• Leanne (7/5): Great location, just let down by the lack of air conditioning - Really great location and space. You can even watch the sunrise from the balcony. Nice cafe a short stroll away too. There's no air conditioning! It doesn't advertise that there is, but we made the mistake of assumption. It might be okay in Autumn and Spring, but NOT Summer. Rethink a February stay here.

• Sharon (10/5): Wonderful family reunion in a great spacious house with amazing views! - Location and space to fit our family in comfortably! The second bedroom down stairs was not used except for bathroom which is a shame as could’ve been another bedroom with ensuite instead of bedroom upstairs. Also need new plug for bath as one provided didn’t fit and we couldn’t buy one to fit. Otherwise absolutely brilliant house and location and we will be back next year!!

• Jo (8/5): Seascape is a great place for a relaxing and enjoyable break. - The location was great. Directly across the road from the beach. Walking distance to shops and pub. House large enough to accommodate everyone and have your own space.
• Phillip (10/5): Fantastic house for families and perfect location. - Excellent location, easy walk to town and awesome view of the ocean. The house was clean, was well equipped and had a number of rooms for guests to enjoy. The only suggestion I would have is that there could be 1 or 2 more tea towels provided.

• Lisa (8/5): Wonderful location, had everything we needed and was very comfortable - The location was excellent! The views were amazing. Spacious living areas. Comfortable beds, everything you needed. It was great but for our family it would have been better with the kitchen downstairs as my Mother in law had trouble with the stairs

• Phillip (8/5): Despite the horrible weather the house was always warm, comfortable and dry. We had a wonderful time. - Plenty of roomy spaces. Wasn’t able to accommodate singles ie couldn’t split the beds to accommodate the need for more single beds.

• Clive (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location, close to restaurants and beach over the road. A 9,30am check out, an extra hour would make a world of difference.
• Gayle (8/5): Nice comfortable house with a lovely view - The position was great, with a nice view of the Ocean. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Management helpful and very responsive to questions/requests Smeg appliances, oven & dishwasher were impossible to work out. They were so complicated and there was no booklet to explain their use. The dishwasher( started by management because we couldnt get it going), didn't actually clean the dishes, so we had to take it all out each time and hand wash...... but there was no dishwashing liquid available. The fridge needs to be turned down. It froze everything and we had to throw out a lot of food because of it( lettuce, strawberries, tomatoes etc). We looked everywhere and couldn't find a way to turn it down. The downstairs bedroom window was permanently locked, with no key available( for Security reasons from the Owner apparently) which meant a totally airless room. Management did come in and open it after a strong request. There was a lovely big TV, but it didn't provide free-to-air channels, & the Owner didn't provide ANY Streaming Services, or even a DVD player as an alternative. Checkout was 9.30 am!! I have travelled Australia and the World extensively and have never come across a check out that ridiculously early. ... we asked for an extension and were given 30 mins.( again Management were receptive and responded quickly to our request to leave later, as one of our party had been admitted to hospital overnight and we needed to pack their gear as well, though only giving us 30 mins) The Property was over $500/night, so there are things they could do better. Like change the useless downstairs sitting room (with an ensuite), that has clearly been a bedroom, changed back to a bedroom. There are 3 upstairs bedrooms sharing one bathroom. Strange set-up.

• Tracey (10/5): Great location and welcoming house - We loved this house - our family went for a wedding in Teven so whilst we weren't there for a lot of the time it was a great base and very comfortable for the six of us. The access and communication was easy (although initial slight issue with keycode which was quickly and easily rectified) and the apartment was beautifully presented and very comfortable with all family members all having a private space. Whilst there wasn't air conditioning the house enjoys fantastic breezes coming off the water into the home and therefore wasn't needed. Dining and lounging areas and outdoor space were more than adequate for all of us. The main bathroom was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the starter pack in the kitchen that was supplied. It is a short walk to town and cafes for morning coffees. We hired a car but really only used it to go to and from airport a few times. It was great to be able to go and have a dip in the ocean just across the road. Hard to find something - it was all very nice. The only minor issue was the main bathroom door needs a bit of adjustment to ensure it closes properly but besides that there was nothing.

• Emma (10/5): Perfect house and location, I would stay there again if visiting Lennox Heads again. - The view, proximity to beach, lake, and shops/restaurants, spacious house, great kitchen, two living rooms, door code rather than key was good, clean bathrooms and toilets, comfortable beds and pillows.

• Alicia (8/5): Great location for families, needs a fan in the lounge room or air con. - Fantastic spot. Great for families. with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. New kitchen and main bathroom. No aircon at all. No fan in the main lounge / dinning which in the height of Summer made for a hot few days. bedrooms were ok with just a fan.
• Carmen (9/5): The house was perfectly located across the street from the beach. Spacious and clean. We loved it. - The location was perfect. Beach right across the road and 5 minute walk to shops. Parking on sites. Comfy beds. Spacious and clean. Accommodating with check-out and very friendly. No cooling.... it got quite stuffy and warm upstairs. No beach towels which is a bit annoying for interstate/international guests. Very little in way of pantry essentials (no oil, no vinegar, a few spices and margarine, would have been great) The back bedroom has no wardrobe or cupboard... maybe have a small portable clothing rack. They're $10 at Kmart. Even a chest of drawers ? A few more small cereal/soup bowls needed.
