• Mark (10/5): Tremendous Hotel - Evening front desk employee was welcoming and friendly! Room was excellent and the accommodations in the room, full kitchen, separate, bedroom and living area was very nice and super clean. Area had plenty of restaurants within a short distance which was also nice! Only a few minor issues. The plunger for the restroom sink was broke so we had to use a knife to pull it up to drain the water. Also, there was alot of dog poop out front by the entry road in front of the hotel. Shouldn't really be the hotel grounds keepers responsibility to maintain, but it doesn't make the grounds look nearly as nice either.

When I got there I was told at the hotel that I will been getting a room with a king bed. I paid for 2 queen beds. My family had to sleep on a sofa. I would like to talk to a manager about what happen with my rooms. I paid for room where everyone was suppose to sleep in a real bed. Please call are email me about the matter. I was given the wrong rooms. The hotel would not change the rooms. I tried to call booking.com 2 times. The first time they said they would send the hotel a message that I was suppose to have the double queen beds in each room. Booking customer service rep also said they will call the hotel. Bookings rep said she could not reach antone in the hotel. I was standing right there when the booking rep said she was calling. The phone never rang. The 2nd tome booking rep called she put me on hold to call the hotel then the phone hung up. I was stuck in the incorrect rooms for days.

• Derrek (10/5): The trip was short for a family Christmas, but it was definitely worth it!! We LOVED everything about this!!! - Everything! It was beautiful! Great stay! Absolute no complaints!! Everything was PERFECT.
• Kendric (3/5): Would Not Recommend. - Upon arrival, the gentlemen at the front desk were nice and the breakfast was good on Saturday. Also, the shower pressure was good and the ac wall unit was easy to control. The business area had very good ambiance for working and it had a nice fireplace. I was able to get a lot of work done on Saturday night. The gym was a nice size! On Saturday, the breakfast was good. The oatmeal was hot and the bacon was good however, on Sunday breakfast was not so good! The oatmeal was cold and the sausage that was served was cold. I had to keep asking for towels and washcloths because every set that we received had hair on it. Lastly, I felt like I was rushed by housekeeping because they knocked on the door at 8am and said, oh I'm checking to see if you all are still here. Then later on as we were going to get breakfast housekeeping asked were we leaving. I was getting a little aggravated at that time.

We originally had a reservation at the nearby Courtyard Marriott but left after just one night due to its rundown condition and lackluster management. Thankfully, the Residence Inn welcomed us with open arms—earlier than our original booking—and completely turned our trip around. From the moment we pulled into the beautifully landscaped, tucked-away property, we felt at ease. The location is peaceful, private, and well cared for. Inside, we were greeted by a delightful tray of strawberry shortcake cookies and genuinely kind staff. Not once have we encountered an unfriendly face—everyone has been warm and accommodating. A special shoutout to Miss Bree, who went above and beyond for my two daughters and me. After missing breakfast by just a few minutes, she kindly reopened the doors and offered us yogurt and cereal with a smile. Her kindness truly set the tone for our stay—she’s a breath of fresh air! Our spacious suite has been perfect for our family of four. The beds are incredibly plush, inviting, and immaculately clean—a dream to sink into at the end of the day. The linens and towels are high-quality and fresh, and everything about the room layout is thoughtful and comfortable. To our delight, the outdoor pool is heated, which has been a huge hit with the kids. The entire property feels safe, clean, and even smells great—a detail that makes such a difference. We also had the pleasure of meeting Jeremy at the front desk, who greeted us with a big smile and such warmth. When I asked for some extra linens, he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed right away. • TVtravel030 (6/5): Pretty Good. Just Clean the Kitchn - I actually stayed here two times in a row as I had two business trips at two different times relatively close apart from each other. This review is for both stays because I have the same likes and dislikes of the property and rooms for each trip. Overall it wasn't a bad stay. The front desk people are really nice and inviting which is a good sign when checking in. I had a room request that they couldn't fulfill but were apologetic about it and tried to accommodate me the best they could. As far as Residence Inns go, this one was pretty much like the rest except this had more updates than maybe some of the older ones. The first trip I had more of a studio room and the second trip was a room with the bedroom separate from the living space and kitchen. One thing that is super important to me is that it's quiet and can get a good nights sleep because these were business trips and needed to feel refreshed in the morning. Oh! My request was that I was on the top floor as to not hear people above me since people tend to have elephant feet and stomp around. Being on the top floor eliminates that headache. I've stayed at other properties where it's really bad. During the stays I think it was fine. Maybe some here and there but not awful. The room. This is where I have some issues. Although spacious and really like having a kitchen to make my own breakfast in, I found BOTH kitchens in two separate rooms a little not so clean. In one room I felt that the counters and glassware as well as utensils felt kind of sticky where I had to wash them to use them. the kitchen felt like it was an after thought to take care of. I think this was a major disappointment to me since I use it. If I didn't, I probably wouldn't care as much. On my second stay, the room had a table in the kitchen. Great! Except it was so old and worn down that I didn't understand why it was still there. And yes, it also felt a little uncleaned as well. One thing I never understood too is that they had limited housekeeping which is fine but the day they cleaned the room, they never emptied the trash can in the kitchen. I was there for 5 nights and I think housekeeping was 2 days before departure. Overall maybe housekeeping can do a little better job with wiping surfaces down and sanitizing them. BUT I do like a big room and take away the kitchen issues, it would have been a more comfortable experience. The location is really good if you have to be in the area. You're surrounded by restaurants and such including a Dave and Busters not too far if you're with kids. My only other complaint is the breakfast. I have this with all the Residence Inns so this isn't something out of the ordinary for me. Since I make my own breakfast, I never have it downstairs. I do take a look and notice just how unhealthy everything is. There wasn't one thing that I saw that would give me the feeling of a healthy breakfast. Except maybe a banana. Even the cut up fruit looked like it came from a can and sitting in syrup. And this isn't the hotels fault but wish Marriott would choose better suppliers for stuff like oatmeal and peanut butter because the brands they use are the junk brands with a lot of unnecessary ingredients. I also wish they had breakfast potatoes which I never understand why none of them do. Would I stay here again if I were in the area. Most likely yes. I do think in an area filled with other lodging options, this may be the best. I don't know how far it was to Atlanta from here but this was considered outside of the city which it's really not. It is close to ATL which is great. It was a quiet stay and that goes a long way with me. That and great customer service which this property had.

