Esqueci o carregador no quarto, só consegui recuperar com muita insistência, depois de mais de 40 minutos na recepção pedindo que olhassem.

Recebi um email do private do Itaú mencionando as vantagens que teria na minha hospedagem no Fasano BH. Qual não foi a minha surpresa quando ao chegar na recepção fui informado que não teria direito aos benefícios pela razão de ter feito a reserva via booking. Para mim onde fazer a reserva não faria nenhuma diferença e não estava claro que a condição era onde fazer a reserva. O tratamento foi muito decepcionante. Nenhuma tentativa de melhorar a situação. Acabei ficando muito decepcionando. Menos por não receber um welcome drink e massagem , do que ter que ficar debatendo para conseguir um late check out. A experiência foi muito ruim. Vou reclamar também no private do Itaú.

Augusto (10/5): INCRÍVEL - A estadia foi simplesmente INCRÍVEL! A prestação de serviço ofertada pelo FASANO de BH, está em um patamar muito acima da média. Desde a recepção fora do Hotel, passando pela recepção (Check-in), quarto, café da manhã, oferta de passeios turísticos (até a guia turística ofertada, assim como o motorista, seguem o padrão de qualidade do Fasano) e, no final, se transforma em tranquilidade, praticidade, cuidado e felicidade para o hóspede. Com certeza voltaremos e daremos prioridade para essa rede de hotéis.

IRIR20010924 (8/5): Lidia the star - We recently stayed at Fasano Belo Horizonte, and while the hotel has potential, our experience was a mix of highs and lows — with one standout highlight: Lidia. If it weren’t for her, our stay would have been a completely different story. She recommended incredible restaurants, curated amazing experiences for us, and even went out of her way to help us get a taxi when no one else could. She truly made us feel at home — Lidia is a star and deserves all the recognition in the world. That said, coming from a hospitality background myself, I was surprised by a few things. The front office team, aside from Alice who was fantastic and helpful, struggled with English communication and professionalism. At one point, they even tried to charge us for breakfast — despite it being clearly included in our standard rate. It took both us and Lidia having to pull up the booking details to sort it out, which shouldn’t happen at a hotel of this caliber. Housekeeping also had its moments — on our first night, a kind woman brought us extra water upon request, which we appreciated. But the next night, they attempted turndown service at 21:30 with quite a bit of noise, which felt a bit inconsiderate. All in all, Lidia absolutely made our stay. Without her, we would’ve been lost. She is exceptional — and truly embodies what luxury hospitality should be.

christelhm (8/5): Decent hotel - Pretty hotel in a nice neighborhood. My room was neat and I enjoyed the welcome bonbons. I stayed here overnight for meetings in Belo Horizonte. It was overall a good hotel for business but less nice and a tad less professional than other Fasanos. E.g., the person at reception asked me when “Mr. Moreno” was joining (there was no “Mr.” because obviously this was a business trip).

O café da manhã é muito bom, a área de piscina é adequada, apesar de pequena, desfrutamos bem. Tem uma boa sauna na área da piscina. A cama é muito boa e o banheiro também, com uma ducha deliciosa.
Marlon (2/5): Não recomendo. - O fasano de BH foge a regra do restantes dos hotéis da rede. Atendimento ruim, lento e preguiçoso. Chegamos para o check in e nosso quarto não estava pronto. Serviço mal orquestrado, funcionários com uniformes sujos e rasgados. Uma vergonha. O atendimento dos mineiros é muito ruim. Café da manhã foi um desastre. Tem o bar Barreto, que fica até altas horas com um barulho insuportável que não nos deixou dormir.

The reception, graced by friendly and charming staff, occasionally speaking German, is a delight. The diversity among the staff is a refreshing sight, adding to the hotel’s charm; the presence of a receptionist adorned with numerous tattoos was a particularly cool touch. The concierge service is exceedingly diligent and dedicated, a testament to the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. They provided us with complimentary concert tickets, allowing us to enjoy a splendid evening filled with music. The restaurant, known for its excellence, operates with impressive efficiency. The waitstaff are alert and provide exceptional service, though the presence of multiple restaurant managers, or Chefs de Service, occasionally obstructs the flow. While the cuisine is commendable, the breakfast service is notably slow. The rooms are immaculate and spacious, offering a comfortable retreat. However, the lack of razors and the inconsistent replenishment of soap were minor inconveniences. Despite these small flaws, the hotel remains a magnificent and impressive establishment. Our stay was beautiful and restful, a testament to the high standards of the Fasano experience.

Apenas três pessoas foi nota máxima; Eduarda do bar noturno, Leonardo e Daniela do café da manhã, Daniela e o Mâitre que me atenderam no restaurante domingo à noite.

TandTSwitzerland (10/5): Excellent staff - Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood where there are many small shops and restaurants. Nice modern design. Small pool on rooftop. Very good breakfast. The rooms are nicely decorated and have a lot of space. I recommend the junior suite as they are even more spacious. Most staff members are really nice. They do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I had some small hiccups but I really appreciate their efforts to overcome these small issues. Some staff members do not speak English but you still can manage. Thanks to all the staff members and managers (Jessica, Lidia, Daniel etc.) who helped me have a great stay.

Os quartos são OK e a comida apesar de boa, o tamanho dos pratos estão extremamente reduzidos. Um prato de ravioli, pasmem, vem com 7 unidades. Um desaforo para um hotel padrão Fasano. Isto não pode acontecer jamais!

LuisA237 (4/5): Bad service in luxury environment - Beautiful hotel from the most luxury brandbin Brazil but service of a 2 star hotel . Second time i stay and service always bad . Breakfast gives you possible worst start of day ...as you see lots of employees doing nothing but in an empty room cant bring fried egs or a toast in 30 m . Dinner even with empty restaurant amd again lots of employees takes ages to come. As i said my 3nd experience here in 2 years both very bad and not comparable to other Fasano hotels in Brazil
Juliana (9/5): Enjoyable stay at luxury hotel in Belo Horizonte - The hotel staff was extremely friendly and caring, specially Daniel, who offered us great local spot tips. The room was spacious and had a great design. Bedding and towels were high-quality, amenities were really good. Food was delicious! I highly recommend their breakfast--it was pricy but worth it, specially if you are having brunch. The bed pillows were not great (I do not know if they offer different ones though, as I did not bother to ask). One of the cups available at the room's mini bar was not clean. The pool area was considerably small.

Outstanding service, beautiful rooms, excellent restaurant. We loved the location, the peace and quiet and the attention to detail. katdent75 (6/5): Belo Horizonte - The hotel was sheek and comfortable in a nice area along pretty tree lined streets and the service was very attentive. The room was also very modern and peaceful. The food was not great at all, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was a problem with the hot water. For the high price of this hotel, those issues were a problem. I would recommend others give it a chance however. And I’d recommend the hotel is over charging for rooms.
