- Garcia (1/5): Horrible - Price was ok but not for the risk Bad neighbor, roaches everywhere. I paid for 2 nights and only stayed 1 because of the filth.
- Tiffany (4/5): Did the job for somewhere to stay but pictures are very deceiving it's more of a motel. - A ton of homeless people right outside the hotel. Room wasn't really clean- hair left all in the shower. Had a smell to the hotel as soon as you hit the stairwell.

- Briana (7/5): Definitely wasn’t worth $540 for a week! - It was spacious and they allowed me to check in early. My room didn’t have a tub. I booked a smoking room and was given a non smoking room. Doordash dropped my food at the office. The soda machine only takes cash or coins. Its two dollars to wash and dry, plus washer and dryer small. There is no breakfast

My daughter help me bring my belongings in the room she then left right after helping places my thing in the room me and my husband return to the room with out my daughter the next morning when I enter the office I was told I wasn’t able to continue my stay unless one of the men staff entered the room with only me and him in the room to so call check the room for other people I didn’t feel comfortable with the staff telling me that the only way I can stay so I just decided to cancel my reservation I was also told I would not get my money back I stayed one night under a different reservation

- ahmed (2/5): - I wouldn’t really recommend. The staff are kind of aggressive and unfriendly. The room is also not as advertised; it’s a bit small and the bathroom mirror doesn’t light up. There’s also no hot water by the way. It is clean, however, so if you badly need to stay somewhere go for it just keep in mind you’ll have a cold shower and maybe an odd encounter with staff no matter your normal experience is at hotels. There are cheaper, nicer options so I’d give another look before staying at this hotel. I wish you well!

Doesn’t look like a chain motel Smoke alarm was on night stand and not in ceiling plugged in , king size bed with only two pillows One of two lamps the bulb was burned out. Small pack of shampoo not enough for two people. Ice machine broken Coke machine broken Room had many repaired holes that weren’t painted.

The walls had stains/markings near the bathroom and the bedding cover had a few burnt holes in it. I honestly just didn’t feel comfortable so we left at 3am and just went back home.
- Verified traveler (8/5): THE ROOM IS Great! - Front desk when I arrived noone but their was a signed return in 5 minutres waited 20 minutes.The fromt door to the Hotel was looking bad peeling and need painting and smelled of cigarettes etc in the surroundings area..Shock, the room is spacious and Clean and bed was comfy. The bathroom and shower was clean no mold.The floor is cold no carpet but concrete tiles just okay..I recommend this hotel just need too paint those doors..

- Mea (2/5): - SOON AS I WALKED UP TO THE DOOR!!!! When I first walked up to the door it was so dirty I was hesitant about even touching the door. The covers were paper thin, I was constantly killing gnats and I was itching from something biting me and when I woke up thank god I had no food cause I woke up to roaches and the refrigerator was hot and microwave was just nasty. It was white people hair all over the floor and in the toilet to where I kept flushing the toilet hoping it would flush so I had to stand to just use the bathroom. NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOR WILL I RETURN

There was a stain on the pillow as if the sheet wasn’t clean, room smelled stale. Microwave was still greasy and smelled of beacon when trying to use it.

Theres filth literally coming down the walls, Hair in the shower, broken furniture, and an extremely foul order. I called 3 times before driving an hour in the after math of a tornado however, there were still issues with my reservation, that the manger could’ve cared less about. DO NOT BOOK HERE, THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS LESS THAT 5 MILES AWAY. DO NOT BOOK!!!

Plugs are burnt out, literally melted. The ceiling fan don’t work. Ac doesnt cool off the entire room only the side it sits on. Other guests hung outside until the wee hours. Drugs , prostitution & loud music.

- Najada (2/5): Horrible trip - When I first arrived there to check in the front desk lights was off and he was just sitting in the dark that caught me off guard , i couldn’t even stay there it was bugs and it smelled horrible like someone left something spoiled out , than when I was unpacking he walked in without knocking even tho I said there’s someone in here , when I went to the front to ask him why he came in there he said she was trying to close the doors but , he opened it so how was he trying to close the door. So I left right away and he didn’t want to give me my refund for the room !

Do not stay here. Not sure where the good reviews came from. Expedia was no help either. Never experienced anything like this.

They give you two towels and women use two towels, one for their hair and one for their body. The gentleman at the front desk either couldn't hear or doesn't speak English, come on, this is ridiculous. I don't know why I keep going back!!!

- Anonymous (6/5): Great price for a place only needed for 8 hours of sleep. - This hotel is cost efficient, so I was not expecting 5 stars. If you are from out of town it is near a good amount of Tik Tok famous attractions, like Seismique, Kamp Houston, Nomad, etc. It is a lot to do in the area on Westheimer. The bed was pretty comfortable. They also have Netflix instead of regular cable which is a huge plus in my book. The design is modern. Not a noisy environment. Tile floors and night stands were dirty with dried stains. It looked like some dried hair glue was on the comforter. Light bulb in the lamp was missing, but housekeeping provided one about 20 minutes after the request was made. That triggered me to notice all the dust on the lamps. Chair to the desk was also missing, at that point I just did not feel like bothering anyone, so we went without it. Bring some Lysol wipes for sure to clean. The ceiling fan was nice, because not many hotels have them, but it would lose power randomly around 3 a.m. and takes hours before it comes back on, if it comes back at on at all. Bathroom door looked as if someone beforehand tried to kick it in and there were noticeable cracks in wood. Big hole beside the sink area as if someone punched the wall.
