Very good value for money - Proximity to the train station, clean and very large room, the owner was friendly and helpful, the room is exactly as in the pictures, even better. You are close to restaurants, markets and in 15 minutes you arrived in Venice.

Personale gentile, ottima pulizia delle camere. Sicuramente nessuna insonorizzazione con il resto delle camere purtroppo e cuscini scomodi.

• Cornelia Mihaela (9/5): Good and well connected stay for visiting Venice - One of the few places I’ve seen in Italy with central heating (not only AC as most of the places have, but with real radiators). Modern furniture and really comfortable bed. Enough storage places for 2 people. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is shared between rooms but well equipped with everything you need: microwave cupboard, water boil machine, big fridge, coffee machine, complementary tea at your disposal, tableware, utensils. There is also a smaller fridge in the room. Check in was pretty straight forward with good communication in English. We had the opportunity to store our baggage until the room was ready for us. Hot water at any hour, good WiFi. Big shared balcony with table and chairs. On short modern and well maintained conditions. Very close to the railway station with trains leaving every 10 minutes to Venice. 1.5eur price and the journey to Venice takes about 10 minutes. We’ve booked the version which showed the room and the “living room” asking whether the entire place would be ours via messenger. It’s been replied that yes: both the room and the living room would be private. That was not the case: the “living room” with the kitchen and the couch, is shared between rooms and it also has the reception. It cannot be private or yours at all. Don’t get fooled, in any version you will have only one double room with private bathroom and shared kitchen. We stayed in the room 104, which is right next to the kitchen and during mornings the other tourists used it making quite a noise. I didn’t hear anything at all, but my friend was woken up multiple days by the noise. Depends on how your sleep is and how much attention pay the other tourists. The Italian railway system tests a bit your nerves. The trains are comfortable but, the timetables are not respected, English communication is really poor and hard even at customer service, you buy tickets for a specific train but you also need to punch the ticket at the tap machine (small green box on the platform). If you use only the tap machines with your credit card you must remember to put the card on again at the tap machines when the journey ends but it may be that the tap machine doesn’t confirm the session closing. So you don’t know how much you would be charged. Nightmare. Next time I will use the buss, it’s much more simpler.

Ci è stata data la possibilità di lasciare le valigie in un altro hotel vicino per fare un giro della città. Inoltre è disponibile un angolo cucina ed un terrazzino. Al nostro arrivo non c'era nessuno alla reception ed abbiamo dovuto attendere fuori l'arrivo del personale.

• MARIA (4/5): Alloggio a Mestre per visitare Venezia - Buona posizione nei pressi della stazione ferroviaria. L' alloggio non era quello prenotato (diverso dalle foto mostrate in sede di prenotazione) e non era adeguatamente pulito. Il soffitto del bagno era compromesso dalla muffa e pezzi di intonaco cadevano nella vasca. Il meccanismo di chiusura della porta scorrevole del bagno era difettoso. Il tasto di spegnimento del telecomando TV non funzionava così come la tapparella elettrica. Il materasso era informe. Non era presente tutta la dotazione indicata in sede di prenotazione (es.coperta elettrica, gel igienizzante...)
• Christos (9/5): Very nice appartment in a good location. - Very comfortable room. It is very close to the train station. Cleaning service was good and there was access to an equipped kitchen. There was heating ans warm water 24 hours. The communication with the stuff was very good.

Рядом есть супермаркет. - Хорошее местоположение, - Невысокая цена за ночь, - Приветливый персонал, - Чисто. Проблема со слышимостью между номерами. Они находятся рядом, вы будете слышать все из соседнего номера. В номере не было стакана/кружки. Понятно, что это эконом сегмент, но и не такая уж и дорогая опция.

Apartament czysty, codziennie był sprzątany i były wymieniane ręczniki. Jest to bardzo duży plus. Duży plus też za kuchnię, gdzie było wszystko co potrzebne. Polecam!!!

• Zelma (5/5): Different room than paid for (no balcony) - Very easy access to the Mestre station (although the area is quite sketchy) Got scammed! We paid extra for the “Balcony suite”but instead of the advertised room with the balcony we got a smaller room with no balcony. Host pointed to a balcony in the common area next to the reception and said that is it. This was clearly different to the booking.com pictures. Bed was super worn out with a pit in the middle and super uncomfortable.

• Alethea (9/5): Was a good stay, value for money and would recommend. - Super close to Venezia Mestre station which was great, as we wanted to save money by staying on the mainland. Heaters worked well during autumn and it was comfortable in the room (albeit the interesting design choice of bed sheet and curtain haha). It was nice to have a balcony too! Though we didn’t get to use much of it. There isn’t much of a view out there, but it’s nice for just being outside and eating perhaps. Keep in mind that it’s not exactly a “hotel” but almost like an apartment that has a front desk in the living room. There’s a shared kitchen, but no cooking, just kettle and microwave, which was fine by us.

• Mirta (10/5): Riposare a Mestre e visitare Venezia Santa Lucia - La scelta di questo albergo è stata assolutamente appropriata. Molto ben posizionato rispetto alla stazione dei treni. Ci sono bar e ristoranti vicini. Pure supermercati. Alam, ha risposto gentilmente ad ogni richiesta. La pulizia è stata eseguita correttamente. Sono riuscita ad arrivare perfettamente, comunque le indicazioni che mi hanno inviato sarebbero state molto precise. Parcheggiare a pagamento. Ma non è tanto così costoso. Comunque questo punto sta scritto su Booking.
