• Jodi (8/5): Fantastic but older appliances need upgrading. - the location is fantastic, so beautiful looking out to the ocean. Very spacious and handy to have the ensuite for the main bedroom. Kitchen and bathroom were quite old. e.g. kitchen appliances - the markings for temp guages were worn off so you had to guess where to use the dials. Bathroom - taps in showers and sinks were wobbly.

No general TV, had to stream everything which goes off in storms WiFi right next to the main bed - bad sleep, headaches. Had to sleep in the other room. No acknowledgement of local food places in "book"

Bedroom sliding door requires a lot of muscle See above - some minor changes would make this perfect accommodation.

B - Location and view was great Upon arrival the first thing your greeted with is a musty damp smell. Then wondering around the place to view the accommodation this is what we find… - [ ] Toilet seat lid hinge coming off (to their credit a plumber was sent out the next day and fixed it). But a cleaning inspection should have picked that up and had it fixed before arrival - [ ] Not enough bedding for the rollout mattress, we used a top sheet from another bed - [ ] The fly screens were pretty flimsy and not lockable, meaning if u wanted security and peace of mind, you couldnt leave the windows open at night or if u went out during the day. - [ ] We were constantly cleaning to get rid of ants - [ ] Found numerous dirty dishes from the previous stay - [ ] There was no a/c but also no fans in the main living area, and given that the flyscreens were not lockable u couldn’t leave windows/doors open at night for fresh air - [ ] We were told to park in the garage, but that was too small for our car (my roof racks would clip the roller door) so we had to park in the visitors space - [ ] There’s no free to air TV channels other than tediously having to log into every app to watch tv - [ ] The washing machine left marks on all our clothes (used it twice and happened on both occasions)
• Janice (9/5): Relaxing, invigorating and wonderful place to use as our home away from home. - The outlook is exceptional and the location is brilliant being so close to the water and a short walk into the village. The apartment was very clean with lots of equipment for self catering. Beds were extremely comfortable and insured a good night’s rest. The apartment is quite large and roomy for 4 adults with lovely surrounding gardens . We loved the facilities such as the tennis court, pool and barbecue area. Not applicable!

We stayed on the ground floor and enjoyed throwing open the doors and relaxing to the sounds of the ocean. We saw dolphins catching waves with the surfers. Because the screens didn’t lock we had to close all the doors and windows at night There’s no aircon.

We absolutely loved the community vegetables and fruit trees they were so useful for our Xmas day lunch and Dinners during our stay. What a fabulous idea for all owners and visitors to have access to fresh veggies and fruit. We used the tennis court and pool everyday !! AC would be nice

• Damitha (7/5): Beautiful place at an amazing location but a tad pricey - The location is amazing and because of the generous windows you get an amazing vista of the ocean from many parts of the property. The place looked very classy despite a few little touch ups needed here and there. The property has a lovely holiday home feel. I certainly would not call it luxury, but it is very, very nice. Kitchen was well equipped and the place generally had very good facilities such as a washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer etc. Very convenient access through lock box and the TV was good as well - some people are complaining about no free to air TV but I didn't realise people watched TV anymore! Phone reception is admittedly pretty much non-existent, but the wifi made up for it. Quite easily the biggest downer was the customer service. Booking.com says "price for 5 people" but as of October 2023, showed a Queen bed, 2 double beds and a futon, which makes it look like 8 people can sleep at the property but when I went to confirm with management a week prior to our stay, I was told that "Booking.com can be a little tricky" and it's a max 5 person place. I could not find anywhere on the site that it was max 5, but the main issue was that there was no accountability by management for the poor information on the website and the responses both on email and over the phone were very blunt, unapologetic and annoyed... I had invited another couple based on the incorrect info and they had already paid but there was no attempt to understand the position I was in or do anything about their mistake, let alone any genuine concern. So one of the couples brought a floor mattress after paying a third of the price... I could totally have forgiven the whole thing and would never have mentioned this in the review if they had handled it correctly, but it was such poor management on their part. and unfortunately gave a sour taste to the whole experience.

