Übler Geruch im Bad.
• Paula (10/5): Estancia inmejorable - La estancia en Quinta de Santa Clara fue inmejorable. Las instalaciones eran excelentes, tanto el interior de la casa, como el exterior, muy bien cuidado, y con todo tipo de detalle. Paulo nos recibió el primer día de forma muy agradable, e incluso nos dio información sobre la isla, su trato fue impecable con nosotros en todo momento.

• shuxia (9/5): Pleasant stay - location is good, very friendly staff, the villa has beautiful setting including garden and pool, feel like home away from home the only thing I don't like is the room's ventilation not good, there is no screen door, you can't open door for breeze, you need to turn on AC and fan. But nothing major.

• Ingo (10/5): Sehr netter Host (Paulo) und toller „Hofhund“ Winny!! - Schöne (verbunde) einzelne Häuser. Moderne Einrichtung. Betten könnten tatsächlich etwas breiter sein.
• Guylaine (9/5): On a adoré l’endroit. - L’accueil par Paolo et ses conseils pour visiter l’île. L’accès au jardin et à ses produits frais tels courges, fraises, laitue, fines herbes. Grand stationnement privé et accès facile à l’autoroute et à un grand supermarché tout près. Café Nespresso, lait, jus d’orange et bolo offert! Merci! J’aurais apprécié qu’il y ait une bouteille d’huile, de vinaigre doux ainsi que sel et poivre. Un porte manteau serait un plus.
• Toblier (10/5): Absolut Fantastisch! - Ausgezeichnete Lage - man ist überall sofort auf der Insel. Die Häuser sind wunderschön modern eingerichtet, eigenes Schlafzimmer ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es wird jeden Tag gereinigt. Es gibt einen Gemüsegarten, von den man sich kostenfrei bedienen kann. Es gibt einen ganz lieben und freundlichen Haushund am Areal! Es war alles TOP
• anais (10/5): Magnifique lieu - L'accueil, la beauté des lieux, l'équipement du logement (laverie, cuisine parfaite avec ses ustensiles, machine à café et bouilloire). le cadeau de bienvenu! et surtout le chien du propriétaire, un amour. Rien. on est éloignés du centre ville de Ponta, mais ce n'est pas plus mal.

• Yariv (10/5): - Facilities were amazing, great hospitality! Our kids loved the pool and the owner’s dog Vini. Location was just 5 mins away from downtown Ponta Delgada, and within no more than 30-40mins from all the main attractions the island has to offer.
• Linda (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - immer wieder gerne! - Einfach nur toll! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Appartment war super modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Wenn man möchte, darf man sich an selbstangebauten Obst und Gemüse bedienen. Der Pool mit Blick aufs Meer, herrlich! Frische Milch, Orangensaft, Wasser, Brot und Kaffeekapseln waren als "Begrüßungsgeschenk" bereits im Appartment vorhanden. Wasser und Kaffeekapseln wurden jeden Tag neu aufgefüllt. Ein Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Gemüse- und Früchtegarten - Sehr saubere und gemütliche Unterkunft mit grosszügigen Räumen - Obwohl kein Frühstück inklusive ist, haben wir bei Ankunft Wasser, Milch & Oragensaft erhalten - Kostenloser Parkplatz - persönlicher Empfang - zuckersüsser Hofhund :-) - ohne Auto ist die Unterkunft wohl weniger geeignet, da sie sich ausserhalb von Ponta Delgada befindet
• Maria (10/5): Our stay was very pleasant! - The villa was very clean inside. The grounds are beautiful, peaceful and well taken care. We had our morning coffee outside every day of our stay. There is a fresh fruit & vegetable garden that we took advantage of. It was not pool weather, but it was still nice to sit out and enjoy a book during our trips downtime. Housekeeping was wonderful, and staff were extremely helpful with recommendations and answering any questions we had. There is not a single thing we didn’t like.

• Rosanne (9/5): Beautiful modern apartments with great facilities - Beautiful place, new and modern, very well cleaned (every day). Not too far from Ponta Delgada and easy to go to other places on the island. The apartment has the best bed we ever slept in and the shower is fantastic. The garden is beautiful and you can take any fruits or vegetables you like. We got some bread and some pastries which was a very warm welcome. Paulo is an amazing host and very helpful. The property dog Vinnie is the cutest! The apartments are connected to each other so it’s a little noisy when the neighbors shower for example. We also missed some basics in the kitchen like pepper, salt and olive oil. The only other thing we can think of is that it was a pity that the pool was not heated. We were here end of April and the water was freezing cold. But those are minor details.
