Die Bedienung des Fernsehers via Receiver und Fernbedienung ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig; hier wäre eine schriftliche Anleitung hilfreich.

- Markus (10/5): Top Maisonette-Wohnung in zentraler und trotzdem ruhiger Lage. - Eine blitzblanke, gemütliche Wohnung. Interessante, praktische Raumeinteilung. Geräumige Kästen, zwei superschöne Badezimmer, gemeinsames gediegenes Entrée mit anderen Ferienwohnungen, wo Aktivitäten aller Art aushingen, viele Prospekte auflagen, allgemeine Lektüre angeboten wurde. Küche aufs Beste ausgestattet, zudem Minibar mit sehr moderaten Preisen. Äusserst freundliche und individuelle Betreuung durch das Park-Appartments-Team. -
- Sandra (5/5): Lage top - Grosses Appartement mit 2 Zimmer. Frühstück haben wir zwar gebucht, doch der Kühlschrank war leer. Sehr enttäuschend da über die Feiertage das Einkaufen schwierig war. Niemand vom Personal war anwesend zum Ein- und Auschecken. Gebühr fürs Parkieren und Kurtaxe wurden einfach auf dem Tisch deponiert (setzt Bargeld voraus...)

- Tamara (1/5): Enttäuschend, zu warm, schlechtes Frühstück - Es war sauber und das Appartement groß sowie gemütliche Betten. Wir kamen an einem sehr heißen Tag. Da das Gebäude nicht wirklich gut isoliert ist, baut sich in den Innenräumen sehr schnell Wärme auf. Im Appartement gibt es zwar unten eine Klimaanlage, die aber für das zweite Schlafzimmer im obere. Stockwerk nichts bringt. Somit war das zweite Schlafzimmer nicht zu benutzen. Denn selbst das Öffnen der Fenster brachte keine Abkühlung. die Nacht war entsprechend kurz und anstrengend, da wir eine 5-köpfige Familie sind. Wir erwarteten ein Entgegenkommen beim Preis, denn die Leistung für das gebuchte Appartement mit zwei Schlafzimmern wurde schlichtweg nicht erbracht (locker 30 Grad im oberen Schlafzimmer). Das inkludierte Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung : kleiner günstiger Einkauf bei Netto mit Produkten, die wir uns nie ausgesucht hätten. Im Grunde alles leere Kalorien und noch nicht mal besonders lecker. Der Parkplatz kostet extra und das Spielzimmer wurde nicht erwähnt. Haben wir zufällig bei Abreise entdeckt. Sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt - vor allem bei diesem Preis.

- Cassia (10/5): - This place was perfect. Very central so we were able to enjoy the Baden area of Germany plus the Alsace area of France. All the towns are within an hour and a half drive so if you're wanting to see it all, without the expense of the France pricing, then this is your place. Check-in was quite easy and the apartment is fully furnished with whatever you may need, including a kitchen with dishes and cooking ware. Everything was quite clean. The wifi was good enough, even to work a bit. I liked that halfway during our week long stay we came home to a basket with fresh towels, toilet paper, and kitchen towels. The small town that it's located in is quiet and pretty. I was able to walk with my dog later in the evening in the dark and still felt very safe. Just out back across the road is a park with a nice walking trail. I recommend reserving parking whether it's in the lot or a garage if you prefer. There is a washer in the basement that you can use to do your laundry, just no dryer. I would definitely stay here again. The furniture, although clean, is a bit older. Also, I wish I didn't have to empty my own trash and recycling. I would've had to do this at home so it's not a deal killer.

Hele mooie accommodatie heel netjes midden in het dorp Er is geen receptie je belt aan bij voordeur en krijgt dan de info. Ja ben gewend om toch persoonlijk contact bij aankomst dat is even wennen .

Очень приятная и отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда готовая ответить на вопросы. Отличное расположение — всего 3 минуты пешком до знаменитых терм. Удобная парковка, идеальная чистота. Просторно, всё новое, есть лифт. Мы остались очень довольны и надеемся когда-нибудь вернуться.Хозяйка говорит на трёх языках, в том числе на русском, что немаловажно при отсутствии немецкого. Огромное спасибо Олесе и её коллективу. Такого не было
- Ingrid (5/5): Für zwei Nächte passabel. - Großer Balkon, gute Lage, kostenplfichtiger Parkplatz (der allerdings ohne genaue Wegbeschreibung nicht zu finden ist). Schon bei der Buchung über Booking.com kam es zu Ungereimtheiten. Zuerst kam die Nachricht, das von uns gebuchte Apartment sei leider belegt bzw. es sei zu einer Doppelbuchung gekommen. Man würde uns stattdessen das neu renovierte Superior Apartment mit Klimaanlage zum gleichen Preis anbieten. Kurz darauf kam eine weitere Nachricht, dass die vorherige Email gegenstandslos sei. Nun wurde uns das Superior Apartment mit Bergblick angeboten (Zimmer No. 12). Das Apartment ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, d.h. die alte Constructa Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht richtig, der 4-Plattenherd war unansehlich, ebenso der WC-Sitz. Hier müsste einiges erneuert werden. Das Frühstück zu € 15,00 pro Person kann man sich sparen. Es bestand aus Aufbackbrötchen und Toast, Salami, Geflügelwurst, Brotaufstrich (Antipasti Creme), Erdbeerkonfitüre, Käse, O-Saft, 4 dicke Tomaten. Es gab auch einen Obstkorb mit Äpfeln und Bananen. Alle Produkte im Netto erhältlich. Wir haben uns daher entschlossen, am zweiten Tag bei Kaisers zu frühstücken - gleicher Preis, vielfältige Auswahl, sogar mit Ei :) Beim Check-In war eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort. An den restlichen beiden Tagen haben wir niemanden mehr gesehen. Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn für Fragen ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort wäre.

- Martin (8/5): Sehr gute Lage großzügiges Zimmer - Frühstück wurde für uns eingekauft, dabei wurde auf unsere Wünsche Rücksicht genommen. Sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum. Die Ausstattung war ordentlich. Wäsche (Handtücher) wird auch bei längerem Aufenthalt ausgetauscht.

Accueil pas très sympa, pas de contact direct à l'arrivée. Pas d'informations concernant le parking, dans le frigo de l'eau, de la bière mais payant ! Normalement pour l'appartement "de luxe" il n'y avait pas de lit comme mentionné ! Ni de dvd et autres choses mentionnées !

The matrassen were below standard. You could feel the individual springs. The sofa was not particularly comfortable but ok.

- William (10/5): Quiet stay in a large apartment - Quiet stay in a nice, large 1 bedroom apartment - right in town. Check in and out was quick and easy with Tetiana. We were a few minutes late when arriving and Tetiana waited for us and showed us around (to our room, parking area). The apartment was perfect and even had a fan (which is nice, as most places in Badenweiler don't have air conditioning). Would highly recommend staying here and will do so next time we visit.