• Helen (9/5): The magical views from the unit put us all in a very happy place throughout our stay. - What an idyllic location! Spectacular views greet you from the unit! It was a wonderful experience to lay on the bed and watch the magnificent whales play around in the ocean. This unit is perfectly located to the beach, the coastal walks and to the shops in the town centre. Everything was as described and the unit had everything required for a very comfortable stay. The high ceilings gave a great feeling of spaciousness and light. The unit was clean and inviting which offered a calm and relaxing space. The many plants surrounding the units gave it a fresh outlook and the children, with the encouragement from the resident gardener, enjoyed picking some tasty blueberries from the trees. The children also enjoyed playing on the grassed area in front of the unit to fly a kite and to chase bubbles and balls. When we had a minor problem, it was addressed quickly and it was rectified. We were very happy with our stay. If there were security screens in the unit, it would allow the windows and sliding doors to be open at night to let the fresh air in and the sound of the surf to lull you to sleep. Because this was not the case, unfortunately, the rooms became hot and stuffy. If these were installed, it would make this a perfect unit.

• Mihidukulasuriya (1/5): Worst holiday ever never recommend to book from booking.com again - Only the Location To start with very bad odour when entering to the house and felt like we were living in a haunted house There were many weird noises came at night and that is not a good place to stay with the kids This accommodation is definitely not worth of money we have paid and very disappointed with the quality you did explained in your website Bathrooms were not up to standard as using them were disgusting Both beds were not comfortable and all the quilt were not cleaned…stains marks all over them and very very disgusted to use It is very funny to see why they left half empty soap and hand washing bottles to use and there aren't any good thing we could see from this stay There were cockroaches all over the place and we had to throw our foods especially our kids foods and we have proof for all of those Beds and the couch were not cleaned as there were dust came from the quilts when using them There was a very bad smell came from the main bedroom’s toilet and we couldn’t sleep We have proof as videos and photos for all of those if you required We never book again from booking.com as all of those informations you did provided through your website was fake and we paid huge amount of money to spend our holiday and because we trusted your service,it was ruined completely We truly expected a better service from your website an thank you for giving us the worst experience we ever had We definitely not recommend anyone to book from booking.com as this experience is the worst We will spread word of mouth about this experience with our community and friends as we dont want anyone to experience what we went through

As no a/c in unit I can imagine this would be an issue in summer.

• Stuart (8/5): Great location and perfect apartment for a week away - Location was excellent and close to everything , perfect in that sense. The outdoor area needs some more comfortable furniture , for such a beautiful spot sitting in the metal chairs doesnt do it justice. The only other comment would be that there is no air conditioning at all in the apartment and being almost winter it was starting to get cold in there particularly for some people from a warmer climate , would imagine it would be hot in Summer too and the only fan is in the bedroom.

The flushing button on the toilet did not shut off. No free to air TV, so we had to use our own streaming services. The cutlery and crockery was below standard for a luxury stay. We could not find the BBQ. The place was very clean but felt tired.
• Przemyslaw (10/5): Great unit in beautiful location - The unit is in an amazing location in Lennox Head, overlooking the water and only 5 min stroll to the beach or 10 min into the main part of town. The unit is well furnished and had a good kitchen, and the complex also has a pool and tennis courts. Bedroom were spacious and comfortable. It was hot when we were there and the unit only has ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A/C would have made for much more comfortable sleeping.
• Anne-marie (5/5): We had a good stay, although would not recommend this accommodation in its current state. - The location of this property is phenomenal - right at the south end of Lennox Head and a quick walk down the hill to the beach. A very easy stroll to the north finds you in the main street of Lennox. A slightly harder walk to the south up a slight incline takes you to the Pat Morton lookout - which has spectacular views in all directions. Whilst our stay was not hampered by the location and facilities in the apartment, there were multiple areas that we found disappointing. The garage was not easy to get in and out of, hence we parked in the street. The bathrooms were small and did not have fans, thus steamed up very quickly whilst having a shower. It would also be convenient to have at least one toilet NOT in a bathroom so that if both bathrooms were being used (which happens when you have 4 or 5 people staying in the apartment) you would still be able to use the toilet. There is an issue with the television - there is no antenna, thus watching "normal telly" was not possible. You needed to have an iView (and similar for other channels) account in order to watch the television. Sadly the television was not compatible with the channel 10 or SBS digital channels. There was no option to be able to watch 7Plus live. One plus is that a guest before us had left the Netflix account logged in, so we could watch that, making the children quite happy! It would have been nice if the private courtyard had been weeded, thus making it more inviting to use. It would also be lovely if the sliding doors /windows in the lounge area and main bedroom could have locks on the screens, thus making it possible to keep the doors open during the night time so the fresh air and sounds of the waves could come in.
