Manager/Reception Michelle, was wonderful, exceptionally nice and generous with information, very courteous. Great restaurant next door: "Lew's". Steak Salad is a great meal and deal!

Im traveling from utah to no carolina, and car trouble had held me up, and ive rented a number of rooms since this one and NONE WILL COMPARE, (and twice the price of this gem.) Thanks to all i came in contact with!!
- jennifer (6/5): - It’s rock springs. …. For the area maybe it’s ok. Room was in a separate building that looked like an old apartment building and smelled like wasted dreams.
- Verified traveler (8/5): good for long-term stay, not short-term - there are too much animal hair on the carpet. this property is better for long-term renters or transit workers, since they have all the kitchen supplies for you to cook meals. As someone who just stayed here for 2/3 nights, the surcharge for those kitchen appliances is a waste of money.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Less than perfect - This hotel is currently under a major renovation, I'm assuming with new owners. They were nice, but our room still had trash in the bins and food in the fridge from a previous guest, and the room was uncluttered but not particularly clean. After we fell asleep, a man used a key to enter our room and wanted to plug an extension cord in behind the fridge. He either worked for the hotel or a contractor, but he wasnt apologetic. Then, later, a smoke alarm was going off in a neighboring room and we had to call the office to have someone come turn it off. All of this while my toddler, myself, and my husband were trying to sleep. I think the rooms will be cute once construction is done, but our stay was not pleasant, and I'd recommend waiting until the renovations are complete.

- Teri (6/5): Nice stay - The stay was nice. Only thing I would recommend is having longer curtains for the living room and putting up curtains in the bedroom window. After 11 these bright lights come on all around the building and I found it hard trying to sleep
- Michael (6/5): - Everything went okay as far as checking in. Other than the issue with the reservation not showing up, we were able to get in a room and get some sleep. Everything was a little dirty. And the website stated breakfast was available but upon inquiry, we found there was no breakfast, and the small restaurant on site didn’t open till 11am. We needed to leave before then though so we got food on the way. We expected more for the price. But were able to get sleep and be ready for the next day of driving.

- Clint (4/5): Not worth $175 a night - Check in was in a camper trailer as the office was being remodeled due to a fire. I was barely comfortable going into a camper for check in but would NOT have been comfortable with my wife or daughters checking in under such circumstances.

- jerry (2/5): Worst ever. - Avoid at all costs. The place should be condemned. Pictures looked nice but not what we got. Reserved a double queen room. Got what was essentially a 1bd house that should be demolished. One bed and a futon. Tried to make it work but found everything horribly dirty. Sheets horribly soiled. Putrid smell throughout. They couldnt return my money at their office because i made the reservations through hotels.com. Ended up finding a different motel at midnight.

- Christopher (8/5): - Aging but clean. For some reason I was upgraded to a unit with three queen beds and a kitchenette. Lots of little things were broken or worn -- toilet paper holder broken, broken floor tiles, missing light switch knobs, missing bulb, clogged air filter in the AC / heater. Linens and bath were clean. The kitchenette was decent. It even had a full range - I could have baked a cake! Minimal but usable set of cookware and dishes, but it was good that I had my own dish soap, as none was provided. I washed my dishes before using them, and unsurprisingly found bits of stuck-on food. There is only one small table and one chair to sit and eat, weird in light of three queen beds, and there being room for a bigger table The upstairs neighbors had children and dogs running back and forth from midnight until 1:30am. I was awake anyway, so I didn't complain, but I wouldn't stay on the ground floor again. Otherwise quiet.

- David C (2/5): Worse place ever. - The room needed cleaning and repair the stove was not clean. Coffee pot was not cleaned. Floor had something on it that stuck to your shoes. I will never use that place again or any other place owned by this company. They couldn’t pay me enough to stop there again it was the worst place I ever used I am 83 years old and.have stayed at many hotels and motels in my life.

Hairs on the sheets, bloody mucus on a towel, garbage under the beds, uncovered outlet, overflowing garbage bin in the stairwell, signs of break-in attempts on the door, dead insects everywhere, food crumbs in the microwave. The list is long. My wife and I slept with our clothes on and were itching the next morning anyway. Absolutely disgusting!

