There was a large dog barking quite frequently during the evening and Throughout the night which was a bit unsettling. TCHULA (10/5): Comfortable and convenient. Would stay here again. - I really liked the little folded egg "omelets." It was easy to slip some sliced ham or sausage inside one and eat it! The HVAC in the room sounds like a jet engine spooling up whenever it turns on and off, which was bothersome at night when trying to sleep. Beds need 4 pillows, not three.

The bathroom had a horrible smell and in addition to that the toilet was making odd sounds all night. The ac unit was very loud and didn’t sound like it was working correctly. The one light in the hallway was broken and wouldn’t turn on. Over all was very upset about the price compared to the quality.

Sonia Parks (10/5): Well, I will stay at them again as I love all Hilton sta…. only problem is the customer service when - So my room was evidently by a road that didn’t look busy, but the motor heads were going up and down very early in the morning… Not their fault… But when I checked in there was a girl that was training, a young girl I said my hellos and asked as she was checking me in to the lady behind her who was the teacher? What time was Breakfast? She replied she will give you the whole routine, and I said oh sorry, OK, and then she proceeded to tell me and then I proceeded to tell her that’s OK. I’ll let her tell me like you said she told me anyway, she was not very happy outside and looked angry. I hate to write anybody out, but this soured me from the beginning. Sorry, read above

Understand that, but there were wallboard crumbles on the carpeting and orange peels by the rear door. We did not have hot water until a staff member checked the breaker box and reset a circuit. Next morning the shower was still lukewarm. Also the light over the bedroom mirror was not working.

Special shoutout to Brittney who greeted me at the front desk with a smile. Her kindness and customer service was stellar! Thank you again! The accommodations are very clean and comfortable in a safe location just off of I95 exit. More importantly, so pet friendly with plenty of outdoor walking space. Definitely did not disappoint and will return! Thank you again Tru at Hilton Fayetteville for making our stay worry free.
