• Gabriela (7/5): Schöne Wohnung, aber laut! - Sie war sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Bett war bequem! Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel waren nah, was ein Vorteil war! Die Wohnung ging nach vorne raus auf die Straße und das war wie auf dem mittleren Ring inkl. Straßenbahn (die auch bei jedem Abfahren laut bimmelt)! Es gibt wohl noch eine Wohnung nach hinten raus, die wäre sicherlich leiser! Außerdem könnte vor allem das Bad eine Grundreinigung vertragen (schwarze Fugen in der Dusche u.ä.)!

• Paul (8/5): Fully Equipped Flat. Excellent Location - The Host, David was exceptionally helpful in placing a spare extra bed for us at no extra cost. The flat is well laid out, effectively all in one room, with a lovely homely feel to it, where the host has left countless books for guests to enjoy. Every conceivable item for guests needs was provided. cooking pots, pans, cuttlery, beer and wine glasses, a decent combi oven, fridge and freezer, and all were spotlessly clean. Nothing to want. Lovely superb comfortable extra large double bed. Very close to an excellent huge supermarket up the road and laundry for drying clothes at a very cheap cost (we used the Flats washing machine and the laundry for drying). A few minutes walk to the nearest Metro for All sites, which is very easy to understand. The host uses WhatsApp to maintain contact which is faster than through booking.com The hosts directions to the flat could have been clearer. The person meeting us at the flat, although a very nice person, did not speak English, so communication to understand the facilities were non existent until we managed to reach the host via WhatsApp. Smoke alarm was not working and the host said the unit was defective when he came in to test it for us, to replace it. The refuse in the flat needs a better system of removal, as it stood was supposed to be cleared every other day, but for people on holiday, making food and buying drinks, it needs daily removal by the cleaner. It was not removed for 3 days at one point by mistake, which forced us to inform the host it was over full from the bin by a huge margin. The shower base needs a simple plinth installed to stop the water flowing into the bathroom floor, where we had to use a large towel rolled up to restrict the water ingress to the bathroom. One evening, late, the host messaged us that the following morning, window cleaners were coming in with him. We politely refused that from happening. Simple routes to areas like the very large supermarket, laundry, etc, would go along way to helping guests, as would clear instructions on how to work the washing machine, TV and dishwasher, since the person showing the flat could not speak English. The flat is located above tram runs, and as light sleepers we used ear buds and the flat fan on full to remove the noise, which was fine.

• Kazimierz (10/5): The bourgeois atmosphere of a beautiful city in its quiet and beautiful location - The apartment is perfectly located for public transportation, allowing you to reach Brussels' most important tourist attractions (Grand Place, Royal Palace, and the Atomium). Its furnishings are as described. Minimalist, yet functional in terms of practicality. A large, comfortable bed allows you to survive the chilly nights and mornings. The landlord's empathetic attitude deserves special mention, especially his kindness and understanding of the tenants' needs. The kitchen could be equipped with large knives, as well as coffee and tea cups. The bar stools are uncomfortable and look more like a bar than a cozy apartment (unless you're talking about the hidden meaning of Molière's novels) 😊
• Sonal (9/5): It was a really pleasant stay. One of the great stays in Europe so far considering the spaciousness - There was no breakfast. The location was not absolutely central but tram stops were at a walking distance. The property was spacious with everything provided thoughtfully. For example, washing machine was provided and so were the pods, same with dishwasher. Even the kitchen utensils was thoughtfully provided, like grater. Only one thing was that I requested a cot for my baby at the time of booking but was told on arrival that they all have been given to others with family. I thought as I made the booking quite in advance, I should have received it but nevertheless we just moved the couch around a bit to make it next to me crib.

Расположение неплохое: тихий и чистый район, старинные дома, рядом круглосуточный магазин, который закрывается в 11 вечера. Удобная кровать, много посуды и хорошая стиральная машина. Удобный диван с кучей подушек перед телевизором. Приятный и отзывчивый хозяин. Мы были в квартире в марте, было очень сыро и холодно, т.к. квартира не имеет достаточного отопления, а установленный обогреватель в углу комнаты не справляется с поддержанием тепла: полы холодные, постиранные вещи не высыхают, а во время дождя окна протекают и вода скапливается на полу большой лужей, фото прилагаю. Только вертикальный душ, отсутствует ручка душа, что неудобно. Водонагревательный бойлер не самого большого объема. Двери душа пропускают воду и на полу после каждого мытья остается огромная лужа в ванной комнате. Мы один раз запустили микроволновку и из нее стали доноситься ужасные запахи, больше мы ей не пользовались. Также советую хозяину изобрести более оптимальный способ заселения, например бесконтактный, так как было не очень удобно получать ключи, в связи с изменением времени прилета в Брюссель.