The room was large but there were only two electrical outlets and no chair. The shower looked like someone had changed their oil in it. There was no in-room coffee. I get that these are temporary quarters but yeesh.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid like the plague - Horrible. Just horrible. Where to begin. Old, dirty, broken, scary. Window shades broken so people can see you in the room. toilet is gross. No latch on bathroom door. Daughter wanted to use the gas station down the street instead. Floor sticky and buckling from water damage. Tub clogged. Looks like mostly for truckers and meth heads. Thirsty? All there is is a local dive bar. Sketchy industrial area.

This place is gross. I tried to contact management for batteries for the tv remote. I was told no one was available to bring or even find any. This is not even a 1 star hotel.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Amazing Care!! - Woman at the front desk was a saint, we were in a tough spot after getting into a car accident and she really went above and beyond setting me and friend. Room was clean and the place was nice and quiet.

- David (4/5): A very unsatisfactory stay - It took them over half an hour to check us in. We got two key cards, one of which didn't work. Opening the door of the room required substantial effort. The toilet didn't work — we had to refill the tank by hand from the adjacent sink. The air conditioner was very loud. The floor was dirty. The beds were not very comfortable.

- Amber (2/5): - The room I booked was not available when I arrived. They gave another one and it FILTHY. The owner refused to work with me or give me a discount. The tv didnt work and after sending a very Seedy man to my room multiple times with other tv's that also would work, I gave up. It has baseboard heaters that lit a plastic garbage can and the garbage bag on fire due to it being against it. Along with wooden dressers, a wood crate and the wooden kitchen table and chairs, which I pulled away from the heaters. There was a rotten gallon of milk left in the dirty fridge, used dirty wash cloths in the filthy shower. The ceiling fan blades all had an inch of furry dirty dust on them that I had to clean myself along with the floors. WORST FREAKING EXPERIANCE EVER. Drug addicts staying here bumping bass in cars all night long. Not a safe place, especially for a female alone like me. STAY ANYWHERE ELSE

The only issue was we booked a non-smoking, but our next door guest was smoking right next to our room because the two rooms were so close. Also I couldn't find any switch to turn on the light for the whole room. My husband said he would stay there for a week.

- Anna (4/5): - When we got there the office was locked.... That was confusing! Then someone came around to the door and they apologized because they were short staffed. Ok ..I get that... It seems everybody is! The room was basically clean...BUT... The blinds were broken and I had to manipulate them to get them to close... With the bright security lights outside at night (which is a good thing), they really need room darkening curtains! (There were no curtains.) Also, there was a rather large gap around the entrance door. The dresser drawer front came off, the other drawers were crooked... The maintenance guy was really nice and tried to get the TV working... It took a while and he finally came back with a new remote, then the TV worked. The lining behind the stove was peeling off...the AC unit worked, but part of the front face plate was not completely attached. We had 2 queen beds and 1 of them made a squeaking noise everytime you would move or turn. The people were super nice and friendly... I'm sorry, but I really do not feel the need to ever go back there again. They really need a younger maintenance person that will keep up with the maintenance of everything... Someone who has a keen eye for detail, because we, your customers, will notice!

I had to change rooms within the first couple minutes due to sewage in bathtub. 2nd room was reasonable (took a couple attempts to get working key) but it had dirty washcloths from previous renter hanging in bathroom and a couple wrapped in plastic cups that were still wet from previous usage. Remote was covered in a sticky residue. A bit gross. Overall, they attempted to do a good job.
- Heather (6/5): False Advertisement!!!! 😠😤 - First, we reserved a "Signature Apartment". That's a joke. Not what we were given. And if it is, then your description of these rooms are flat out FALSE. We wondered why you have a no cancelation no refund policy, we figured that out. It's for the bate and switch. I could understand if there were actually people staying there. But the place was almost completely devoid of life. Wires hanging out of an electic heater right next to the toilet. Which was not up to code. A danger. The heater, definitely works. It was either frigid cold or sickening hot, no medium. It would have been fine if it were what was advertised, & you knew what you were getting ahead of time. Don't appreciate the dishonesty in your advertising at all. And then making it so you can't get a refund and find what you were actually looking for is wrong. There is nobody in the lobby at checkout & doors are locked. Assume it's so you can't make your displeasure known. In closing, the nicest party of your establishment is the OFFICE!!! Shame on you!! P.S. The young boy working the office was very nice!