From the people at the front desk to the kitchen and housekeeping, the staff is exemplary! They are so friendly and helpful, more than we've ever encountered at any other Marriott property. This staff does Marriott justice and they are lucky to have them. Also I must mention how clean and inviting this Residents Inn is. The amenities are awesome, from the pool, outdoor seating, and a small basketball court. Every aspect of this property was outstanding. • 618pw (4/5): EV Charger and Toilet didn’t work - Hello. My wife and I stayed at your location on Friday, January 31st. It was certainly a mixture of good and bad, which is disappointing. I’ve been a Marriott member for years and have had almost always good experiences. Upon arrival, I discovered that the EV charging stations were inoperable. Aeron at the front desk was apologetic, but said they were broken and the new ones on the other side of the building weren’t ready yet. We went to our room and settled in, but the toilet wouldn’t flush. Aeron asked a lady to try to plunge it but she was unsuccessful. She was a very sweet lady but she recommended that we switch rooms. Aeron facilitated this. The room was good, but there was some mould in the shower and it dripped onto the steel drain plate periodically all night making a ding sound. The breakfast was good, but not up to the standard that I usually get at a Residence Inn in terms of variety. I booked the stay with points and spent a little more thinking it was worth it to have an EV charging station and to have a better breakfast. Apparently, I should have just booked the cheapest Marriott option.

• Explorer67784165587 (2/5): BANK ACCOUNT DRAINED - Stayed here from 10 May 2024 - 18 Aug 2024 due to a burst pipe under my foundation. No one ever said anything about putting a card on file until 16 Aug 2024. This is also around the time I was first told of the $20 per day fee for incidentals that I would get back once checked out. On the 16 Aug, I was approached about putting a card on file, and totally forgot to bring my card back. I was called a couple of times before i answered my phone (not recognizing the number and working) and it was the clerk emphasizing that I needed to put a card on file. I stated I would do that soon as I got off. I got to the front desk approx 1130p and was told to enter my card in the POS system. The clerk assured me that I didn't have any incidentals. I went to sleep, woke up and checked my account to make sure I was paid from last night's work and realized all my money was gone except $90. I got dressed for a catering job i had approx 2 hours from here and went to the front desk to see what happened. This is the 17th Aug. The clerk then told me about the $20 per day fee for incidentals. Since I had been there since May 10th that's the reason my account was drained to $90. Anyway, I had to get to where I was going for the catering job and $90 was good enough. I went directly to the gas station to get $40 worth of gas and that was DECLINED. I checked my account again and the hotel took everything except for $4.44. Here's where the problem started. I couldn't get to the catering job where the customer paid me half which I used for the food/drinks etc..then i had to cancel on their event day!!! Now they have filed a complaint with the PD saying they were SCAMMED. However I sent pics of my bank account showing them where ALL the money I had was taken and I actually could not afford gas to get there. THIS WAS SO EMBARRASSING AND BAD BUSINESS PERIOD!!! I went by the hotel and spoke with the manager, Mrs Anita something like that, where, she went from damages due to cats that the previous guest had to the room smelling like faboluso and urine. Even though, the manager stated that someone came in behind me to clean up. I cleaned everything except the windows and HAVE VIDEOS OF HOW I LEFT THE ROOM. No damages on my behalf! I cleaned the room up better than it was when i got there! I have videos in my phone that are too large to send through email. I got all the interactions of speaking with the clerks and the manager from this morning. My insurance paid for pet fees. Therefore, anything from the pet, that are not damages would be covered!!!! But the room was left cleaned by my Pet Rug Doctor Pro and my Shark Stratos Pro animal vacuum. I also have the video where the manager stated the room smells like urine and faboloso. Why don't I have any money added back to my account by now????? This is the third day of me not having enough money to get gas, food, etc for my daughter, me, and my dogs. I'm most definitely not stopping here.