• Bianca (10/5): Great choice to stay in Brussels - First of all, David is a wonderful host. He has been most helpful providing all the necessary information and much more. The communication was surely beyond expectations. The flat is small, but very cosy. It is situated in a nice and safe area. The bed is very very confortable, we slept like babies. Nearby you can find some supermarkets, pastry shops (I recommed Brood Bloulangerie, very friendly staff, delicious products) and a tram station is situated right next to the building plus a couple very near. Really, it was a wonderful choice to stay in Brusssel. I truly recommand it. Nothing to dislike

Appartment temperature was a bit chilly when entered at first but the heating worked properly after being turned on. One of the neigboor played a bit music very loud in the morning.

As a tourist, I felt it was great to navigate for our needs from Flat Moliere; blending some home comfort with city proximity, which is a lovely mix. The concierge and caretaker/cleaner were also super helpful, friendly and polite, which was a cherry on top!

• Laura (9/5): wir waren begeistert - Es hat alles problemlos geklappt. Wir haben sogar 1 Tag verlängert. Wir haben noch ein extra Bett und eine extra Stuhl gestellt bekommen und die Kommunikation war super. Würde es immer wieder buchen. der eine Sessel und das Sofa waren etwas dreckig und der Abfluss im Bad hat nicht besonders gut gerochen.

• paola (10/5): Nice conviniently located flat in Brussels - It was in a convenient location, easily accessible by tram with local shops and restaurants practically on the door step. The flat is well furnished, clean and comfortable, we asked for an extra bed and one was provided. There is someone to welcome you on arrival which was great as we arrived late in the evening. There was complimentary water, hand wash , dish soap, washing powder and all the little bits that you would immediately require but not necessarily have with you. The owner was on holiday but was really courteous , frequently checking to make sure we were alright. TV, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, bedding, towels all provided and all food delivery companies service the area so you can order in if you like. Don’t forget to bring your electrical socket adapters as all outlets are EU two prong types. Nothing, we spent 1 week at the property and it suited us perfectly. No issues

Tram ride to and from city centre was convenient. Several grocery and restaurants nearby. David was a helpful and responsive host. Parking a mid size car took a strong nerve due to narrow parking ramp to garage!

Have a tram station right at the doorstep of the building. Metro berkendaal and vanderkindera less than 400 mts from here. Everything good, nothing to point out ❤️

There is a few supermarkets around, decent dining options and a superb bakery just behind corner. Dishwasher and washing machine capsules were provided, kitchen included basics like some tea, oil, salt... We would welcome fresh towels (ours were smelling funny) and the bedding had similar odour. Trash can in the bathroom was already half full when we arrived... But overal cleanliness was rather good

• Barry (10/5): - My family and I had a wonderful stay! Easy to get to using public transit, and then it was easy to get anywhere we wanted to go. There's a grocery store within walking distance which was great. The apartment has everything you might need during your stay. It was perfect having a full kitchen so we could cook for our 8 month old who can't really eat at restaurants. This was the perfect place for us to stay and explore Brussels.

• Alexandra (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft in guter Nähe der Innenstadt - Sehr stylish eingerichtet; alles Wichtige vorhanden; freundliche Betreuung. Wir hatten die Wohnung im 5. Stock mit Blick in einen weitläufigen Innenhof mit Bäumen, Gärten und vor allem: Ruhe. Bad und WC getrennt. Sogar eine Waschmaschine war vorhanden. Die Umgebung ist etwas gehobener. Trams sind gut erreichbar und fahren in engem Takt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hätten zwei Bettdecken bevorzugt, aber das ist eben schon sehr französisch in Brüssel.

Communication with David was excellent. He arranged for a driver to meet us at the airport and allowed us to enter the apartment earlier than planned, as we had an earlier flight. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.

• Rohini (4/5): Not What Was Expected - This appartment has a lot of good reviews, I was expecting a good stay. Upon arrival we were met by an elderly gentleman who does not speak English and seemed to be in a hurry to leave. I will start with the pros. The unit has nice floor to ceiling windows, a kitchen and a washer. The manager, David, was easy to communicate with and very attentive. Cons: The kitchen has no light and the bathroom is small. There is no counterspace in the bathroom but a dresser outside the door helped. There is no dryer but a drying rack is available. We were there for three nights, we did a laundry on the first night, it did not dry until the last night. There was no heat in the unit until the last night and the towel dryer in the bathroom did not worked until the last day. The bedding looked like it was not changed after the previous user. Both pillows had what appeared to be drool spots. We did not noticed it until 13:00, thats when we went to bed. It was a very unplesant night. Also, the pillows are literally, very flat. The couch was dirty. I did not want to sit on it. I covered it with a towel. However, only two bath and two hand towels were provided. The throw rug, foot rests and cushions on the couch are very dated. Plus, they are nothing but dust collector because of the fabric type. We were comfortable during our last night, we had heat and clean sheets. Fyi, the neighborhood restaurants are closed between lunch and dinner.

