Tiles uneven and a bit of tripping hazard. The bed itself is extremely hard. May be ok for some but did a number on mine and my partners back/hips.

Miroir (7/5): Other than the compact room which was ok but the stains made me feel the room was not clean, there was no cleanup staff - Friendly staff/ the breakfast/ and snack bar options for purchasing snacks My room was not thoroughly clean, there were soda stains on all the counters, there was a single bug on my pillow, but no bedbugs in sight so that was good, I wasn’t expecting the rooms to be so compact but it was fine

Variety of everything for breakfast options for the kids & adults, the young ladies kept checking & making sure nothing ran out. Coffee/tea/ hot cocoa/ water flavored water provided 24 hours. This was awesome in this freezing weather Shower heads needs to be cleaned to spray out more water. We used a safety pin to unclog some holes from calcium deposits for more water flow, lol.

We did not eat it because the person in area we were visiting wanted to either make breakfast or go out. More towels in the room. However, when we requested a couple more towels the staff gladly provided them.

Janis (1/5): rip off. false info they didn't help me one bit - what's sad is i like the actual hotel and location. wasn't my first time there. But do better with customer service please. Needed to cancel one of the nights because my sons fri night game got cancelled. I called them 3 times on thurs.. -'s once one friday. I talked to 3 different people on the phone. and 2 in person when i got there sat. all said would waive the cancellation fee for that night. Sent a cancel request from your app. NO ONE knew how to log in and accept it. One replied to your email and said yes cancel it no charge. but never actually logged in and completed the steps needed. they even manually changed my check in date for that one night. So they said they would take care of it no prob. Well they didn't. If they said they couldn't figure out what to do in the first place and i was going to end up paying for 2 nights i would have came in town and stayed that night!! Now i've been double charged because no one in that building knows what to do when a third party sends a waive fee request. Now you. booking.com will keep my money?!? because my reservation was re done to just aug 16. so they don't get the money. i don't get it waived. I will never use booking.com or stay at that hotel again. And Hilton is going to receive an email. don't tell me you will take care of if something that i won't be charged so i don't go that night.. and then when comes down to it say well, there is knowing i can do.