They made me and my daughters stay there very comfortable. Aeron always had a smile on his face, and greeted ( me, us) every time, helped with our needs and went above and beyond. Ms. Shoshana helped me tremendously with kerping me in the same room every time that needed to extend my stay. When s water pipe busted she quickly took care of it and transferred me to another room. • Excursion19914680383 (2/5): Poor service - When have been staying here 1 time a year for 3 years now. We are here visiting family and my father uses his many Marriott points for the week. We arrived on Saturday July 20th. We found dirty washcloths in the corner by the bed. No soap at all to wash your hands. No kitchen towels and 1 decaffeinated coffee. It is now Thursday July 25th and they have yet to clean our room. We have gad to go to the front desk to get towels, toilet paper. Etc.

• Quanicka (8/5): Hiccup but Great Stay - I stay at this hotel everytime I'm in the area and for the most part the service is Impactable this time the only hiccup which was major for my famiky since I was traveling with my elderly sick parents and triplet grandchildren was we were told we could check in at 830am but on arrival one suite wasnt available until 11am and the other suite wasnt ready until 5pm when regular check in is at 3pm at check out i requested a late check out for the inconvenience and one of the front desk associates Intervene with myself and the managers conversation with her opion her input that wasnt necessary nor factual. I will say this Ms. Brianna who works in thw kitchen is always a jem and will always receive tips and blessings feom my family each and every visit her hospitality is remarkable as well as Ms. Andrea and Ms. Chanell.

• X8860DElisai (10/5): Weary travelers' respite - We stayed twice on our trip back and forth north to south March 2nd and March 17th. Both times Aaron checked us in. Aaron was a welcome sight after an exhausting day of driving - kind, professional, and such a happy demeanor. All service industry staff should be exceptional like this. Our rooms were quiet, clean, and well designed. Beds very comfortable. Room views are beautiful at the back by the forest. Breakfast service has nice variety. Lots of restaurants conveniently located nearby. Would definitely stay again.
• Culture32701176910 (4/5): Would not stay here again. - Would not stay here again. Lobby was pleasant and front staff was friendly, but room needed some attention. There were candy wrappers in the pull out bed and mattress cover was dirty. Wallpaper was pealing and shower had mildew. Top of refrigerator had crumbs all over it. Overall the room felt dirty. Glad we had plans to stay only one night.

• bobsU1479IG (8/5): Good Location Just South Of Atlanta - A solid Marriott Residence Inn south of Atlanta. Good service and a nice facility close to many restaurants and retail areas. Our room was clean and well maintained but we didn't have some glasses but the front desk delivered some immediately. A friendly lobby area and the breakfast was typical Marriott - good but not great. I have stayed here before and would stay again.

• GENEVA (10/5): - The only concern I have is to say patrons with dogs whether disabled or not all dogs should be required to have a muzzle on before entering the hotel and roaming around the premises for the protection of other paying patrons. The nuances of these animals barking viciously and snapping at other patrons in the lobby’s and elevators is is a nuisance and scary.

• 715charlis (4/5): Unclean, thin blankets, was too cold or too hot - The sheets in the pullout couch were not washed, it looked like there were bug droppings in it. No blanket, just a top sheet. The room got uncomfortably cold at 72 degrees and then too hot when we turned it off. Again no extra blanket. The master bed had a very thin comforter and we slept with pillows on us to be warm. It just seemed short staffed and unclean.