• Isabelle (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und erholsam, komme gerne wieder! - Der Gastgeber David war jederzeit sehr freundlich, er kam sogar extra früher um mich in die Wohnung zu lassen, da ich früher als erwartet ankam. Ich habe mich direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Schon beim betreten der Wohnung war ich begeistert und habe mich direkt wohlgefühlt - Ich komme gerne nochmal. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Einrichtung war auch sehr geschmackvoll ausgewählt. Das Bett und die Kopfkissen waren super gemütlich. Auch die Küche, hatte alles was man brauchte. Die Lage und die Nachbarschaft war für mich perfekt. Sogar Abends habe ich mich in der Gegend sehr sicher gefühlt.

• Vitaliy (10/5): A wonderful place to stay while visiting Brussels and its surrounding towns. - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless, cozy, warm and very comfortable. The location is perfect – right in Brussels, close to public transport and only about 5 minutes by tram from the train station. Everything we needed was nearby. The owner was very kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. We’d happily stay here again! Nothing, Everything was as we expected ☺️

• Carlos (6/5): Pudo ser mejor a veces los detalles cuentan. - La ubicación, facilidad para llegar a todos los sitios. La cama, tenía un problema de lámina/ muelles que al moverse uno en la cama crujía por lo que despertaba. Según opiniones este problema ya se reportó en el 2024. 3 bombillas, no funcionaban. Una de las cortinas iba a ser repuesta, pero al final de los 10 días estancia eso no se hizo. Las dos almohadas, eran pésimas, tuvimos que compras unas para pasar los días. En fin puntos a mejorar.

The location is excellent, in a quiet residential area but still very close to the tram, making it easy to get around Brussels. A real highlight is the amazing bakery Brood just around the corner, perfect for fresh pastries in the morning. Highly recommended! -

Gute Lage direkt an der Tram aber trotzdem nach hinten ruhig gelegen. Gute Ausstattung und sehr netter Gastgeber. Stadtteil sehr angenehm, Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Möglichkeit Parkplatz zu mieten. (Allerdings eher für Kleinwagen geeignet)

Well-equipped, with all modern amenities, nothing to complain about. More than just an ideally located place in a great neighborhood with excellent access to all amenities, it's a pleasure to be there. I would have happily stayed ;-) I highly recommend it. In addition, the little touches —a bottle of fresh water, a few coffee capsules, and a base of condiments— show the extra pleasure to share a way of making at ease, and the importance of conveying the idea of ​​also sharing something pleasant. • Gabriel (10/5): O vacanță placuta impreuna cu familia. - Spatios, curat. A fost o experienta placuta. Parcare tip garaj, acoperit. Apartamentul este situat intr o zona placuta si sigura. Exista in Brussel si alte zone destul de nesigure. In schimb, acest apartment este situat intr-o sigura. Access cu lift Nu pot apune ca este ceva ce nu mi-a placut. Prima seara n a fost disponibil locul de parcare dar multumita domnului de la parter: dl Rossel, m a ajutat si am gasit un loc de parcare in garaj.
• Nascimento (10/5): Uma ótima opção de lugar em Bruxelas. - David super atencioso. O Flat entregou tudo que prometeu. Espaçoso, limpo, bem localizado! Testamos muito o transporte público e funcionou super bem! Mesmo com malas, uma criança e um carrinho não passamos aperto! A comunicação funcionou super bem, ao chegarmos fomos recebidos pontualmente com tudo em perfeito estado. Otima localização, facil acesso ao metrô, tanto para ir ao centro quanto para acessar as estações que nos levaram para outras cidades da Bélgica. Próximo do Carrefour express e um centro com opções de comer e beber - Com bares mais sofisticados e outros mais tradicionais (optamos por beber no mais tradicional, bebemos muito e pagamos pouco :) Viajamos com nosso filho de 2 anos, então optamos em aproveitar bastante o dia e ficar no flat a noite. A acomodação atendeu super bem a nós 3 sendo super prática e funcional. Optamos algumas vezes em cozinhar por conta do pequeno e também super prática para pedir comida por delivery.

• María Isabel (9/5): Estancia agradable 4 días en Bruselas. - Yo estuve en el piso quinto que no es el de las fotos de booking pero también está muy bien . En este la cocina está a parte y el wc. Cómodo y completo de cosas. Tranvía para el centro en la puerta. Admiten mascotas.

L’emplacement est idéal, avec le tram tout proche pour rejoindre facilement le centre-ville. Un grand merci à David et à Rossele, tous deux disponibles, d’une grande gentillesse et très serviables. • ALBERTO (8/5): - El propietario fue amable, y la ubicación bien para llegar al centro relativamente rápido con el metro cerca. Las fotos no corresponden con el alojamiento, debe ser de otro parecido, aún estando bien, las fotos no corresponden.
• Piefje (10/5): - Het appartement is perfect gelegen, op een rustige locatie, met een tramhalte voor de deur. Het appartement is ook voor een langer verblijf goed toegerust. David is de perfecte gastheer, hij communiceert duidelijk en is zeer behulpzaam. Het betreft een gemoderniseerd oud pand, dus enige gehorigheid is onoverkomelijk. Voor ons was het geen probleem.
• Marc (10/5): - L'apartament està molt net i ordenat. Està a uns 15-20 min del centre amb metro que és molt accessible. El barri és molt tranquil i residencial.
